Connor's Craft Cakes is a Southern California wedding cake studio specializing in individually conceived, sculptural edible artwork. Each commission is developed through an immersive design process that considers the couple's story, aesthetic, and wedding design direction. Commissions begin at $2000, and are limited to preserve the highest level of craftsmanship.

    Wedding Cake of my Dreams!

    I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and outcome than working with Connor’s Craft Cakes. It was important to me that my wedding cake was not only beautiful but tasted delicious. This is most certainly the case with Connor’s Craft Cakes. After our tasting, we had a hard time deciding which flavors to choose- they were all incredible. Working with Connor was a dream. He is quick to respond, transparent about pricing, and a true visionary. I came with a few abstract words to describe the vibe I wanted my cake to capture and he created the most beautiful cake I have ever seen. I’m looking forward to the opportunity to host another event where I can work with Connor again!

    Delicious cake, beautiful design, we're so happy!

    We hired Connor to make our wedding cake and we are tremendously happy we did. We were in the unique position of planning our California wedding while living in Massachusetts, but Connor was awesome to work with. He was extremely communicative over phone and email, he offered to ship samples to us (but we ended up trying them when we happened to be in California for other reasons), and he understood our colorful/wildflower vision perfectly. He sent us some mock-ups of the cake design, we iterated a few times, and the final product was exactly what we were looking for. The flavors were also delicious - we ended up going with 3 flavors because we loved them so much. Quite possibly the most delicious cake I've eaten.. and we received so many compliments from our guests. We are just so happy. Thank you Connor for making our spectacular wedding cake - you'll be hearing from us for every single anniversary to follow :)

    The best there is!!

    Connor is an absolute joy to work with!! He genuinely cares about his craft. Rather than the standard vanilla and chocolate options, he offers creative flavor combinations. If you’re looking for a wedding cake that is unique both visually and in flavor, look no further. His cakes are more than desserts—they’re works of art that taste as incredible as they look!

    Connor was an absolute joy to work with! I was recommended by someone on a Facebook page and as soon as I reached out he was so accommodating and personable. Our wedding cake was exactly what I wanted and more, not to mention his flavor choices were AMAZING!!! I wouldn’t change our cake for the world and we will be recommending moving forward.     Best Cake

    Everything was perfect and cake tasted and looked great.

Although the majority of my design work utilizes edible flowers, my design style is inspired from many aspects of nature and organic geometry. I've found I can provide clients with the most personalized and unique artwork when they provide their overall mood/styling inspiration pictures: e.g., floral arrangements, wedding dress, tablescape design, travel inspiration, pinterest boards etc. This allows creativity to flow which yields a more personalized art piece rather than using another cake designer’s previous work. For florals specifically, my favorite mediums to work with are buttercream, wafer paper, rice paper, and dried floral pieces.

I'm booking celebrations anywhere from 6 to 12 months in advance. I recommend booking quickly so you can ensure you can reserve your place on my calendar. I also have limited short-term availability within 6 months. If you’d like to reserve your date prior to proceeding with the design process, you can place a “save-the-date” deposit which will guarantee your spot for your event and will also count toward your total cake order.
Yes, most cake flavors can be made gluten-free, and some can be made vegan or dairy free for an additional fee.
