We are a mother and daughter team who connect well with guests of all ages at a family event. With 17 years of experience, you get our expertise throughout every stage of working with us-from initial contact all the way to the day of your wedding! By not sending someone in our place that you haven't been talking to or working with, we keep the process smooth and stress free with your wedding planner and venue staff. No miscommunication.     Hire this dream team!

    Kym and Sydney went above and beyond to make our wedding amazing. They are a mother and daughter team which really made a difference. They are passionate about their work. They kept in touch throughout the planning to ensure everything was organized from the drink menu to our shopping list. They even checked in just to make sure we were feeling ready and to show how excited they were as our wedding day approached. These thoughtful touches gave us such peace of mind. Their bar set up looked beautiful. The drinks were creative and delicious. Throughout the evening, they were both very warm and personable with our guests. They were willing to make drinks that weren't part of our cocktail menu in order to make all of our guests happy. They were even creative enough to turn one of our cocktails into a mocktail to accommodate my now husband's side of the family who don't drink. We loved their service and thoughtful attention to detail. Victoria kept our water and soda stations refilled. She cleared tables and cut our cake as well. When our catering team was busy setting up the buffet, she volunteered to pour cider for our toast. She worked well with our catering team to fill in the gaps of service that needed attention. She is Kym's sister, so it felt special to have a family attending to our closest family and friends at our wedding. Our coordinator said Kym's Bartenders & Party Helpers was the easiest vendor she worked with. She could trust that the same staff she was communicating with would be present on our wedding day. I know I wrote a lot, but it's only right because we were beyond happy with the whole experience!

    Kym and Sydney were so easy to work with. They were quick to answer any questions we had during the planning process. They took the time to help us come up with signature cocktails that we all loved. We got so many compliments on the bartending service we hired.     Awesome, Creative Bartenders!

    I had the absolute pleasure of working with Kym’s Bartenders & Partyhelpers on a wedding last year, and I truly cannot WAIT to hire them again! From start to finish, their team was incredible—so helpful, kind, and genuinely invested in making the day special. Not only were the drinks AMAZING, but they went above and beyond in ways that completely elevated the experience.     Best in the West!

    Kym and Sydney made the most delicious drinks at our wedding! Our guests kept complimenting their drinks and excellent service. We also decided to hire their party helper to keep the tables clear and water and sodas refilled. Victoria not only did that, but she also brought us plates of food and made sure we had enough to drink. She took great care of us. She also cut our cake. Our wedding was so much better because they not only made sure we had a good time, but they genuinely cared about our special day.

Yes — we are a dry hire service. We don’t provide the alcohol or mixers, which means you stay in full control of what’s being served and how much you spend — no surprise markups or runaway bar costs. To make it easy, every wedding booking includes our detailed liquor purchasing guide, so you’ll know exactly what to buy (and how much) for your guest count. Most couples love this because it can save them hundreds compared to traditional bar packages.
We are based in San Dimas and can travel up to 30 miles with no travel fees. For any city between 30-50 miles from San Dimas, we charge a small travel fee. These include all Beach Cities. For any city more than 50 miles from San Dimas, we generally can accommodate for a slightly higher travel fee.
Yes, with booking we will send you a drink menu which also includes suggestions for great signature drinks. When you have decided what drinks you want, we will customize a custom liquor shopping list just for you, geared toward being affordable yet keeping everyone very satisfied with well crafted drinks.
We include 2 bartenders with all of our bar packages. The starting price you see on our profile is the total cost for 2 bartenders. Two bartenders are best to reduce guest wait times, get drinks out quickly, and to keep the bar fully stocked. For these reasons, we aren't able to send only one bartender. We can handle any event from 50 guests to 350 guests.
Yes! As an add-on service to our bartending packages, you may opt for our "Wedding Concierge Service"- a seamless way to elevate your wedding day. Our party helper takes care of every detail, including replenishing water and drink stations, cutting cake, and clearing tables of disposables ensuring guest comfort and a pristine atmosphere, so you can fully enjoy your special day stress-free. Our party helper will discreetly navigate the venue, making sure that your guests are comfortably hydrated and the ambiance remains tidy and inviting.
Our bartending packages include cups, straws, limes, oranges, lemons, cocktail napkins, professional bartending tools, chilling tubs for beer and wine, and bar signs and decor to elevate your bar set up. You are responsible for providing the liquor, mixers, bar or table, and ice. We are an affordable option and the perfect fit for couples who want to save money with our "DIY" approach.
As we are a dry hire bartending service, you would need to provide the alcohol. We can provide a shopping list to make it easy. The drinks would have to free of charge for all guests. We do not service cash bars.
Yes, we carry both general liability insurance and liquor liability insurance. We can provide a COI for your venue.
We recommend booking at least 30 days in advance of your wedding date in order to have sufficient time to organize your bar menu and shopping list. This window will give you enough time to plan and think of any questions you may have without feeling rushed. The most ideal window to book us is between 3-8 months in advance.
