Hey there! My name is Tiffany Wiere, the owner and lead planner of Wiere Weddings! I was born and raised in Australia, and moved to the USA 7 years ago to be with my husband. I am a hopeless romantic - hence moving halfway across the world for the man I adore 💗 I studied hospitality management at the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa, and have been working as an events and catering manager ever since. My love for events, and especially weddings, is my passion. I love hearing each couples love story and how I can make their wedding day a reflection of them!

I will go above and beyond to make sure your special day is just that..special 🥰 No wedding is the exact same, so I have the flexibility to customize my packages to best suit you and your wedding needs. I am here to help!

Our most comprehensive planning package, taking the work out of wedding planning so that you can focus on what’s important to you. Since we are in communication with your vendor team from beginning to end, we create a seamless wedding experience for you to enjoy!

Our Partial Planning package offers a collaborative planning experience, perfect for couples who want professional guidance while being involved in the process. Together, we’ll develop your unique wedding vision and I’ll hand-select and manage three key vendors. Choose between two avenues – the core approach, or a design-focused experience. Throughout the planning process, I’ll provide ongoing support, ensuring your day is seamless and easygoing.

    We can't say enough wonderful things about Tiffany! From start to finish, she was an absolute dream to work with. Her attention to detail was nothing short of incredible, and she made sure every aspect we planned of our wedding was perfectly executed. Tiffany’s organization and expertise truly made our special day run so smoothly, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment without any worries. One of the things we appreciated most was how she kept us organized throughout the planning process.     I cannot express enough how absolutely incredible Tiffany was. Throughout the entire month leading up to our big day, she worked tirelessly behind the scenes, fixing and handling any and all issues seamlessly, without ever burdening me with unnecessary stress. On the day of the wedding, she was an absolute godsend. Every detail, every moment, was flawlessly executed, thanks to her expert coordination. I was completely unaware of any hiccups or challenges that may have arisen, as she handled them with grace and efficiency, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the occasion. Thanks to her unwavering dedication and impeccable service, my wedding day was nothing short of magical. I cannot recommend Tiffany highly enough to any bride-to-be seeking a stress-free, unforgettable wedding experience.     Background of Our Wedding: Our wedding was in early April 2024 in San Luis Obispo, CA with a bit less than 40 guests. However, a big challenge was that we had our Ceremony venue at a different location than the Reception venue. We really needed a coordinator that wouldn’t shy from this challenge. Booking & Before the Month-of: We found Tiffany on Zola & booked her almost right away. Tiffany was very transparent with pricing and expectations of service. She was ready to answer any questions we had. If you feel like you’re unsure what you’re looking for, she has an answer for you or at least help guide you to know what you might want for your big day. It is a big plus that her website with the booking process was easy and straightforward. We got Tiffany for Month-of Coordination but it feels like she was with us along the way of the almost-a-year planning process. The Month-of: This is when you will be working with Tiffany the most! I enjoyed every single meeting, phone calls, and brief texts with her. Meeting with Tiffany helps me pull together our vision much better day by day. She helped me believe that we could achieve it all. Since we’re from out of town, she made sure that we’d meet up whenever we could to ensure everything would be in place for the big day. The Rehearsal: Tiffany was indeed the first one to be at the venue with our binder printed out. (I most definitely forgot to print my binder for her.) She greeted all of my wedding party with the most warm welcome, which we appreciated very much and felt very comfortable working with her. We had specific requests on timing of the processional and she made it work! After the rehearsal, we definitely felt that we were very ready for the big day. The Day-of: It’s time for you to let go. Because I promise you, Tiffany and her awesome team got it! I saw her the morning of & I felt so calm because I knew Tiffany was going to perform her magic for us. Tiffany’s team magically set up our Ceremony Venue in just an hour. By the time I arrived at the venue, things were already in place & neat. It was a great feeling to see your vision coming alive. I remember I was able to just toss my car key to Tiffany’s team member & they immediately understood what I needed. Everything from then on was just very on-schedule and beautiful. Tiffany dealt with our families with the uttermost grace and patience. There was nobody I’d trust more than her to carry out our day. I did not have to worry about anything. We just enjoyed our day the most. The End: Tiffany somehow packed up everything neatly for us and even some of our vendors - like a fairy godmother. She sent us a long text of where things were and even returned things for us to our vendors. Exactly what we needed! Made our day-after MUCH better. Tiffany, Sean, & Katie - We cannot thank you enough. We can’t wait to plan our few-year anniversary with you. Keep on shining.

    Tiffany was our Month of Wedding Coordinator, and she did an amazing job! She was able to easily pickup where we left off in wedding planning. She provided us with a wedding checklist and vendor recommendations which was super helpful. It was a pretty smooth transition once the month before the wedding began. One thing that really gave us peace of mind was that she worked on creating multiple backup plans for us in case it rained on the day of our wedding. On the actual day of the wedding, we didn’t have to do or think about anything. Tiffany made sure our venue and ceremony site were set up exactly how we wanted it, and made the day flow pretty much seamlessly. Her process during the month of is also great because she helped us create the timeline of the day, made a personal decor list, and helped us solidify plans with our vendors so everyone was on the same page. We couldn’t thank Tiffany enough for helping make our wedding perfect!
