You’ll get to choose your vendors and design without the added hassle of extensive research. Together we will get a clear understanding of your vision and collaborate on vendor choice and design. Once your vendors are chosen, we’ll handle the logistics from there. We'll put our heads together to make your dream wedding a reality. | For couples who want to design their own vision, but still enjoy a stress free wedding day. You will provide decor, and all vendor information. From there we will work together to create your timeline. Meetings prior to your wedding day will ensure that all of the necessary contact information is provided and the decor set up is thoroughly discussed. True Professionalism and Dedication
We cannot recommend Sarah of Petal and Pine highly enough! Planning our Maine wedding from Colorado meant booking our venue and all vendors sight unseen, which naturally came with some anxiety. Sarah absolutely exceeded our expectations and went far beyond typical day-of coordination. Our venue was unfamiliar to her, so she took the initiative to stay there overnight with her husband about a month before our wedding - on her own time and dime - to fully understand the space and logistics. She made the trip from Portland (about an hour away) to meet with us at the venue, which was invaluable for our peace of mind. She also coordinated our rehearsal the day before, ensuring everyone knew exactly what to expect. She even allowed us to ship items to her home for storage prior to the wedding weekend and met us a few days before to ensure we picked everything up. On the wedding day itself, Sarah’s calming presence was exactly what we needed. While we were worried about all the moving parts and vendor coordination, she executed everything flawlessly. Her organizational skills were exceptional - she shared detailed schedules with all our vendors in advance and managed every detail with grace and confidence. Sarah made what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless. We would absolutely use her services again and recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in Maine, especially those coordinating from out of state!

As the Mother of the Bride, and recent widow, I hired Sarah with Petal and Pine to help us with coordinating our out of state wedding. I have no words to accurately state how much she did, managed and took care of for us. Her ability to keep all the balls in the air as things got closer is amazing. She remembered all the little details, that were mentioned here and there, and was so Key in helping coordinate between the church ceremony and reception venue. From timelines, to floor plans, to transportation, to decor to making sure the family was set, was impeccable. She is so easy to work with and so responsive to all those little quick texts. Now that our wedding is over, I wonder how it ever would have happened without her. Weddings are expensive, whether big or small, and for some of us hiring a wedding coordinator can be a challenge. But without a doubt, this was one expense that paid for itself tenfold. Highly highly recommend Sarah and Petal and Pine to help with yours.
Simply the Best
I cant’t recommend Petal & Pine enough! As an event manager (and type A personality), I was worried about handing off my weekend to be managed by someone else, but there couldn’t have been anyone more perfect than Sarah. I knew the second we started working with her that I had nothing to worry about and that brought me so much ease through all the chaos of wedding planning. She is the most friendly, organized, and capable coordinator out there. I was able to lean on her for her thoughts/ideas and her guidance was so valuable. From Friday setup to the day-of, any time I needed her I would simply look around and *poof* she was there! She always knew when and where to be to best assist us. I would book Sarah 1,000 times over again!
Peace of Mind on Our Big
Sarah was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She took the time to meet with us beforehand, understand and help guide our vision, and make sure every detail was perfectly planned. On the day of our wedding, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing — she handled every logistic seamlessly and kept everything running smoothly. Thanks to her, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. We can’t recommend Sarah enough!
