Hello! I’m Kaileigh, owner of Weddings by Kaileigh, LLC. I established my business in April 2023, and I have been working diligently to learn as much as I can! I’ve been a teacher for the last 10 years, so planning and coordinating comes naturally to me. I also run the hospitality committee at my school! I have spent time as a travel agent, organizing and planning vacations. I’m also a mom of two amazing, little humans! I love to garden, be outside and go adventuring with my kids. Last year I decided to take a leap of faith and start my next adventure in the wedding planning industry, and got my wedding planning certificate.

I am a Certified Wedding Planner through UNH. I have a background in teaching, organizing, planning, and managing multiple schedules. I've been working collaboratively with other planners to hone my skills. I love planning events and especially weddings!

    Kaileigh was the planner for our July 2025 wedding in Biddeford Pool, ME. From day 1, we were so glad we were working with her. She had familiarity with several of our vendors, which was helpful - and she gave great recommendations for more. She was organized months ahead of time, had a plan, but was able to pivot seamlessly with any changes we were bringing up. On wedding day and the day before, she was in charge without being intrusive or overbearing; she was nimble and flexible; and she did everything with kindness and sincerity. Not only was she a great wedding planner for us, but our guests - everyone - noted how smoothly everything ran. It was just awesome. I'd HIGHLY recommend Kaileigh and her team.

    As a professional wedding photographer, I have worked with many Wedding Coordinator’s over the years. I enjoyed working with Kaileigh very much. She was proactive with emails and returning phone calls. She was pleasant and not stressed on the day of and she did something that in my 30 years of being a wedding photographer. Very few people have done and that is she asked me if I needed a plate of food if she could get it and brought me water throughout the reception. She could see that Benn and I were working diligently to get photos for the wedding couple and guest and she wanted to take care of us isn’t that what we all want when we hire a professional is to feel taken care of? I highly recommend Kaileigh and her team

    Hiring Weddings by Kaileigh was, without a doubt, the best decision I made between the “yes” and the “I do.” From the moment we started working with Kaileigh over a year before our wedding, she proved to be an absolute gem. She went above and beyond to help us curate the perfect timeline, communicated seamlessly with all of our vendors, and supported us through every twist and turn of wedding planning with calm expertise and care. We faced a few vendor challenges along the way, and Kaileigh was always incredibly responsive and reassuring. She answered emails quickly, offered thoughtful advice, and truly became a steady and knowledgeable guide through the planning process. On the big day, her team — Shelby and Paige — were the calm in the storm. Our wedding was at our family’s lake house, and when unexpected issues arose — like a caterer arriving 2.5 hours late and a bathroom generator going out — they handled everything with such grace and professionalism. They worked closely with our vendors, family, and friends to adapt and still pull off a day that felt magical and smooth, even when things behind the scenes were anything but. Thanks to Kaileigh and her team, we were able to stay present and enjoy our day without stress. We could truly never thank them enough.
