| Description | For couples who want to enjoy their engagement to the fullest. With full service planning, you’ll go about the wedding planning process with as little stress as possible. You’ll get to choose your vendors and design without the added hassle of extensive research. Choose this package if you want your wedding to be talked about for years to come. | For couples who want to take a hands on approach in planning their big day, while eliminating the stress of handling the finer details. Together we will get a clear understanding of your vision and collaborate on vendor choice and design. Once your vendors are chosen, we’ll handle the logistics from there. We'll put our heads together to make your dream wedding a reality. | For couples who want to design their own vision, but still enjoy a stress free wedding day. You will provide decor, and all vendor information. From there we will work together to create your timeline. Meetings prior to your wedding day will ensure that all of the necessary contact information is provided and the decor set up is thoroughly discussed. The best investment!!
Investing in day of coordination with Sarah was hands down the best decision and investment for our big day. From the very beginning, Sarah helped us fine tune our vision, celebrated our funky and non traditional choices, and made a big vision seem possible. Communication was consistent, clear, and timely. She guided us with her industry experience from sharing inspiration to pointing us to vendors we loved. She went above and beyond on our day, helping make sure everything went according to plan despite significant changes occurring within the venue space morning of. Having Sarah and her services for our wedding made everything feel effortless, from set up to break down, taking over transport, shifting our catering inside due to rain, securing my veil, and somehow magically moving our giant flowers from the ceremony to the indoor stage before dinner. We had a dream of a big party celebrating our love, and in no small part, Petal & Pine helped make that possible and above all, allowed us to fully enjoy our day.

Top Tier Wedding Planner!!!!
10/10!!! Working with Sarah was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She is not only an incredible coordinator, but also the kind of person who quickly feels like a friend. She's genuine, caring, organized, and always had our best interests at heart. The day before our wedding, my family experienced an unexpected emergency that resulted in my dad spending the night in the ER. Sarah went above and beyond to support us, making sure we didn't have to worry about the wedding while we focused on our family. Her kindness and compassion during such a stressful time meant more to us than words can say. Because of her, our wedding day ran so smoothly. She handled every detail behind the scenes, kept everything on track, and allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. We're so grateful for everything she did for us. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about her couples, she's the one!

Perfect, seamless day!
Wedding planning is stressful. If Sarah fits in your budget, hire her!!! As I reflect on our wedding day, I'm just blown away at how perfectly smooth everything went - in large part due to Sarah. We hired Sarah for partial planning services. Her knowledge of the wedding industry and the strong relationships she has with vendors made the entire planning process so much easier. She had great recommendations and was able to answer our questions to put our minds at ease. She has an amazing eye for design; she took what we had in our heads and made it a reality. On the wedding day, she handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes along with her assistant, Gigi. She brought a sense of calm and confidence throughout the planning process and into the day itself. On top of that, she also sent us a collection of pictures and video clips she had captured the very next morning, which was such a special surprise and fun way to relive the day!

Sarah is everything we could have asked for in a planner (and more). She is incredibly responsive and communicative, without overwhelming with excessive detail/instruction. She told us clearly and concisely what we needed to know and needed to be doing at all points in the process. She has a phenomenal knowledge of the wedding scene in Maine and her preexisting relationships with most of our vendors gave us so much peace of mind. She is also extremely affirming/welcoming of LGBTQ clients. On the day of, things were made so simple for us, we were able to enjoy every minute and feel like we actually got to attend our own wedding! I'm sure there were hiccups but we never heard a word of it. Sarah just gets it done and she does it with ease. She is also just a cool frickin person who was fun and easy going to work with. We won't miss the stress of wedding planning but we will miss Sarah!!

The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding
From the start, Sarah at Petal & Pine Planning made our engagement period stress-free and organized. We hired her for partial planning and she truly went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. I actually cried when we saw our reception space for the first time because it was exactly what we'd imagined and more. Sarah matched us with incredible vendors who were all fantastic, and her communication throughout the six months of planning was attentive and seamless. She handled every detail so well that my husband and I were able to relax and actually enjoy our wedding day instead of worrying about logistics. Sarah's work is absolutely perfect, and we're so grateful for how she made everything beautiful and effortless.
