We will provide comprehensive assistance throughout the entire wedding planning process, from selecting vendors, managing budgets, creating timelines, and overseeing all logistics leading up to and on the wedding day. Your planner will handle the coordination of all details, from venue selection to menu planning, decor design, and more.

Day of Coordination Package- (Price may change due to needs) starting at ceremony/venue location $1200(venue) -$1400(church) this package is departure 1 hr before reception end time Off premise weddings(not at a venue) start $2,000-2500 depending on needs of event/hours needed Full day of Coordination -start In the morning till one hour before reception end time $1900 Half Day Coordination- (5 hrs) timeline not included $1000

    We love Arianna!

    When my husband and I started wedding planning, I knew I didn't mind doing the leg work leading up to our wedding, but wanted to be more hands-off on the day of. I called Wanderlust to ask about booking a Day-Of Coordinator. From the first phone call with Arianna, I felt something click and felt confident she had my back. From helping to create our day-of schedule to following up with vendors, she took a huge weight off my shoulders. On the day, it was like I made a new friend who was just hanging out with me and kept an eye out for any details I missed. She was prepared for every situation from a stain on my gown (which she promptly removed) to having fans on hand for the reception to having breath mints handy right before the ceremony. She even went above and beyond when we realized we left something at the hotel for our ceremony and drove from our venue to the hotel to find my car to pick up part of our unity ceremony that we forgot to unpack. PLUS she made it back in time so we could do the ceremony how we wanted. I can't thank her enough for that. On the day, I spent the most time with her and my photographer and it honestly just felt like we were all friends. I felt taken care of it was such relief to know I could just be the bride and not have to keep track of every little detail. I would highly recommend Arianna and Wanderlust Events for your wedding.

    Absolutely Worth It

    To all the women out there going back and forth in your head wondering, “Do I really need a wedding coordinator?” — even if it’s just a day-of coordinator… the answer is YES. You absolutely do. Hiring Ariana from Wanderlust was hands down one of the BEST decisions I made for our wedding day, and I truly cannot imagine the day without her. Things she did that I didn’t even realize I’d need: • Reapplied my lipstick when it started fading before photos • Fluffed my dress before basically every pose and picture • Helped me use the bathroom and literally held my dress for me • Kept my 2 and 4 year old niece and nephew entertained, calm, and under control during photos and busy moments • Made sure I was eating and drinking water throughout the night • Took care of organizing and tipping all of my vendors so my family and I could actually enjoy the night • Made sure she knew EVERY important detail that mattered to me and executed them perfectly • Helped keep my photographer organized with all the poses and moments we wanted captured • Took additional behind-the-scenes videos and Meta glasses footage that my photographer didn’t get — memories I’ll cherish forever • Held mine and my groom’s phones, accessories, and random little items all night and magically had them whenever we needed them • Helped give us quiet moments throughout the night and literally helped us “scoot away” for private moments together to soak everything in • Kept me calm anytime I started feeling stressed or overwhelmed • Kept us smiling, laughing, and grounded throughout the chaos • Honestly… kept me sane And SOOOOO much more that probably happened behind the scenes without me even realizing because she handled everything before it became an issue. Your wedding day goes by SO fast, and the last thing you want is to spend it answering questions, worrying about timelines, fixing problems, or making sure everyone else is doing what they’re supposed to do. Ariana from Wanderlust is an absolute DREAM and I truly cannot say enough amazing things about her. I am beyond grateful for everything she did for us, and one of the best decisions I made was having her there by our side on our special day to make it even more magical than it already was.

    BEST WEDDING PLANNER EVER

    Just wanted to show off my INCREDIBLE day of wedding coordinator!!!! Wanderlusteventsli Her name is Arianna Castagna Baker and she was my LIFELINE this past weekend. She made us a beautiful timeline that helped all of my vendors and family move smoothly throughout the day. She came early to help me and the girls finish getting ready. She brought a whole suitcase filled with things I didn’t even think I needed. She helped me finish my makeup and help my mother and girls do last minute touch ups to their hair and makeup and even put my mothers lashes on! She sparkled up my chest and helped me layout my detail photos. I didn’t have to worry about taking my wedding dress out and setting anything up for photo because she was right there doing it for me. I was able to focus on getting ready and soaking in the precious moments. If it wasn’t for her y’all I would have forgotten to put on my dam perfume!!!! She held all of my items and took my cell phone to capture moments so I had them right away as photo/video takes a bit to get back. She helped fluff my dress and held my very long veil on the way to the ceremony. She made sure the girls were in order and when we got to the church she helped me stay calm. She threw gum in my mouth right before I walked out to freshen up my breathe and let me spit it right out before I walked out. she freshened up my arm pits and told me to take a selfie so I had that forever she took pics and videos of special moments all night with my phone. She helped us get poses and shots we wouldn’t have thought of. During my husband’s first dance with his mother, they did a fun dance to end it and he planned to rip his jacket off to start the fun dance. If it wasn’t for this girl, he wouldn’t have gotten it off. She ripped it off him so fast JUST IN TIME for him to start the dance! All night she got us drinks and made sure we were taken care of. She was beyond attentive and just so smart in what we needed all day. Without her we wouldn’t have been as relaxed and calm. I can not thank her enough. She makes you feel so comfortable and I would hire her for ANY event needed. She is the best of the best!! Oh and VERY affordable!!! 1000000000/10 recommend for your wedding or next event!!!!!! We love you!!!!

    Day-Of-Coordinator

    My husband and I used Wanderlust Events LI - Day of Coordination services for our wedding September 7th, 2024. After spending a year planning every detail on my own, I was ready to enjoy the wedding day without the stress of having to manage last minute hiccups or details on the big day. Having Arianna’s services at our wedding was the BEST decision ever! Ariana was an angel! Prior to the wedding Arianna was responsive and informative as to what services she would provide. She spent over an hour on the phone going through the wedding timeline and then writing it up to share with us and all of our wedding vendors. This helped keep all the details transparent and all the vendors in the know. I found this to be especially helpful as well to share with my wedding party so they knew when and where they needed to be during the day. On wedding day, Arianna was at the venue when I arrived. She had ample knowledge of the venue and was familiar with the staff which helped support seamless transitions throughout the day and communication of all details. Arianna additionally took on an unexpected role of taking care of my son (12 years old) almost all day for any of his needs, from when his dress shoes were blistering his feet, to when he was served the wrong dinner and she made sure to get him the meal he wanted. When our saxophonist was an hour late, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Arianna spoke with the vendor on her own and negotiated getting some money back from what we paid. This was done without me even knowing, which saved so much worry and stress during such a busy chaotic day. Each time I turned around Ariana was there with a drink in hand waiting for us and to ask us if there was anything we needed. She took pictures and videos throughout the day that she shared with me following the event. She created beautiful social media content which was a huge bonus! Ariana’s knowledge of weddings is unmatched, and I am so thankful that we had her with us on such an important and meaningful day of our lives. My husband (who initially didn’t think we needed any kind of day of services and didn’t quite understand what is was for) was in awe of all her hard work and how helpful she was to us the whole day! Overall amazing experience using Wanderlust Events LI and I would absolutely recommend her services for your Day of Coordination!
