You’ll get to choose your vendors and design without the added hassle of extensive research. Choose this package if you want your wedding to be talked about for years to come. | For couples who want to take a hands on approach in planning their big day, while eliminating the stress of handling the finer details. Together we will get a clear understanding of your vision and collaborate on vendor choice and design. Once your vendors are chosen, we’ll handle the logistics from there. We'll put our heads together to make your dream wedding a reality. | For couples who want to design their own vision, but still enjoy a stress free wedding day. You will provide decor, and all vendor information. From there we will work together to create your timeline. Meetings prior to your wedding day will ensure that all of the necessary contact information is provided and the decor set up is thoroughly discussed. We had the absolute pleasure of working alongside Sarah from Petal & Pine Planning for Robbie and Taylor’s wedding, and she was simply AMAZING! As a fellow wedding vendor, working with a planner who is organized, communicative, and truly on top of every detail makes such a difference, and Sarah was all of that and more. From start to finish, she was incredibly kind, personable, professional, and so easy to work with. She kept everything moving seamlessly while still bringing such a calm, positive energy to the day. You could tell how much she genuinely cared about Robbie and Taylor, their vision, and making sure they were able to enjoy their wedding day without worrying about the little details behind the scenes. If Sarah has your date available, I highly highly recommend working with her! For the year leading up to our wedding, Sarah went above and beyond to build out our vision from the ground up. She brought in ideas we never would have thought of and was so on top of communication with our other vendors. I never had to worry about anything slipping through the cracks. On the day of our wedding, she made sure everything ran seamlessly and anticipated every need we might have. I truly don't know what we would have done without her, and I'm so glad we never have to find out because she was with us every step of the way :)

"If you want a planner who can perfectly execute a complex, multi-event weekend while creating an atmosphere of pure joy, hire Petal & Pine Planning and Events! As the Mother of the Bride, I am still blown away by how Sarah managed every moving part of my daughter's wedding. From a flawless Friday welcome party at DiMillo's on the Water to the beautiful ceremony at Williston-Immanuel United Church, everything was perfect. What truly set Sarah apart was the incredible synergy and love shared among the vendor team she put together. She coordinated beautifully with Morgan Williamson Photo and Velora Vines Studios for video, while ensuring the cocktails and delicious food islands at Top of the East were executed to absolute perfection. The wedding cake by Hanami Cake Design was a whimsical and elegant artistic masterpiece, and the local music talent from Evan Haines and the Portland Jazz Society kept the energy incredible. Because of Sarah's brilliant leadership, there was a genuine love among all the vendors that reflected right back onto the bride and groom. Our guests felt completely loved, pampered, and spoiled the entire weekend. Sarah didn't just plan a wedding; she curated an unforgettable, love-filled experience!"

The best investment!!
Investing in day of coordination with Sarah was hands down the best decision and investment for our big day. From the very beginning, Sarah helped us fine tune our vision, celebrated our funky and non traditional choices, and made a big vision seem possible. Communication was consistent, clear, and timely. She guided us with her industry experience from sharing inspiration to pointing us to vendors we loved. She went above and beyond on our day, helping make sure everything went according to plan despite significant changes occurring within the venue space morning of. Having Sarah and her services for our wedding made everything feel effortless, from set up to break down, taking over transport, shifting our catering inside due to rain, securing my veil, and somehow magically moving our giant flowers from the ceremony to the indoor stage before dinner. We had a dream of a big party celebrating our love, and in no small part, Petal & Pine helped make that possible and above all, allowed us to fully enjoy our day.
