My number one goal for my clients is a fun, stress-free wedding day. Whether that means planning your day from start to finish or just showing up day-of and keeping things on track, I’m here for it. Your wedding day is the only day that is all about you and your partner 🩷🫶🏼it’s important to savor the special moments and leave the stress and drama out of it. My passion is to assist in making your wedding day memorable and authentic to every couple served, representing their unique love story, personal values, and style.

Couldn’t Have Done It Without Wanderlust Events LI
Oh my gossshhhhh, I COULD WRITE A WHOLE ESSAY ON HOW MUCH I LOVE ARIANNA AND WHAT SHE DID FOR US. I was hesitant initially booking a day of coordinator thinking maybe it wasn’t necessary. But now looking back, I genuinely don’t know what I would have done without her. She made herself available for every single question, concern, and even vent sessions since the day I booked her. She was like my wedding therapist! And then as we got closer, she touched base multiple times to confirm day of details and created a whole timeline for us that she personally sent to all our vendors. She somehow managed the day of to set up decor, make sure every vendor was doing what they needed to, keep the timeline flowing, escort me to the bathroom, bustle my dress, keep a drink in mine and my husband’s hand all night and ended up doing even more behind the scenes that I wasn’t aware of! She even dabbed the sweat off my husband’s face before our cake cutting so you wouldn’t see it in pictures lol most importantly, she kept me calm, happy and worry free that day. I actually don’t know how she does it all - I think she has super powers. I will never be able to express how grateful I am for Arianna. ️

Day of coordination
I truly cannot say enough good things about Angela and Arianna. They were absolutely incredible to work with and I am so glad I had them there on my wedding day. From the moment they arrived, they kept everything running smoothly and were constantly taking care of things I never even would have thought needed to be done. They made sure I was always photo ready and were fixing my lipstick, veil, and train. They were always one step ahead and truly went above and beyond. When we arrived to our reception, we began realizing that a lot of things were going wrong, and Arianna and Angela immediately stepped up and took control. Angela stayed waaaay past her contracted time just to make sure our night continued to run as smoothly as possible. She essentially took over the role of maître d’ at a venue she had never even worked at and somehow kept everything moving. I genuinely don’t know what we would have done without them. Angela and Arianna continued to go above and beyond for us afterward, helping me navigate and communicate with our venue about everything that had gone wrong. On top of being amazing at their jobs, they were just such a vibe. They kept the energy happy, calm, and funny all day. Having them around felt like having two more friends there who also happened to be making sure everything was taken care of behind the scenes. Hiring them was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding. I am beyond grateful for everything they did for us, both during and after our wedding. If you are considering hiring them for your wedding, DO IT. You will be so happy you have them in your corner.

Arianna was absolutely fantastic to work with! She took care of so many things behind the scenes that we didn’t even know about and it allowed us to just focus on each other and enjoying our wedding day. Definitely book with Wanderlust for your wedding coordination!

Arianna was my go to from the moment I booked her. She helped us create the timeline, coordinated vendors, and calmed me down more times than I’d like to admit lol. The day of she made sure everyone was running on time and was my right hand; between mid photoshoot lip gloss applications, touching up my hair, and even bustling my dress. She truly was my best friend for the day and I’m so glad I booked her!

When my husband and I started wedding planning, I knew I didn't mind doing the leg work leading up to our wedding, but wanted to be more hands-off on the day of. I called Wanderlust to ask about booking a Day-Of Coordinator. From the first phone call with Arianna, I felt something click and felt confident she had my back. From helping to create our day-of schedule to following up with vendors, she took a huge weight off my shoulders. On the day, it was like I made a new friend who was just hanging out with me and kept an eye out for any details I missed. She was prepared for every situation from a stain on my gown (which she promptly removed) to having fans on hand for the reception to having breath mints handy right before the ceremony. She even went above and beyond when we realized we left something at the hotel for our ceremony and drove from our venue to the hotel to find my car to pick up part of our unity ceremony that we forgot to unpack. PLUS she made it back in time so we could do the ceremony how we wanted. I can't thank her enough for that. On the day, I spent the most time with her and my photographer and it honestly just felt like we were all friends. I felt taken care of it was such relief to know I could just be the bride and not have to keep track of every little detail. I would highly recommend Arianna and Wanderlust Events for your wedding.
