All events are important to us, we help you plan from your engagement to all the way to your honey moon! We create packages for all budgets and customized to the couple's needs!     Day of Coordinator

    Madeleine was absolutely invaluable on our wedding day. She showed up for me in ways I didn’t even realize I would need. From helping me with my dress to pressing the bows for my chairs at the very last minute, she provided true white-glove service from beginning to end. Every time I turned around, Madeleine was there—calm, attentive, prepared, and somehow already taking care of whatever needed to be done before I even had to ask. Having her there allowed me to actually enjoy my wedding day instead of worrying about all of the little details happening behind the scenes. My only regret is that I didn’t have Madeleine with me for the entire month leading up to the wedding! I was fortunate enough to have her for the day, and she was truly invaluable. If you’re considering hiring a day-of coordinator, I cannot recommend Madeleine highly enough. She went above and beyond for us, and I’m incredibly grateful she was part of our day.

    Working with Maye Event Planning was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Madeline was incredibly supportive from the moment we connected all the way through our big day. We utilized the day of coordinator service and she went above and beyond. We had multiple conversations leading up to the big day and she attended our final venue walk through. She paid close attention to every detail and genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life.     Perfect wedding coordinator.

    She did amazing from the beginning to the end. She coordinated my Bridal shower doing so great thanks to her I had a great time . Them she made my amazing centerpiece for my wedding also coordinated my decoration and set all day to made out special day so perfect and I didn’t have to worry at all. Thanks to her.

Yes, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Payment plans are available.
Depends on the package you choose. For day-of coordination, I are with the couple for the entire day. From before the start of the ceremony until the end of the reception based on the couple's needs. For wedding planning packages, we are available for months in advance as we communicate regularly.
Each coordinator takes a wedding per day. The coordinator assigned to you will be available for you the entire day, without a rush to get to another event.
Yes! We do it all! You can select different packages from us. We also offer other services such as decorations, officiants, party rentals, and so much more!
We have a great team! You get assigned a coordinator based on your wedding needs. If you are having a Spanish or bilingual wedding you will be assigned a bilingual coordinator. We make sure you have the coordinator that best fits your needs to make sure your wedding day goes smooth.
We are grateful to have at least two weddings per month (sometimes more). Every wedding is beautiful and unique! We have worked small wedding of 20 guests to big weddings up to 350 guests. We assign coordinators based on the final guest count, requests, and couples needs. We make sure your wedding your smooth, on schedule, and according to plan.
