I’m Cassie, the founder of Ros&Co. My venture into event planning began more than 5 years ago, initially with engagement parties and baby showers and eventually weddings. After planning my own wedding I realized the amount of detail that goes into a wedding is both overwhelming and abundantly broad. Immediately after my big day, I decided to leave my job as a project manager to help other brides navigate their journey. My mission is to instill confidence in you that every detail, no matter how small, has been expertly managed, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your special day.     We found Cassie roughly 4 months before our wedding, when the panic started to sink in that there was no way for us to manage all the different pieces of wedding planning ourselves. She was hands down the best decision we made. Our wedding was this past Saturday, June 22nd, and it was beyond perfect. Despite having to move the ceremony inside due to the rain, it was still the most magical night of our lives. None of it would have been possible without Cassie and I simply I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you for everything Cassie!!

    Booking Cassie to be my wedding coordinator three months out to my wedding day was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process! I really thought I did not want or need a planner/coordinator, but having Cassie there really allowed me to enjoy my wedding. Cassie was diligent, organized, responsive, and patient. Cassie was so on top of every detail and knew all my vendors’ contracts inside and out! I had done lots of research online to make sure I knew every detail going into the wedding planning process, but there were some things I would not have known and Cassie was able to guide me through. For example, one of my vendors insisted an additional hour of rental time needed to be added to the wedding day (that would have cost me hundreds of dollars) and Cassie advocated for me, citing their contract, that it was not necessary. Cassie was also available to help make decisions regarding decor, helping me decide on pieces that best suited and enhanced the venue. I explained my vision of romantic candles everywhere throughout the event. Cassie and I worked together to shape where everything would go to create the seamless look. Cassie (and her assistant Cammie) made everything look stunning on the wedding day - and expertly packed up everything at the end of the night for us. I thought I could have my sister or family friend be in charge of so many of these tasks, but it was *so nice* delegating this out to a professional so that everyone could enjoy the day.     And I'm not exaggerating. Working with Cass made my job so much easier, I wouldn't even call it "job". To start with, the back and forth emails were always filled with details, simple explanation and she did navigate me to where she wanted to go. Her vision was clean and she provided a detailed shot list with inspiration pictures and the timeline built in, I literally had to just show up and have fun! I would love to work with Cass all the time, her communication and attention to detail is impeccable and something I really appreciate.

    I had the pleasure of working with Cassie while she was planning her own wedding in the Foundation Room at Citizens House of Blues Boston in the Winter of 2023. As the Sales Manager, I worked closely with her during the planning process in which she conveyed her vision to me so seamlessly and it was a joy to see her vision come to life on her wedding night. From the start, it was apparent how organized Cassie is! From the spreadsheets detailing the menu, guest list and décor, to the presentation with detailed table mockups that she put together for my staff and I to set day of, everything was so well thought out and straightforward. She has such a natural knack for planning, and it really showed throughout my experience working with her.
