Event nannying is a specialized childcare service that provides professional, engaging care for children during weddings and other events. Often, this includes care for family stays in hotels or Airbnb rentals. Unlike traditional babysitting, event nannying is designed around the unique needs of an event, often caring for multiple children while coordinating activities, maintaining routines, and providing supervision. Couples can even offer event nannying to guests, allowing parents to fully enjoy the celebration knowing their children are safe and well cared for. This can create a more inclusive and stress-free experience for everyone!

We are an open and affirming, Queer-owned event childcare business with more than 14 years of professional childcare experience. Miss Gwen and all other nannies who work with us are CPR/First Aid certified, allergen-aware, and always carry a first-aid kit for peace of mind. Description

This stay-and-play care package is ideal for a family that needs care within a home, hotel, or Airbnb. The focus of this package is adapting to children's needs while maintaining routine, whether they are from a different time zone, have a hard time separating from family, or just need a little more attention; we do it all and can focus all our attention on your children with this package. This package starts at $40/hour

Elm Experience

Description

This package is ideal for a family that only needs care at an event venue. We handle it all. Our focus is on safety, minimizing interruptions, helping children adjust during transitions, and meeting the needs of all "Mini Makers" and "Mini Movers" alike. Hosts, parents, and couples can sit back, relax, and enjoy the children incorporated in the ways they choose. This package starts at $100/hour

Gwen is Amazing
Knowing that my child is with someone who can navigate his neurodivergent energy is always a priority and concern, with Gwen my concern was immediately gone. Gwen has a special gift with children, she is calming and fun. My 6 year old loves her and always has the best time when he is with her. She is professional and fully present with the kids, helping foster imagination and engaging experiences. 10/10 recommend to anyone

Miss Gwen is the best!
Miss Gwen is such a caring and gentle presence. My daughter absolutely loved spending time with her and we were so impressed with the toys and games she provided. I had no worries at all about leaving my baby in her care, she is a pro and a natural caregiver. She was so wonderful to communicate with as well, very responsive. Would recommend her to anyone getting married or celebrating a loved one!

Miss Gwen is the best!
We were nervous about finding someone to watch Hugo on our wedding day, especially since we didn't know anybody in Massachusetts. Gwen from Mini Makers & Movers Family and Event Nanny came highly recommended and she turned out to be exactly what we needed. She was so caring with our baby boy, and we felt completely at ease knowing he was in such reliable hands. That peace of mind let us actually enjoy our reception and celebrate with our guests instead of worrying the whole time. Gwen's sincere approach and genuine attention to Hugo made all the difference for us. We can't thank her enough for giving us the gift of being able to let loose and be present on our special day.
