    Best decision hiring Kenyatta

    Kenyatta was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! She was incredibly kind, professional, organized, and such a calming presence throughout the entire process. We had a couple of meetings with her about a month before the wedding, and from there she was available for all of the random questions, details, and unexpected things that inevitably come up during the week of your wedding. Whenever something came up, she kept us level-headed and approached every problem with such a positive attitude and a “we’ll find a solution” mindset. That made such a huge difference during what can otherwise be a very stressful time. On the wedding day, we received so many compliments from our family and friends who were helping with the wedding about how amazing Kenyatta was. And we completely agree! She was incredibly quick to jump in and solve unexpected problems. When ants suddenly took over our designated dessert table, she immediately found a new location for the desserts, rolled up her sleeves, and helped get everything set up. When our food vendor unexpectedly failed to provide vegetarian and pescatarian options, Kenyatta took matters into her own hands and even managed a DoorDash order so our vegetarian friends wouldn’t go hungry. She stayed until she knew everything was handled and never made us feel like we were bothering her with anything. She was there to problem-solve, help wherever she was needed, and make sure we could actually enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about the details. Having Kenyatta there allowed us to be present and enjoy the day we had spent so much time planning. She went above and beyond, and we are so incredibly grateful we had her by our side. If you’re considering a day-of coordinator, hire Kenyatta, you will be so glad you did!

    She’s a rockstar!

    Planning a small intimate wedding or elopement? Please look NO FURTHER… Kenyatta is your girl! From day one, Kenyatta was completely on top of things. She immediately reached out to all of my vendors—including my hair and makeup artist (MUA & HAIR by Viktoria Miller), officiant/photographer husband-wife duo (Heidi and Alan Elopements), videographer (FrankysFilms), and pianist (Platinum Pianist) —to let them know she was the primary point of contact, which instantly took the stress off my shoulders. We had a very intimate ocean view elopement at the Alila Marea Beach Resort with just 6 guests. Despite the moving parts, Kenyatta made the entire day feel so effortless and easy! A Total Rockstar: She handled our timeline and decor flawlessly, ensuring everything looked and ran like clockwork. The Little Details: She went above and beyond, helping with the tiny things like fixing my bustle and adjusting my veil right when I needed it. Secret Coordination: She played a massive part in helping me coordinate a surprise pianist for my husband without him finding out! Communication & Warmth: She was always available by phone and text, and she has this amazing ability to make you feel like she’s a trusted friend rather than just a coordinator! If you want your wedding day to be stress-free, magical, and executed to absolute perfection, book Kenyatta immediately!

    So easy to work with!

    Keyatta was so easy to work with! She handled everything so the couple didn't need to. If you're looking for a planner who's genuinely invested in making your day special, I'd highly recommend her, and we're hoping to work together again in the future.

    Courthouse Wedding Content

    Kenyatta Kaptures, “captured” moments that I didn’t know I needed. I didn’t think I needed a content creator for our courthouse wedding and nuptials, but she proved me wrong. I now have something to look back on, because honestly everything is a blur due to all the emotions I felt. I also appreciate her attention to detail. For our actual wedding my husband and I chose brown as our wedding color. She made sure there were cohesive colors and styles between both events. A true pleasure to work with!

    If she can do it for herself, imagine yours!

    I’ve had the unique opportunity to see Kenyatta’s work behind the scenes and experience it firsthand as a guest at her own engagement party: and if she can execute her own celebration at a high level, I have no doubt she can and will do the same for her clients. From the organization and décor to the theme, dress code, venue selection, vendor communication, and overall flow, every detail was thoughtfully planned and seamlessly executed. Kenyatta has a clear vision and an incredible ability to bring that vision to life down to the smallest detail. Even when things are happening behind the scenes, she remains calm, organized, and professional. What stands out most is the genuine care she puts into creating an experience. Yes! While I’m based in San Diego and serve Southern California, I’m happy to travel for weddings and events. Travel fees may apply depending on the location and services booked.
The earlier, the better! Booking in advance helps secure your date, especially during busy wedding seasons. However, I’m always happy to accommodate last-minute inquiries when availability allows.
