Let us save you hours of time and headaches by taking your Pinterest ideas and turning them into a reality! We offer it all; whether you need the full planning package or just a day of coordinator (most venues require this) we are happy to help you and come geared with years of experience, poise and grace.
What sets me apart from others is my years and years of experience in different facets of the industry. From catering to event rentals to venue management, I have really done it all and can ensure your event goes off without a hitch!

Best Wedding Day Coordinators!!!
Weddings are so stressful and turned our world upside down but Heather and Madi were our absolute saviors that made the process much more tolerable and helped us through every part. We hired Lucky Penny Events for a day of coordinator and when we were deciding who to work with, Heather's personality put us at ease and we vibed right off the bat. She even worked with us to fit in our budget and we're so grateful she did. Heather and Madi were family that treated our wedding like it was their own. Heather was my confidant who I could talk things out with to put down my worries. Nearing the event they helped with our rehearsal, making sure we had everything planned out that we needed for the big day, and took all the worries and stress in the day of, covering things while my now husband and I were able to live and be present in our blissful day. Ceremony went with no hiccups, and when my husband and I walked into our reception our jaws literally dropped. Due to rain the setup for our reception switched and they were able to put together our decorations beautifully, honestly better than I could have imagined! It was like a dream! My husband and I enjoyed our reception to ors fullest and everything behind the scenes was taken care of. Could not have asked for more. Our wedding is is still the best day of our lives and it was because of Lucky Penny Events. Thank you so so much Heather and Madi for making us the happiest couple on our big day!!! We couldn't have asked for anything more!!

Made our day everything we hoped for
Heather and Madi were absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. Heather was communicative and organized leading up to the wedding, which made the whole planning process feel so much less overwhelming. On the day of, she kept everything running seamlessly and handled every last-minute change without missing a beat. We never felt like anything was off, and because of that we were truly able to be present and enjoy every moment of our special day. We cannot recommend them enough!

Beyond Expectations
Working with Heather to plan my daughter’s wedding was the best decision we made. We selected her “Beyond Expectations” package for partial planning and she delivered big time, truly exceeding our expectations! We absolutely could not have pulled off this wedding without Heather, her organization, responsiveness, and calm guidance were invaluable. She recommended amazing vendors, created a detailed timeline, and made sure everything ran seamlessly on the wedding day. I cannot recommend Heather enough. She is a gem!

Incredible wedding!
Heather was truly incredible! Her communication, organization, and warmth made the whole planning process so easy and enjoyable. She listened carefully to our vision and brought it to life perfectly. On our wedding day, she handled every detail flawlessly — even making sure a man in a Speedo didn’t wander into our beach ceremony! She also carved out a few quiet moments just for us, which we’ll never forget. We’re so grateful for her and Madi and can’t recommend Lucky Penny Events enough!

Best choice!
We were so grateful to have Heather (and Madi and Alysse) there for us on our wedding day - and the month prior! She was organized, knowledgeable, and engaging. To be honest, after meeting her the first time we actually partially planned our wedding date around when she was available. I knew I wanted to trust our vendors and feel like they brought the best of vibes- and Heather does just that. She had snacks and drinks for us, a fan to cool us down, some updates but never felt overloaded with details, and always always told us how much everyone was enjoying themselves. I’ve heard from many friends and family members that she was “excellent.” It’s sad when your event is over for a lot of reasons, but one of them is not getting to have Heather in our corner anymore. She is also very well connected in the SB wedding industry, which made my vendor team just feel like a fun and cohesive family. We highly recommend!!
