Hello! This is me! A crazy cat lady, mom of three and a wife. I began Events by K. Ann for a very simple reason. Guests come to events looking for great food, amazing drinks and a one of a kind guest experience. We help you deliver that to your guests, all while keeping your event true to the both of you. Offer full wedding planning and coordination.

There is no one wedding alike and that goes the same for planners + coordinators! We offer a more unique planning + coordination experience. From logistics to the smaller details, we are there to do it all with you. We are changing the way coordination and planning is done by removing time restrictions within our packages. We would rather be there with you from the moment you book. We are here for you and your day. From the decor + florals to the bar service to create a custom artisan bar experience. Destination weddings shouldn't be stressful! We handle everything needed to help pull it off easily and stress free. With virtual consults and vendor referrals + selection. Customized packages available.

From logistics to the smaller details, we are there to do it all with you. We are changing the way coordination and planning is done by removing time restrictions within our packages. We would rather be there with you from the moment you book. How much we are needed and how hands on you need us to be, depends on you. All of our services are custom pricing.

Virtual or in person wedding consultant services on top of in person on the day of your wedding. This is for the couples who need assistance with vendors but one step under full service.

    What can I say. I was always told weddings were stressful, expensive, and I’d regret not spending the money on something else. I believe without Kari, this might have been the case. My wedding was more beautiful than I could have imagined. Absolutely seamlessly executed!!! I don’t regret a cent of it because it exceeded every expectation!! I had two friends get married the same year I did. They saw how little stress I had, while they each opted to go at it alone and ran around like crazy. Both regretted not hiring a planner. BUT, I didn’t have just any planner though…I had Kari!!!

    As a vendor, you work with a new team every weekend and out of the hundreds of coordinators I’ve worked with, Kari is my favorite. She always goes above and beyond for her clients and always a pleasure to work with. She is a genus with logistics and timelines and as a photographer I never have to stress. Anytime I have the opportunity to work with her, I know it’s going to be a great wedding!

    Kari went above and beyond and delivered the most perfect wedding day. Her calm nature, professional and fun staff and her deep understanding of how to organize a wedding truly was apparent from the moment we hired her. She knows what to spend her time on, calms you down when you are freaking out about the little things, politely ushers you to the next event to keep the day on schedule. I never felt rushed, stressed, or worried about anything the entire day. She just handles it and everything happens in the background. I also had her do my floral arrangements. I told her the vibes I was looking for and she made them better than I could have ever imagined or found on pinterest. She is a true artist and so very experienced. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!!! Having her be a part of my day and now part of the memories of our wedding day is so special, she feels like family and we still reminisce about funny and magical things that happened that day with Kari!

    Kari and her team were so wonderful to work with. She is professional yet personable. She helped me every step of the way and picked up my slack when I got too busy. I didn't have to think about anything on my wedding day because her team was on top of it. The bartenders were great, there was never a line and they really got the party started. 10/10 would recommend this amazing coordinator!
