Hello! I’m Kaileigh, owner of Weddings by Kaileigh, LLC. I established my business in April 2023, and have done over 50 weddings in the last three seasons. I was a teacher for 11 years, so planning and coordinating comes naturally to me. I also ran the hospitality committee at my school. Most importantly, I'm a mom of two amazing, little humans and a wife to a supportive husband. I love to garden, be outside and go adventuring with my kids. In 2023, I took a leap and started my next adventure in the wedding planning industry, and got my wedding planning certificate. I am also a venue coordinator part-time.

I am a Certified Wedding Planner through UNH. I have a background in teaching, organizing, planning, and managing multiple schedules. I've been working collaboratively with other planners to hone my skills, and have spent the last 2 seasons working as a part-time venue coordinator so I have the ability to see a wedding from multiple perspectives. I love planning events and especially weddings!

    The best

    We truly could not have done our wedding without Kaileigh. She was absolutely incredible in the time leading up to the wedding, the night before, and the day of. Kaileigh has an extensive knowledge in weddings, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had an amazing day. She is responsive, proactive, and offered support and calmness that gave us confidence. I cannot thank her and her team enough for supporting us throughout our wedding journey. It is absolutely worth every penny having her be a part of your wedding journey.

    Highly Recommend Kaileigh!

    1000/10 Wedding Planning!

    My husband and I do not have enough amazing things to say about Kaileigh! We would recommend her to absolutely anyone - she is THE person to trust with the biggest day of your life. We were planning our wedding from out of town, so Kaileigh was absolutely invaluable. She was incredible at helping us plan out all of the details for the day and executing them, helping us find local vendors that fit our vision. And when it rained on our wedding day, Kaileigh's steadfast presence and attention to detail ensured that every single scenario was planned out, and everything was seamlessly communicated with us - we did not have to stress about a single thing on the day of our wedding.     Kaileighhhh

    Kaileigh was nothing short of amazing! She took so much stress off our shoulders by handling communication with all of our vendors and making sure every detail was covered throughout the planning process. On our wedding day, everything ran so smoothly thanks to her organization, calm presence, and attention to detail. She truly allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment without worrying about a thing. We are so grateful for everything she did and couldn’t recommend her more highly!

    Kaileigh's Coordinator Services

    Kaileigh was our day-of coordinator, and I honestly don't know what we would have done without her. She was incredibly available, sweet, and patient throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail was impeccable. She anticipated needs before they arose and handled every little thing with grace. From fixing my falling dress sleeves to keeping track of my purse, she was always exactly where we needed her to be. Nothing was too small or too much trouble. Beyond her organizational skills, Kaileigh brought such a warm, calming presence to the day. She made sure we could actually enjoy our wedding without worrying about the logistics. If you're looking for a day-of coordinator who is both incredibly competent and genuinely kind, Kaileigh is your person. I am the Owner and Lead Planner of Weddings by Kaileigh, LLC. You will always meet with me first. From there, we will determine the needs of your wedding and match you with your coordinator! Depending on your guest count, we may have additional event staff onsite helping at your event.
I am a certified wedding and event planner. I have coordinated multiple weddings on my own, and served as an assistant planner/lead day of coordinator for others. I have also planned multiple birthdays, retirement parties and baby showers prior to developing my company. When we work together, my goal is for you to feel comfortable and excited. I work hard to be sure that we anticipate problems that may arise and have a plan in place ahead of time. I want your day to be fun and as stress-free as possible!
