She truly accommodated our dream cake — which was not an easy request! We wanted a hybrid traditional cake with a French flair, complete with a miniature croquembouche, and she absolutely brought my vision to life. She was collaborative, creative, and very upfront and reasonable with pricing, which we really appreciated.
Erika even drove to us to drop off the cake tastings, which were incredible. We ended up choosing her specialty and favorite flavor: a pink champagne cake with blackberry crème — it was absolutely delicious. For the croquembouche, we selected coffee-flavored cream puffs, which were a huge hit!
It was surprisingly difficult to find someone who could make a croquembouche tower at a reasonable price, so I’m beyond happy we found Erika. She is extremely talented, professional, and detail-oriented. The cake was delivered seamlessly to the venue, and everything was perfect on the big day.
