We use seasonal flowers and textural foliage to bring beauty and spirit to your wedding! We take care of all the details, so you can relax and enjoy your big day. We also offer workshops and flower bars, which are perfect for a bridal shower or reception activity.

Our floral style is slightly wild, loose and organic. We love unexpected flowers and textural elements that your guests will certainly notice!     Talented local MA Florist - highly recommend!

    Semper Virens Flowers was a joy to work with for our wedding flowers. Mary, the lead floral artist, was skilled in drawing out our opinions about flowers- even things we didn’t think about initially, instilling confidence that our vision would come to life beautifully. The end result certainly exceeded expectations - Mary tailored a gorgeous, unique floral design for us with a beautiful color palette. She went above and beyond by incorporating special Japanese chrysanthemums as a nod to the years I lived in Japan. The dozens of compliments we received from guests were proof of Mary's artistic talents. After our productive initial consultation where we discussed concepts, Mary handled all the planning and execution, making the process smooth and worry-free for me as the bride. I couldn't recommend Semper Virens more highly for creating tailored, gorgeous floral arrangements that capture the essence of your special day.

    Wedding Flowers!

    Working with Semper Virens Flowers was an absolute pleasure. Their communication was easy, quick, and incredibly helpful - they were always receptive to my ideas and feedback. The quality of their work was truly amazing. The bouquet they created for me was stunningly beautiful and looked gorgeous in our wedding photos. The bridesmaid bouquets also had the perfect pop of color that complemented our wedding theme beautifully. Semper Virens listened closely to what I wanted and took my budget into consideration, yet they still managed to blow my expectations out of the water with their creativity and attention to detail.     Wedding Flowers of my Dreams

    Going into wedding planning I knew florals would be my favorite part. I wanted a more natural, wildflower look and after browsing online I stumbled upon Mary Beth. From our first consultation I knew she was a perfect match! She listened to my vision, provided insight, sent a detailed write-up which perfectly captured my thoughts, and helped tweak the arrangements to meet my pricing needs. I had a last minute change as well to my florals which she effortlessly incorporated. My florals the day of took my breath away, they were everything I wanted from the bouquets to the centerpieces to the arch piece! I highly recommend working with Mary Beth.

We offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services within a ~100 mile radius of Boston, MA. There is a fee for delivery and setup. We charge a separate fee for event breakdown, if needed. A la Carte wedding packages may be picked up at no cost.
It’s never too early to get in touch about your wedding, but we recommend having a few details figured out before you do. For example: Have you selected the location for your ceremony and/or reception? What’s your wedding style? Do you know how many guests you’ll be expecting? Typically, our couples reach out around 6 to 12 months before their big day. In a pinch, we can help you with less lead time. Reach out and see if we can help you!
Yes, we offer breakdown services along with delivery, set up, and flower transfer from the ceremony to the reception.
Yes, we offer breakdown services along with delivery, set up, and flower transfer from the ceremony to the reception. We can also breakdown the flowers after the reception for a charge. Leftover flowers can be donated to a local organization which refreshes the flowers and makes mini-bouquets for donation to a nursing home, VA Center or hospital. We also can compost unusable or leftover flowers, turning it into soil that is used in our cutting garden. Think about if you want any of your florals to be preserved as a keepsake. We can provide contacts for that, but we need to know ahead of time so the flowers are properly handled.
Typically we do not provide mockups of proposed flowers, for the following reasons: 1. We cannot guarantee that the same flowers will be available at the time of your wedding, different flowers are available every week, and 2. Larger quantities of flowers need to be purchased from wholesalers (most flowers come in bunches of 10 stems), so the cost for a sample bouquet or arrangement would be twice as much. That said, if you are willing to pay the higher price for a sample bouquet or arrangement, that can be done. Hopefully we provide enough examples of our work that you can be assured of receiving beautiful florals that meet your vision.
During your consultation, we will go over all the gorgeous in-season floral offerings available for your wedding date. Different flowers are available every week, never mind every month! Semper Virens Flowers grows many of its own flowers and foliage in season (April to October). We also procure flowers from local flower farmers, as well as from international growers.
Yes! We can provide candles, potted plants, table runners, columns and stands, and other smaller-scale decor items.
Sorry, we do not offer flower preservation. However, we can provide recommendations for other local vendorswho can provide this service. It is important to communicate this before the wedding, so the flowers can be properly handled to ensure the best preservation outcome.
