Strange Events was an exceptional wedding planning company to work with. Their communication throughout the planning process was excellent - Renee was phenomenal in helping me get everything organized and planned out ahead of time. On the day of, our coordinator Nicole and her team executed our vision perfectly and put the plan into action seamlessly. They were incredibly professional and personable, making the entire experience a joy. I cannot recommend Strange Events highly enough to any couple looking for a top-notch wedding planning team to bring their special day to life.

Bartending/Coordinator Services

Working with Strange Events for our wedding planning was a fantastic experience. Their communication style was clear, thorough, and expert - they guided us through every step of the process with confidence and care. The quality of their work was equally impressive, as they were incredibly personable and detail-oriented. For example, their bartending service was amazing even before the wedding - they helped us select the perfect alcohol selection and vendor. On the day of, their day-of coordinator was a lifesaver, seamlessly clearing tables and managing vendors without us even noticing. This coordinator service was truly the most underrated part of our wedding, allowing us to fully enjoy the day without worrying about the logistics. Overall, Strange Events went above and beyond to make our special day perfect.

Ashley from Strange Events officiated our wedding and she was incredible! She made our ceremony exactly what we wanted it to be and she was super available and helpful leading up to our wedding day to make sure we felt supported and aware of the plan for the ceremony. She was prompt for rehearsal and the ceremony and communicated with other vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page for the ceremony. She certainly helped to make our day perfect and we would recommend her to anyone!!

We hired Renee as a day of coordinator when we were worried about timing and the flow of our wedding day, but she quickly helped ease our worries when she took the reins and crafted the perfect schedule. She helped keep all vendors updated on everything, and was super friendly and helpful to all of our guests. We were worried we wouldn't be able to get married outside with a rain storm in the morning, but Renee assured us it might pass, and when it did her and her team were at the chair lift wiping down the seats and handing out ponchos to all of our guests. Not joking when we say everything was on time and ran smoothly that day. We never had to stress once. She anticipated what we needed and when. My husband and I had a great experience with the owner, Renee, and our day of coordinator, Lisa! Our officiant, Stevi, was also incredible and did an amazing job on our ceremony. They made the process super easy for us to both plan our wedding and have the actual day be easy and go smoothly. They also are a one-stop shop for officiating services, coordinating, bartending, and more which was important to us as we didn't want to work with a bunch of different vendors.
