Hello! I’m Kaileigh, owner of Weddings by Kaileigh, LLC. I established my business in April 2023, and have done over 50 weddings in the last three seasons. I was a teacher for 11 years, so planning and coordinating comes naturally to me. I also ran the hospitality committee at my school. Most importantly, I'm a mom of two amazing, little humans and a wife to a supportive husband. I love to garden, be outside and go adventuring with my kids. In 2023, I took a leap and started my next adventure in the wedding planning industry, and got my wedding planning certificate. I am also a venue coordinator part-time.

I am a Certified Wedding Planner through UNH. I have a background in teaching, organizing, planning, and managing multiple schedules. I've been working collaboratively with other planners to hone my skills, and have spent the last 2 seasons working as a part-time venue coordinator so I have the ability to see a wedding from multiple perspectives. I love planning events and especially weddings!

    She’s the literal best

    Working with Kaileigh from Weddings by Kaileigh, LLC made our wedding planning process so much easier. She responded quickly to our questions and kept everything crystal clear from start to finish, which took so much stress off our shoulders. Kaileigh designed the overall look of our wedding and carefully curated every item to match our vision perfectly. On the day of our event, she was there helping with setup and making sure all the details came together just right. It was obvious how much she cares about her work and truly wants her couples to have the best day possible.     The best

    We truly could not have done our wedding without Kaileigh. She was absolutely incredible in the time leading up to the wedding, the night before, and the day of. Kaileigh has an extensive knowledge in weddings, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had an amazing day. She is responsive, proactive, and offered support and calmness that gave us confidence. I cannot thank her and her team enough for supporting us throughout our wedding journey. It is absolutely worth every penny having her be a part of your wedding journey.

    From our first conversation with Kaileigh, we knew we'd made the right choice for our wedding coordinator. She kept things straightforward and didn't waste time with unnecessary details—just clear communication and action. Throughout the planning process, she handled vendor coordination, managed all the timing logistics on our wedding day, oversaw the decor setup, and kept us on track with final payments. On the day itself, she handled our weather emergency with ease and made everything come together for us.     1000/10 Wedding Planning!

    My husband and I do not have enough amazing things to say about Kaileigh! We would recommend her to absolutely anyone - she is THE person to trust with the biggest day of your life. We were planning our wedding from out of town, so Kaileigh was absolutely invaluable. She was incredible at helping us plan out all of the details for the day and executing them, helping us find local vendors that fit our vision. And when it rained on our wedding day, Kaileigh's steadfast presence and attention to detail ensured that every single scenario was planned out, and everything was seamlessly communicated with us - we did not have to stress about a single thing on the day of our wedding.     Kaileigh was nothing short of amazing! She took so much stress off our shoulders by handling communication with all of our vendors and making sure every detail was covered throughout the planning process. On our wedding day, everything ran so smoothly thanks to her organization, calm presence, and attention to detail. I am the Owner and Lead Planner of Weddings by Kaileigh, LLC. You will always meet with me first. From there, we will determine the needs of your wedding and match you with your coordinator! Depending on your guest count, we may have additional event staff onsite helping at your event.
I am a certified wedding and event planner. I have coordinated multiple weddings on my own, and served as an assistant planner/lead day of coordinator for others. I have also planned multiple birthdays, retirement parties and baby showers prior to developing my company. When we work together, my goal is for you to feel comfortable and excited. I work hard to be sure that we anticipate problems that may arise and have a plan in place ahead of time. I want your day to be fun and as stress-free as possible!
