An essential member of your team on one of the biggest and best days of your life, a day of coordinator takes the focus off those important, tiny details and puts it back where it belongs: your love, your family + your friends. We provide day-of, month-of and a la carte planning support for weddings and special events. Need an officiant? We're ordained! An important role of an officiant is to ensure your newly signed marriage license is submitted properly and on time. We provide non-denominational officiant + ordained minister services in Maine and beyond to ALL. We’ve got you from start to finish.
Our team is committed to providing exceptional communication + customization of each couple's special day. As owner and lead, I have planned and coordianted over 100 weddings of all shapes and sizes. It's truly what I love to do!

Absolutely amazing
Meg was so helpful. The stress of the day was hitting everyone but she was the cool as a cucumber and let us know what to do and when to do it. She was on top of everything and made our day so memorable and we cannot thank her enough. Most people say you will be so busy and your wedding will fly by, but Meg made it feel like we were just there to have fun and enjoy ourselves.

On our wedding day, Meg flawlessly executed our vision while accommodating vendors' needs, all without compromising how we wanted the space to look. Everything was set up perfectly, and her team was so flexible, even with last-minute additions we threw at them. The entire day ran like clockwork—the schedule was followed to perfection, the space looked absolutely stunning, and her staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Meg was a calm, reassuring presence, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy the day without any stress. She and her team helped us achieve our ultimate goal: to sit back, relax, and savor the day as newlyweds.
Absolutely life-saving!
Meg and Julianne were absolute angels about helping us pull off a very DIY backyard wedding! Everything from keeping track of our timeline to ensuring we stayed fed and caffeinated to providing equipment and finishing touches to the decor. It was amazing to have somebody to keep track of all the little day-of details you don't even know to consider- like making sure your bouquet is on hand when a random guest photoshoot starts up or shooing random cousins from vaping near the kid's table. Julianne was an absolute sweetheart and a very calming presence for the whole day while still being able to be a firm advocate for our peace even when our family was not always able to do that. The only regret I have is not hiring a coordinator for the entire weekend instead of just the reception!
Professional and Understanding
Communicating with Meg is absolutely wonderful! There was some miscommunication/a mess up on my end but Meg really helped me out and is super accommodating and understanding!
