We got married just a few days ago but people are still raving about this mother and daughter duo! They were efficient, kind and so much fun! They even stayed after hours and taught my brother how to make a classic old-fashioned to end the night! oh, did I mention there a woman owned business where in full support of this crew! Kym & Sydney aren’t just bartenders. They are skilled mixologists that will take the time to ensure your event is perfect. Kym & Sydney play a huge role in setting up the vibe for your event. We utilized their services for our wedding reception and everyone had great things to say about them! Our guests mentioned how kind, friendly, and responsible they are. They really do take care of you; they’d check in on me and my husband which we truly appreciated because on the day of your wedding some people might forget to ask and Kym and Sydney didn’t forget about us! Kym's Bartenders & Party Helpers was the easiest vendor we worked with for our wedding. Kym and Sydney were both friendly and quick to respond any time we had questions or needed clarification on anything. We appreciated their help with the planning process. They helped us save money with their suggestions on our bar set up to our shopping list. They understood that we had a budget, but still wanted great service. We appreciated their flexibility in making that happen for us. Our guests loved the drinks and service. Kym and Sydney were both so warm and caring. That did not go unnoticed. Our guests went out of their way to tell us how happy they were with their customer service as well as the delicious drinks. We wound up sharing their contact info with our friends. We thought it was so awesome to work with the same bartenders on the day of who also helped us during the planning process. Yes. We are bartenders who mix the drinks with alcohol that you provide. We include a liquor shopping list so you will know how much alcohol to purchase. We are a pouring service only. We do not provide the liquor and mixers.

We are based in San Dimas and can travel up to 30 miles with no travel fees. For any city between 30-50 miles from San Dimas, we charge a small travel fee. These include all Beach Cities. For any city more than 50 miles from San Dimas, we generally can accommodate for a slightly higher travel fee.

Yes, with booking we will send you a drink menu which also includes suggestions for great signature drinks. When you have decided what drinks you want, we will customize a custom liquor shopping list just for you, geared toward being affordable yet keeping everyone very satisfied with well crafted drinks.

We include 2 bartenders with all of our bar packages. The starting price you see on our profile is the total cost for 2 bartenders. Two bartenders are best to reduce guest wait times, get drinks out quickly, and to keep the bar fully stocked. For these reasons, we aren't able to send only one bartender.

Yes! As an add-on service to our bartending packages, you may opt for our "Wedding Concierge Service"- a seamless way to elevate your wedding day. Our party helper takes care of every detail, including replenishing water and drink stations, cutting cake, and clearing tables of disposables ensuring guest comfort and a pristine atmosphere, so you can fully enjoy your special day stress-free. Our party helper will discreetly navigate the venue, making sure that your guests are comfortably hydrated and the ambiance remains tidy and inviting.

Our bartending package includes 2 licensed and insured bartenders, all bartending tools for mixing drinks, ice trays for chilling the beer, bar decor, and limes. We can include "extras" for an additional fee such as cups, coolers, straws, napkins, and additional garnish (cherries, lemons, oranges, Tajin, margarita salt, etc.). You are responsible for providing the liquor, mixers, bar or table, cups, and ice. We are an affordable option and the perfect fit for couples who want to save money with our "DIY" approach.

Short answer: No. Long answer: Selling alcohol requires a Type 47 or 48 liquor license which allows a caterer to sell alcohol at an event. Since we are not caterers who provide the beverages, we do not have or need this type of license. As mobile bartenders who pour what the client provides, all alcohol would have to be free of charge to guests at any event we service. That said, we are RBS and LEAD licensed for safe serving (this is different from a selling license). The RBS license is the license most venues will require. We have it.

Yes, we carry both general liability insurance and liquor liability insurance. We can provide a COI for your venue.
