Congratulations on your engagement! I am glad you found us and are considering us for your special day. My name is Chef Gabriela Claudio. But everyone calls me Gabby! I am a certified pastry chef and instructor, and have been a Home baker since 2015 when i started my small business. I love creating beautiful edible works of art that are unique for your special day. My favorite part of wedding cakes are seeing my couples reaction to their vision made reality. I focus on creating a beautiful cake for you to share with your loved ones that you will remember for years to come, not only by how it looked but how it tasted!

Being a classically trained Chef, I know what ingredients are the best quality and will taste the best. We use 100% real butter, which makes our products melt in your mouth delicious! Everything is freshly made for each order and nothing will ever come from a can or carton ready made. Customer Satisfaction is my main priority and we prefer QUALITY over QUANTITY. We would love to be a part of your special day!!! IMPORTANT NOTE: We are Based out of Los Angeles so please take that into consideration when sending your inquiry. Delivery prices are based on the amount of Travel, and Unfortunately is often overlooked as a part of the budget.

    My husband & I had our wedding in Feb 2024, in LA. We asked Gabriela to be our wedding cake baker and also ended up requesting a couple orders of macarons as a thank you treat for our guests. From start to finish she was so professional, and very thorough about all the little details! We were able to order 2 different flavors of cake for the 4 layers, with a sheet cake to make sure we had enough servings for all the guests. For the 2 flavors of macarons we got, both were so good and our guests really enjoyed comparing flavors at their tables! Gabriela was so kind and really worked with me to make sure the color of the cookie shell was exactly what I wanted. She was also really considerate of our budget, and made helpful suggestions of ways we could reduce costs while still having a lovely wedding cake. We thought her pricing was super reasonable, especially for how much work is put into the desserts - She arranged the flowers on our wedding cake and they were so gorgeous!! Loved working with her, and would recommend for any wedding/event desserts!!

    Impeccable service. She catered to my every need. She made me feel at ease. I knew going into the wedding day that if anything went wrong at least the cakes would be perfect. The cakes tasted amazing and looked exactly as I asked for. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a dependable expert baker and cake decorator.
