I take on a limited number of weddings so each couple receives personalized attention, proactive communication, and a coordinator who genuinely cares. On your wedding day, I’m there to anticipate needs, solve problems quietly, and ensure everything flows seamlessly so you can be fully present and stress-free.

You have the vision and have done some of the work, let me help you fine tune everything and take some of the stress of the planning off your plate

You have carefully put together the day of your dreams with hand picked vendors and thoughtful design decisions. This is where I step in to make sure you can fully enjoy your day.

Same as day of, just on a smaller scale for your intimate day to celebrate love. We will work together to put together a package that makes the most sense for you and your day. This is for weddings with 40 or less guests.

    As a wedding photographer, I work alongside a lot of planners and I can confidently say that working with Karisa was an absolute dream. From the moment the day started (She actually made sure I had all of the info I needed beforehand, so that was a bonus!) but everything ran smoothly, calmly, and right on schedule, which makes such a huge difference not only for vendors, but for the couple’s overall experience. She was incredibly organized, proactive, and always one step ahead, quietly handling details before they ever became issues. Because of her, the timeline flowed beautifully, the couple was relaxed and present, and I was able to focus fully on capturing meaningful moments instead of putting out fires. If you’re a couple looking for a planner who is professional, kind, and truly on top of every detail (and if you want your vendor team to love working your wedding) then Karisa is it. I would work with her again in a heartbeat.

    As a DIY bride without a wedding planner, having a coordinator for our big day was a key element for having a successful wedding. Karisa was a dream come true. She created a timeline for the wedding and managed all our vendors. She is a great communicator and is that BFF you didn’t know you needed while planning the wedding. She is very organized, helped tremendously with the rehearsal the day before and made sure everything ran smoothly on the day of. She was there for set up and break down and made sure I was able to be stress free on my wedding day. I am forever grateful for her help and love on my wedding day. My dream wedding was made possible thanks to Karisa! I’ve included photos that shows how she made sure my diy decor and set up was done properly!
