| Description | For couples who want to enjoy their engagement to the fullest. With full service planning, you’ll go about the wedding planning process with as little stress as possible. You’ll get to choose your vendors and design without the added hassle of extensive research. Choose this package if you want your wedding to be talked about for years to come. | For couples who want to take a hands on approach in planning their big day, while eliminating the stress of handling the finer details. Together we will get a clear understanding of your vision and collaborate on vendor choice and design. Once your vendors are chosen, we’ll handle the logistics from there. We'll put our heads together to make your dream wedding a reality. | For couples who want to design their own vision, but still enjoy a stress free wedding day. You will provide decor, and all vendor information. From there we will work together to create your timeline. Meetings prior to your wedding day will ensure that all of the necessary contact information is provided and the decor set up is thoroughly discussed. WOW! We can’t recommend Sarah enough! We hired her for her day-of services, but her expertise went way beyond just the day! Our meetings with her leading up to the wedding were professionally and timely, and any questions I had she answered promptly. At rehearsal, she kept us on track ( not the easiest task with our crew) and made sure everyone knew where they needed to be. Wedding day… Sarah was our anchor. She checked in with me upon arrival, then got right to work! While we had discussed my vision, I never specifically told her how to set up decorations-wise and she absolutely NAILED IT! She continued the trend of keeping things running smoothly throughout our ceremony & reception, and had everything cleaned up and ready for an easy pickup the next morning. If you need someone to make your life easier, hire Sarah. Our venue staff also reported that our coordinator was, and I quote, “ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL”! Thank you again Sarah, for making our dream wedding a reality. We are still raving about you and will to anyone who will listen. :)

Best decision for my wedding weekend!
As a self-proclaimed Type A bride, handing over control of my wedding weekend was super hard for me to do. From our first meeting Sarah made it feel effortless and really took the time to learn and see the vision I was going for. We had two events on separate days with different visions, timelines, and vendors for both. Sarah communicated clearly, stayed organized, anticipated needs before they arose, and made me feel completely confident that every detail was being handled. She nailed every idea I had picture- perfectly! If you’re considering hiring a day of coordinator, stop searching and BOOK Sarah. She was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, and I cannot imagine our weekend without her.

Sarah of Petal & Pine Planning was one of the absolute best decisions we made when picking vendors. We hired her for our day of coordinator and she truly went above and beyond, getting involved and helping us make decisions well before we were 3 months away. We had a pretty unique vision for our day and she understood the idea right away from our first call. Professional yet casual, her vibe and energy were exactly what we (and I imagine most) look for in a planner/coordinator. She kept everything and everyone on track while remaining calm, cool, and friendly. Sarah made sure we got to focus on only the most important parts of our day and handled everything else with ease. If you are considering Petal and Pine, do yourself a favor and sign the contract, you will not regret it!

I hired sarah after a freak out during wedding planning. I’m type B and self employed and planning a wedding was sending me over the edge. Sarah kept us on track with planning and thought of things I had no idea about. She is a true professional. She took all of our mess and helped make our wedding day extremely relaxing and FUN!!! I am forever grateful for sarah. She is a gem and a real person with a great personality. I would and have recommended sarah to everyone I know planning a wedding that wants to keep their sanity. From the moment our daughter started planning her wedding with Petal & Pine Planning, we knew we were in good hands. Sarah’s communication style was easy, honest, and kind, putting Margaret and Samantha at ease throughout the entire process. Sarah’s focus, care, and exquisite vision ensured that every detail was expertly organized, allowing the brides to truly enjoy their special day. As the mother of the bride, I was not at all worried with Sarah in charge - from the rehearsal dinner to the end of a magical day, everything was absolute perfection. We cannot recommend Petal & Pine Planning highly enough.
