The Best Wedding Ever
Samantha and Debra supported us with making our wedding day as incredible as possible. We could not recommend them more to our family and friends, and we have endless good things to say about them. Samantha was always approachable, accessible, kind, organized, full of wonderful ideas, and always had potential solutions to any problems which came up along the way while coordinating our wedding day. Samantha calmed our anxieties, and communicated very effectively between us as well as our vendors for our backyard wedding. Debra found a meaningful place for each of our decorations, and styled our arch beautifully. Debra’s creative insights and artistic vision supported us with making our vision for our wedding day a reality. I had no questions or hesitation when it came to giving Debra creative freedom to take our ideas and execute them as we had envisioned. We found their coordination services to be flexible as well as accommodating, and they helped us with putting so much in place the day of. Samantha and Debra have majorly exceeded our expectations, and we could not be more grateful. There is no other team we would consider hiring if we were to plan another large event in the future, and our day was all the more special because of them.

If you are looking for a day of coordinator, look no further than Samantha and Forever and a Day Coordination. When I tell you Samantha is the kindest, sweetest, most organized person- you will 100% be grateful you hired her (and this is coming from someone who is also very Type A). My husband and I were impressed with Samantha from our first meeting and she continued to be amazing throughout the entire process. I got married in NYC on 10/12/25 and when I tell you the day was a doozy! From the roads being blocked due to a parade, to the storm we had- Samantha executed our wedding day flawlessly. She handled everything with professionalism and grace and I still have people telling me how wonderful she was. Her communication is excellent and she is such a wonderful soul. Hire her now!! You will not regret it.

Working with Samantha and her team really took the pressure off the day of our wedding! Having to coordinate all of the vendors for our raw site venue wedding was very daunting. Having Debra and Phil there the day of, it all went flawlessly!

The best!!
Samantha and Melissa were INCREDIBLE and I was so thankful I had them for my wedding day. Samantha put on weekly meetings for us a month out and we went through litterally every detail you could think of! She is so detail oriented and was such a pleasure to work with. From arriving at the church early and making sure things go smoothly there, to the reception and figuring out where to put people we left off the seating chart, there was no issue or personality she did not handle with grace. Melissa her assistant was present for the rehearsal which was amazing and day of she was bustling my dress, I can’t thank her enough. If you think you do not need a planner, I promise you you do and you will thank yourself later for it. And Forever and a Day Coordination is who you want to do it. The peace of mind they gave me was worth every penny!

The weekly planning calls in the month leading up to the wedding were incredibly helpful, and their added assistance with our backyard rehearsal was invaluable.
