Lead Planner

Jasper & Lane is where meticulous planning and intentional design combine. Couples deserve events that reflect the unique beauty of their stories! I want to create an environment where all are welcome and featured regardless of color, gender, sexuality and size.

In my work life: I've worn a lot of hats...I have a background in technical theatre (costuming, makeup, set design). I worked as a lead artist for plays, operas and musicals. A lot of adventures led me to cosmetology. I've also spent years behind the chair at a luxury salon. I'm happy to say my salon career allowed me to work on fashion shows, commercials, photoshoots, an educator and a brand ambassador. When working weddings and events, my training allows me to plan and design while considering every angle. My beauty background also allows me to offer consulting and education for clients when developing their wedding style.

    Impeccable planning & design

    Choosing Averi of Jasper and Lane Events to plan and design our wedding was the best decision we made, which set us up for an amazing day. Averi made sure we had everything we needed with only 6 months to make it all happen. She has an impeccable eye for design and executed the vision we talked about in our design call perfectly. It had right amount of playful, fun touches, while also being elegant and absolutely beautiful. Everyone made a point of commenting on how unique and stunning the wedding design was and how much it felt like us as a couple. Averi kept us on track throughout the planning process and had great vendor recommendations (our DJ, photographer, and florist). She took over all the pre-event and day of coordination with vendors and made sure everything ran smoothly for us. We were able to enjoy every moment of our wedding day because of Averi’s hard work and the support of her team (shout out Jackie!) and connections to great vendors. We have no doubt that she can make anyone’s event vision come to life and execute that vision flawlessly. June 2025 - Wedding in LA at The Fig House

Yes, if existing couples would like to add planning for other wedding related events a custom quote can be added.
After officially booking Jasper & Lane, clients can expect an immediate Kick-Off call to be scheduled. From there a timeline and calendar with all the relevant events related to your wedding will be mapped out. Depending on the service booked, clients can expect month-to-month check in meetings as well as unlimited correspondence. If you have booked Month of Coordination, your process will begin 6 weeks prior to your wedding.
Jasper & Lane offers standard quarterly and monthly installments that are taken through secured payment software.
Jasper & Lane provides Day-Of support for the industry standard of a consecutive 10 or 8 hours depending on the service package booked, if additional time is needed our hourly rate will be discussed.
It is our experience that "day-of" is a realistic expectation. Each wedding (regardless of scope, budget, size) is unique. In order to fulfill the couple's wishes, the venue's requirements and coordinate with the vendor team (who are also busy working professionals) 4 to 6 weeks is required to execute a wedding properly.
With Jasper & Lane, you can expect to work closely with your lead planner and to see one to two assistants on the wedding day.
We prefer to work only one wedding a day in order to give our clients the attention they deserve. If there are multiple weddings a weekend a lot of thought and logistics prep has been coordinated before hand to insure everything is run smoothly.
