Kym’s Bartenders & Party Helpers has been proudly bartending weddings since 2009. As a mother and daughter bartending duo, we pride ourselves on the personalized service we offer. When you book with us, you get us – Kym and Sydney – not a random hire. We’re with you from initial booking to the day of. Our approach is both smart and budget-friendly. We let you supply your own alcohol, which gives you the freedom to choose exactly what you want. To make it easy, we provide a complimentary, detailed liquor shopping list tailored to your guest count and drink menu. You’ll know exactly what to buy, how much, and where to get the best value.

And here’s something that sets us apart: you don’t just get one bartender—you get two experienced, licensed, and insured bartenders included in your price. That’s right! While many companies charge extra for a second bartender, we believe every wedding deserves a team that can deliver high-quality, efficient service without the extra fees. We understand that your wedding is one of the biggest days of your life, and everything should feel just right. That’s why we make it a point to connect with your guests of all ages. As a mother and daughter duo we make all guests feel happy and comfortable, from your parents/grandparents to your friends.

    We were looking for experienced bartenders who could make the classic drinks we all loved. I purchased some tequila, whiskey, and vodka. I got some mixers like margarita mix, tonic, club soda, cranberry juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, grenadine, 7up, and Coke. Our guests were impressed with the variety of drinks Kym and Sydney could make. They made Old Fashioneds, Dirty Shirleys, Margaritas, Whiskey Sours, Tequila and Pineapple with grenadine, and vodka soda with a splash of cranberry. They made so many more amazing drinks. Our guests told us how much they appreciated the great drinks and service. Kym and Sydney were always smiling. They never looked tired or over it even though it was very hot outside. They kept up the energy and were so nice to our guests even though we kept coming up for drinks nonstop. We were making them work pretty hard, but they never let it show on their faces or in their attitudes. We loved our whole experience working with Kym's Bartenders & Party Helpers. -Ryan and Ashley

    Kym's Bartenders & Party Helpers was one of the best investments we made for our wedding. Their quote was in our budget and included cups, napkins, limes, bar decor, and chilling tubs to ice down the beer and wine. We were responsible for the bar, alcohol, mixers, and ice. This option worked for us because we wanted to provide our own alcohol to save money. We loved that we weren't forced to pay for mixers, a bar rental, or alcohol that we didn't want. Kym and Sydney understood our needs and we so amazing to work with. We felt comfortable with them right from the jump. Fast forward to our wedding-we saw Kym and Sydney arrive early to set up the bar which made us feel so at ease. They were warm and friendly to us which helped us feel such a sense of calm as we were getting ready to get married. They even offered us water which was a nice gesture and very much appreciated. Everyone enjoyed the drinks and top notch service from this wonderful mother and daughter team. We loved that they felt like our team throughout the process. They not only planned with us, but also were our bartenders day of. It was so much less stressful to know everything we told them would stay with them and not get handed off to a member of their staff that we haven't been able to work with or get to know. Kym and Sydney handled everything. We had such a amazing experience! We highly recommend Kym's Bartenders & Party Helpers to everyone!

    Kym and Sydney made our wedding so much better! They were fun and made awesome drinks. My fiancee and I loved that they not only helped us with our drink menu and planning, but they also bartended our actual wedding. Being able to work with them throughout the entire process was a huge selling point for us. They are a mother and daughter team which felt perfect for our wedding with close family and friends. Those were just a couple of reasons we decided to go with them. We are so grateful we chose them because they were so upbeat and great with our guests. Their flexibility and kindness made planning the biggest day of our lives so much easier. We also appreciated the extra help from Victoria who made sure our reception tables remained clean and even offered us drinks. She brought us each a plate of food. It's so easy to forget to eat and stay hydrated when you're focused on getting married. She truly looked out for us. What an asset! We wholeheartedly recommend Kym's Bartenders & Party Helpers!
