Hello! I’m Kaileigh, owner of Weddings by Kaileigh, LLC. I established my business in April 2023, and I have been working diligently to learn as much as I can! I’ve been a teacher for the last 10 years, so planning and coordinating comes naturally to me. I also run the hospitality committee at my school! I have spent time as a travel agent, organizing and planning vacations. I’m also a mom of two amazing, little humans! I love to garden, be outside and go adventuring with my kids. Last year I decided to take a leap of faith and start my next adventure in the wedding planning industry, and got my wedding planning certificate.

I am a Certified Wedding Planner through UNH. I have a background in teaching, organizing, planning, and managing multiple schedules. I've been working collaboratively with other planners to hone my skills. I love planning events and especially weddings!

    I photographed a wedding that Kaileigh coordinated and she made the day go by so smoothly. She was so on top of everything and extremely easy to work with! She made my job and the entire day a breeze!

    I work with a local DJ company and I had the great pleasure of working a recent wedding in the summer of 2024 with Kaileigh. It was my first one with her and I hope to work many more with her. There are many areas in which she excelled in. First, she was in contact with me well in advanced and was very helpful and collaborative with the couple and myself. On the day of, she had an excellent staff with her and was very easy to get in contact with if she was in another area of the venue or when she was at the ceremony site and I was at the reception site. Her dedication to the couple and their day was unbelievable. She was attentive to any possible need or question and was always calm and easy going with any situation. Lastly, as a vendor, it helps to have a coordinator who is easy to work with and she was so helpful to me and other vendors the whole day and night. She also stays to the very end and after which further shows her dedication and was even helping with the cleaning. If you are able to, you NEED TO BOOK WITH KAILEIGH, she is experienced, but still growing rapidly and will continue to be in high demand. I hope to work with her again soon!

    First class all the way, super easy to work with and she’s really made a perfect day even more perfect for the bride and the groom.
