    Hiring Cassie for her design and coordination services for our wedding was the best money we've ever spent. She is incredibly organized and detail-oriented, has an amazing eye for design, works extremely hard, and easily garners the respect and favor of every vendor by being competent, direct, and thorough. She saved us from several disasters by thinking of things we never would have thought of. She suggested fantastic vendors who all did their jobs perfectly. She was super available and flexible. She perfectly captured our design ideas. And on top of it all, she worked for probably 15 hours on the day of our wedding, which allowed us to having a relaxing morning/afternoon and an extremely fun evening. She goes the extra mile without a second thought. Our wedding was perfect, and Cassie was responsible for 99% of it. Hire her!

    We could not recommend Ros&Co more highly after working with Cassie for nearly 18 months of planning our 5 different wedding events. Cassie is hands down the best person to have in your corner through the wedding planning process AND execution on the day of! From helping us budget, to sourcing and comparing vendors (and negotiating), to keeping every single detail at top of mind and organized, it felt like I had full time assistance and didn't have to worry about anything. I was able to fully trust that if something needed to be addressed, Cassie would bring it to me, which is invaluable in the wedding planning process.     HIRE CASSIE!!! There are so many reasons to hire Cassie, including that she is absolutely a lovely human being, but it really boils down to she will make your whole wedding better, both from your perspective and your guests’. We were definitely that overly anxious couple who thought about eloping at every other decision. Cassie greatly reduced the stress on our plates by doing all the research so we could actually enjoy making the decisions and envisioning our day. Anything we didn’t absolutely love, Cassie would come back to us with new options, helping to fine tune the vision so the day perfectly fit us. When we were worried we were behind schedule or over budget, Cassie and her phenomenal organizational skills always helped reassure us of the timeline and that we were in fact coming in under budget for our wedding. And she did all of this while we lived in California, planning our Massachusetts wedding. At one point during the process, my partner,Cassie, and I were in three different states, but she always found the time to meet and made sure she was always available for us. The day of the wedding, we got so much feedback from our parents and the bridal party that they have never seen a wedding run so smoothly. Even the hairstylist noted she had never seen a bridal party so relaxed and on schedule. At our wedding, with Cassie handling all the day-of coordination, we were able to simply be guests of honor and enjoy the evening. Our wedding ended up being beyond our wildest dreams and it is really all thanks to Cassie.
