True to Their Name!
We cannot say enough amazing things about Jess & her team! From the very beginning, they went above and beyond in helping us bring our design vision to life and executing every detail on the big day flawlessly. She was incredibly communicative with us and worked seamlessly with all of our vendors (who consistently raved about how wonderful she was to collaborate with)! We always felt supported, confident, and like Jess and Jaclyn really cared which made all the difference. Cue the Details was an invaluable part of our wedding and an absolute joy to work with!

Jessica and Jaclynn were so great! They are organized but relaxed, which is exactly what we were going for when hiring planners. Jessica and Jaclynn were especially helpful leading up to the wedding. We did not anticipate the workload that occurs a few months prior to the big day, and they were instrumental in navigating that time. They also really helped us with vendor navigation which we are so grateful for!! We had the absolute best day and are so thankful for the time and effort they put into making that happen!!!

We hired Cue the Details for our wedding, and working with Jaclynn and Lauren was one of the best decisions we made. Jaclynn was our main point of contact throughout the planning process, and she was exceptional — incredibly organized, proactive, and always quick to communicate. She created a thoughtful, detailed timeline and coordinated seamlessly with all of our vendors, which gave us so much peace of mind leading up to the big day. On the wedding day, Jaclynn and Lauren were absolute rockstars. The entire day was truly seamless. My husband and I were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment because they handled everything behind the scenes with calm confidence. At one point, we realized we had forgotten our wedding bands at my mom’s house. Without hesitation, Lauren drove from the venue to my house, grabbed the rings, and made it back with time to spare, and somehow managed to do it all without disrupting the flow of the day. My family had endless compliments about Jaclynn’s professionalism, preparedness, and overall command of the day. They were genuinely blown away by how smoothly everything ran. Their ability to anticipate problems before they even arose, combined with their kindness and professionalism, made our day perfect. We truly cannot recommend Cue the Details enough!
