C.H.E. believes that every celebration deserves to feel like you - not a template, not what is trending, but a genuine reflection of your story, your people, and what matters most.

I was born and raised in Maine, and this beautiful state will always be my home. Helping others create unforgettable memories in the place I've called home my entire life feels like the perfect full-circle. After earning my bachelors degree in Event Planning & Management, and 10 years in the hospitality & event industry, I decided it was time to bring Celia Hope Events to life! I strive to bring a fun, stress-free approach to wedding planning, allowing you and your partner to stay present throughout the entire process. My focus is helping you create an event that feels authentic to you. Let's create something beautiful together!

Full Service Planning & Design is a comprehensive, start-to-finish planning experience for couples who want expert guidance, creative direction, and seamless management throughout every stage of the planning process. From initial concept through wedding day execution, Celia Hope Events manages every detail to create a cohesive, elevated, and stress-free experience.

Month of/ Day-Of Coordination is designed for couples who have thoughtfully planned their wedding and are ready to hand over the final details to a trusted professional. Beginning three months prior to your wedding, we step in to start our planning process. This includes managing logistics, coordinate your vendor team, and ensure your day unfolds seamlessly — allowing you, your family, and your friends to be fully present and enjoy every moment.

    Couldn’t Have Done It Without Celia

    I cannot say enough good things about Celia. From day one through the end of our wedding day, Celia brought her calming energy, creative problem-solving, and a listening ear whenever I was stressed. Whenever I ran into an unexpected issue, Celia was there to support me. On the big day, she made juggling all of the moving pieces look easy, ensured everything was seamless, and did it all behind the scenes so I didn’t have to think about anything. The staff at the venue was amazing, and I had a solid team of vendors, but even so, I can honestly say that we wouldn’t have been able to execute the day without Celia. In Celia, I didn’t just find a coordinator, but a new friend

    Amazing day of coordinator

    She was the day of coordinator for our wedding and was amazing. She learned the ins and outs very quickly, was extremely organized, and took on so much responsibility to ensure our day went smoothly. She was very personable and able to work with many types of people during the day and leading up to. If we had another wedding (will not be happening) we would 100% use her again. We can't express with words the amazing impact she had on our wedding day.

    Absolutely amazing

    Working with Celia Hope Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From day one, Celia was responsive and thoughtful about every detail, keeping us organized throughout the entire planning process. She had the expertise to troubleshoot problems behind the scenes so we never had to worry, and she coordinated seamlessly with all of our vendors to keep everyone on track. What really stood out was how open-minded she was to our ideas while also bringing her own focused approach to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. On our wedding day, it was clear that all of her hard work paid off—everything ran smoothly and felt absolutely perfect. We can't recommend Celia Hope Events enough.

    Day of Coordination

    Working with Celia Hope Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From our first conversation, Celia was so easy to talk to and genuinely cared about making our day special.     Amazing Event planner

    Our day was perfect because of Celia. It was an outdoor wedding and we had rain all day until 1 hr before the wedding. She directed guests and vendors and she was so calm that it kept all of us calm. I know our day was the best because of Celia

Your wedding day gets my complete, undivided attention. I book only one event per day, always.
I graduated from the Tourism and Hospitality program at the University of Southern Maine, where I studied event planning and management. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 10+ years now. My education at USM and my work in restaurants and catering connected me with some of the region's most respected wedding and event planners. Working beside them, I learned not just the technical skills, but the art of bringing visions to life. This experience led to a position as the catering and events manager at a well-known local restaurant, where I planned and executed weddings, corporate events, and other celebrations.
Day of coordination can be booked up until one month before your wedding. Partial planning can be booked between 6 and 12 months in advance. Full service planning should be booked 12 months before your wedding!
