I am passionate about creating a unique experience that encourages and celebrates your self expression and your story! I especially love non-traditional weddings and event ideas, and will work with you on whatever your heart and story leads to.

Description

All Inclusive Planning from 6 months to a year in advance. Includes Full Weekend Coordination, Final Detail Planning, and Budgeting Assistance. Multiple check-ins and planning from whenever you want to add me in! If it's day one or month 3 of planning. I will assist with budgeting, timeline, and vendor/rental communication and management.

Full Weekend Coordination (as explained above), plus Final Detail Planning starting 3 months before your wedding. This includes assisting with floor plans, seating charts, creating day-of timeline, communicating with vendors (as needed), and planning rehearsal dinners.

Full Weekend Coordination - From Set up, Ceremony Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner through Wedding Day and Break Down. I will connect with clients 3-4 weeks before wedding to gather all the details for the wedding weekend and the vendors contacts. I will reach out to vendors 2 weeks before the Wedding with the timeline, coordinator contact information, and everything they need so you can focus on your loved ones and the big day.

    Patient, Kind and Extremely Thorough!
