An essential member of your team on one of the biggest and best days of your life, a day of coordinator takes the focus off those important, tiny details and puts it back where it belongs: your love, your family + your friends. We provide day-of, month-of and a la carte planning support for weddings and special events. Need an officiant? We're ordained! An important role of an officiant is to ensure your newly signed marriage license is submitted properly and on time. We provide non-denominational officiant + ordained minister services in Maine and beyond to ALL. We’ve got you from start to finish.

Our team is committed to providing exceptional communication + customization of each couple's special day. As owner and lead, I have planned and coordianted over 100 weddings of all shapes and sizes. It's truly what I love to do!

    Incredible team!

    Meg and the team at Tiny Laser were truly amazing to work with from the initial meeting all the way till the end of our wedding. Planning a wedding is stressful, but we knew we were in good hands with them. They were super organized, communicative and just made us feel at east leading up to the wedding. When the day finally came, I was in awe at how smoothly everything went. Julianne was incredible, checking in with us throughout the night and making sure we were having a great time. We can't recommend this team enough!

    Amazing people to work with!

    Kind, considerate, willing to go the extra mile!

    We worked with Tiny Laser for our wedding, choosing the 30-days out coordination option. Julianne helped us cross all the Ts as we approached the day. We had a general sense of how we wanted everything to go, but she asked us all the right questions, offering details we hadn't thought of. The result was a perfectly smooth wedding. If there were hiccups, we didn't know about them! Julianne and Jose went above and beyond from the rehearsal dinner on, helping to set up our linens, and figuring out how we'd get down the aisle. At the wedding, Julianne checked in on us throughout, making sure we ate, and got sweaters when it got cooler. She was considerate, polite, and calm. We so appreciate all the work Tiny Laser put in to make our day!

    Beach wedding

    From our initial Zoom meeting, it was clear that Meg, Carly and the Tiny Laser Maine team were the perfect wedding planners for us. Meg and Carly were always easy to reach via email and text, and were there to support us every step of the way. On the day of our wedding, Carly was everywhere we couldn't be, keeping us on schedule and executing a vision we didn't even know we needed. The rooms were set up beautifully, with all of our personal items and flowers perfectly placed. I don't know what we would have done without Meg and Carly - they took so many worries off our plate and ensured our special day went off without a hitch. I only wish we had found Tiny Laser Maine sooner, but I'm so grateful we had them for our wedding. I would highly recommend Meg and her team to any couple planning their big day.

    Fantastic Team

    Meg, Courtney and the whole Tiny Laser team were awesome. With us living on the other side of the country, their attention to detail and communication skills was relief for us. They both helped us out in finding locations to do our first look and per-wedding photos as well as making sure our chosen venue flow smoothly. Day of the wedding we didn't have to worry about a single thing as everything was being handled in the background by Courtney. We cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for a professional, friendly team to help coordinate your wedding at affordable prices.

The simple answer is that we don’t know. What we do know is that hiring a wedding coordinator is a smart way to relieve the pressure from yourself and your partner (and immediate family who may feel they need to step in) on a day that can already seem like it’s going by way too fast. Coordinators handle those intricate day-of details but also stay on top of all the things that you wouldn't necessarily think about while also ensuring that all the big details you have planned for do happen. While it may seem like a simple task, you’ll be thankful while your wedding is running smoothly and you’re enjoying every hiccup-free second of it!
While we believe our packages are priced well, we understand that everyone’s budget is different. It never hurts to reach out!
We do, and we love it. Some travel rates + loding may apply for events more than an hour from your coordinators home base. Please reach out and tell us about your plans!
We require a 20% non-refundable deposit for all booked services. A signed agreement and deposit are needed to begin services. While we do not refund deposits, your deposit is date transferable if our schedule allows it.
We do! And we love sharing it with our clients. Choosing the right vendors for your day is a big decision and one that can cause tension and stress if not thought through carefully. Our list of favorites includes vendors of all different price points, vibes and offerings.
Our base package includes up to 7 hours of coordination (transportation time not included). Additional hours and services can be added to any package.
Not at all. The main differences are the duration of your time together and involvement. Wedding planners typically join your planning team in the very early days of planning while coordinators only step in a month or so out to wrangle the details, set the itinerary and coordinate with your vendors and venue for a seemless wedding day. Wedding planners are also more shot-callers when it comes to decision making. While our coordinators have gained many opinions through experience that we’re happy to share, we’ll defer to your vision first and foremost. We’ll make sure your plans are carried out the way you've envisioned them.
