Hello! I’m Kaileigh, owner of Weddings by Kaileigh, LLC. I established my business in April 2023, and I have been working diligently to learn as much as I can! I’ve been a teacher for the last 10 years, so planning and coordinating comes naturally to me. I also run the hospitality committee at my school! I have spent time as a travel agent, organizing and planning vacations. I’m also a mom of two amazing, little humans! I love to garden, be outside and go adventuring with my kids. Last year I decided to take a leap of faith and start my next adventure in the wedding planning industry, and got my wedding planning certificate.

I am a Certified Wedding Planner through UNH. I have a background in teaching, organizing, planning, and managing multiple schedules. I've been working collaboratively with other planners to hone my skills. I love planning events and especially weddings!

    Kaileigh and her team (Shelby and Paige) were AMAZING! They kept everything organized and stress-free so we could just enjoy our wedding day. So sweet, professional, and on top of every detail. Couldn’t recommend them more! My now husband was skeptical about the need for a coordinator but after working with Kaileigh he admits that he was wrong and that we couldn’t imagine our day without this team!

    Kaileigh was absolutely the best. She was organized, efficient, and at the same time so kind and pleasant to work with. She gave me total peace of mind that our big day would go smoothly. I would 1000% hire her again for my wedding and recommend any couple getting married in Maine do the same. I really can’t recommend her highly enough!

    Kaileigh and Ashley were AMAZING - I can’t recommend them enough. They helped us so much in the lead up with vendor coordination, and the day of ran perfectly with them around. We were very grateful to have hired them and truly don’t know what we would have done without them!

    Kaileigh was the planner for our July 2025 wedding in Biddeford Pool, ME. From day 1, we were so glad we were working with her. She had familiarity with several of our vendors, which was helpful - and she gave great recommendations for more. She was organized months ahead of time, had a plan, but was able to pivot seamlessly with any changes we were bringing up. On wedding day and the day before, she was in charge without being intrusive or overbearing; she was nimble and flexible; and she did everything with kindness and sincerity. Not only was she a great wedding planner for us, but our guests - everyone - noted how smoothly everything ran. It was just awesome. I'd HIGHLY recommend Kaileigh and her team.
