I am passionate about preserving the honest emotions, meaningful relationships, and small in-between moments that make each wedding unique. My goal is to create photographs that feel natural, refined, and true to the way your day actually felt.

My approach blends unobtrusive documentary coverage with thoughtful direction when it is needed. Couples receive honest, emotion-driven photographs alongside polished portraits shaped by movement, connection, and the natural rhythm of the day. I use natural, true-to-color editing with a subtle film-inspired finish, and I focus on creating a calm, personalized experience from planning through final gallery delivery.

    The BEST experience

    Nika was our wedding photographer and OBSESSED is not even strong enough of a word for how we feel about our photos!!

I sent her a pinterest board and what we got back was somehow better than everything on it combined. She made the portraits genuinely so easy. i am the most awkward person in front of a camera and she just told us where to stand and what to do and somehow it looks like we've been modeling our whole lives. and the FILM shots! I didn't even know that was something i wanted until she mentioned it and now they're some of my favorite images from the whole day, there's just something so special about them. I highly recommend Nika as your wedding photographer and I would hire her 10 times over.

    Worth every moment!!

    Hiring Nika was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Her work goes far beyond beautiful portraits, she has an incredible ability to notice the moments happening all around you. Looking through our gallery, we found so many emotions, interactions, and details we never even realized were unfolding on the day itself. Her photographs feel timeless, artistic, and deeply personal. Nothing feels forced or overly posed, yet every image is beautifully composed. She captured not only us, but the atmosphere of the day in a way that allows us to relive it every time we look through our gallery. Beyond her talent, Nika was calm, kind, and such a reassuring presence throughout the entire day. We felt completely comfortable in front of her camera, and that made all the difference. Typically, couples book me about 10-18 months before their wedding date, especially for Saturdays during peak wedding season. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Yes. Depending on the collection, timeline, guest count, and logistics of the day, I may work with a second photographer with me.
Yes. Every image included in your final gallery is individually reviewed and professionally edited in my natural, true-to-color editorial style. Duplicate frames, test shots, blinks, and other unusable images are removed during the selection process.
Yes. Wedding videography can be added to photography coverage. My video team takes a documentary approach focused on the people, emotions, movement, and atmosphere of the day, resulting in a film that feels personal rather than staged.
You will receive a selection of sneak peeks within one week of your wedding. Your complete online gallery will be delivered within 6–8 weeks.
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. The final number varies based on your coverage time, timeline, guest count, and the events of the day. I do not limit your gallery to an arbitrary number. You will receive the strongest photographs needed to tell the full story of your wedding day or weekend.
Yes. Nika Libres Photography is fully insured, and a certificate of insurance can be provided to your venue upon request.
I work with a team of trusted experienced wedding photographers who can step in during a genuine emergency. I would remain responsible for communication, image selection, editing, and final gallery delivery.
