You’ll get to choose your vendors and design without the added hassle of extensive research. Choose this package if you want your wedding to be talked about for years to come. | For couples who want to take a hands on approach in planning their big day, while eliminating the stress of handling the finer details. Together we will get a clear understanding of your vision and collaborate on vendor choice and design. Once your vendors are chosen, we’ll handle the logistics from there. We'll put our heads together to make your dream wedding a reality. | For couples who want to design their own vision, but still enjoy a stress free wedding day. You will provide decor, and all vendor information. From there we will work together to create your timeline. Meetings prior to your wedding day will ensure that all of the necessary contact information is provided and the decor set up is thoroughly discussed. Amazing!
From the moment our daughter started planning her wedding with Petal & Pine Planning, we knew we were in good hands. Sarah’s communication style was easy, honest, and kind, putting Margaret and Samantha at ease throughout the entire process. Sarah’s focus, care, and exquisite vision ensured that every detail was expertly organized, allowing the brides to truly enjoy their special day. As the mother of the bride, I was not at all worried with Sarah in charge - from the rehearsal dinner to the end of a magical day, everything was absolute perfection. We cannot recommend Petal & Pine Planning highly enough.

From the moment we started planning our wedding with Petal & Pine Planning, we knew we were in excellent hands. Sarah's communication was top notch. She was prompt and confident when answering any of our questions or concerns we may have had. Whether we were laughing at hiccups or searching our way through stores for decorations, she was so much fun to work with! Everyone says there are many little things that go wrong on the wedding day - we didn't have one inkling of this happen. From securing our dream venue/dream vendor team to coordinating every aspect of our special day, her attention to detail and first-class execution was flawless. If there was something she could take care of without needing input from us, she did it before it even crossed our minds. We may be a bit biased, but all of our friends and family told us this was the best wedding they had ever attended - and that is a testament to the incredible effort Sarah put into ensuring our day was absolutely perfect. We'd do it all over again just to have her as our planner!

Sarah was an incredible coordinator. She was truly worth her weight in gold! She was so much more than just a day of coordinator, she helped us plan, connected us with vendors, and then was 100% hands on during the day. There were several times that things came up and I didn’t have to worry, because I knew she had it handled. Truly, she took so much of the pressure off, understood our goals and wishes, and made the day truly one to love and enjoy. If I ever got married again (which I don’t plan to!) Sarah would be the first one I’d call.
True Professionalism and Dedication
We cannot recommend Sarah of Petal and Pine highly enough! Planning our Maine wedding from Colorado meant booking our venue and all vendors sight unseen, which naturally came with some anxiety. Sarah absolutely exceeded our expectations and went far beyond typical day-of coordination. Our venue was unfamiliar to her, so she took the initiative to stay there overnight with her husband about a month before our wedding - on her own time and dime - to fully understand the space and logistics. She made the trip from Portland (about an hour away) to meet with us at the venue, which was invaluable for our peace of mind. She also coordinated our rehearsal the day before, ensuring everyone knew exactly what to expect. She even allowed us to ship items to her home for storage prior to the wedding weekend and met us a few days before to ensure we picked everything up. On the wedding day itself, Sarah’s calming presence was exactly what we needed. While we were worried about all the moving parts and vendor coordination, she executed everything flawlessly. Her organizational skills were exceptional - she shared detailed schedules with all our vendors in advance and managed every detail with grace and confidence. Sarah made what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless. We would absolutely use her services again and recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in Maine, especially those coordinating from out of state!
