Designed for intimate celebrations of 50 guests or fewer, this package includes full wedding planning and coordination from start to finish. We guide vendor coordination, create a custom timeline and wedding weekend blueprint, provide officiant services and personal florals for the couple, and oversee setup, styling, rehearsal coordination, and full wedding day management so everything runs seamlessly.

    An ultimate problem-solver

    Joelene served as the weekend-of coordinator for my sister’s wedding, and as maid of honor, I worked extremely closely alongside her. Through planning ahead of time, communicating extensively with vendors, and seemingly performing the jobs of 4 people on the weekend-of, I cannot stress enough her professionalism, timely communication, and consistent efforts to solve all problems with a calming energy. As a very anxious and type-A girl, I never thought it possible to comfortably relinquish control!! Joelene was supposed to provide just weekend-of services, but she went so far above and beyond. She responded to my panicked middle-of-the-night emails and text messages so quickly and so calmly. She provided several items from her personal inventory which saved us hundreds of dollars. Her efforts were especially appreciated when dealing with complicated family dynamics - she was able to create an environment for the wedding wherein you’d never know anything was even going on between family members. If you’re hoping for organized, stress-free, and solution-oriented, this is the business for you. I plan to use Joelene for my own wedding in a few years. Cannot recommend her enough.

    Jo is AMAZING!

    Working with Jo and For Every Joccasion was the best decision my husband and I could make for our wedding day! My husband and I are very simple people who are usually "go with the flow", so planning and executing a wedding was not an easy task. We reached out to For Every Joccasion and Joelene was quick to respond. We worked together over many months to plan our perfect wedding down to every last detail. We collaborated on a theme, colors, special events for the reception, etc. Joelene even offered to do most of the "heavy lifting" for us! She talked with vendors to find the best match for our ideal plan. When our wedding day actually rolled around, Jo made the day fly by with ease. As a bride, I never had to worry if projects would be done in time, tables and chairs would be placed correctly, and if my party would arrive on time. I got to focus all my attention on having what was meant to be one of the most magical days of my life be exactly that! The whole process was so smooth and we can't thank Joelene and her company, For Every Joccasion, enough. She really made our special day the most amazing day of our lives, by far. I would HIGHLY recommend For Every Joccasion for any of your event planning needs. Her kindness, quick thinking, and unique touches made our wedding all that more special!

    Our 2023 Wedding

    We had an amazing time working with For Every Jocassion and she met every one of our expectations! Our wedding was at a casual camp but it was turned into an amazing venue by the creativity and execution of Jo and her team. We felt that all of our needs were catered to with care and any conflicts were met with quick resolutions. I would highly recommend her services to anyone in the market for a wedding planner or event organizer.

We offer three levels of support depending on how much guidance couples want throughout the planning process: • Wedding Management (Day-of Coordination) • Guided Planning (Partial Planning) • Full Service Planning Each option is designed to help couples stay organized, feel confident in their decisions, and enjoy their wedding day without worrying about logistics.
Most couples book 9–18 months before their wedding, but availability varies depending on the season. Because we take on a limited number of weddings each year, we recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date and venue in mind.

Yes. For Every Joccasion carries business liability insurance, and proof of insurance can be provided to venues upon request. Many venues require vendors working on-site to be insured, and having coverage helps ensure that everyone involved in your wedding day is protected. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance listing them as additionally insured, we’re happy to coordinate that.
