This package includes the initial consultation & vision building, budget management, venue selection, vendor sourcing & management, event design, timeline & logistics, rehearsal & day-of coordination. | (For intimate celebrations up to 40 guests) Designed for couples planning a smaller celebration who want professional guidance and seamless execution. This package provides structured support leading up to the wedding day and hands-on coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly. | Designed for clients who have already started planning — book the venue, a few vendors — but seek professional guidance to fill in the gaps, refine design elements, and ensure everything comes together seamlessly. This package includes review & guidance, vendor recommendations & coordination, design collaboration, timeline & logistics, rehearsal & day-of management. | Designed for clients who have already done most (or all!) of their own planning, but would like a professional to oversee and manage the logistics on the event day to ensure everything runs smoothly. 2025 wedding!
I cannot say enough good things about Nichole and Julia. They coordinated and planned my entire wedding down to the smallest details.. from my bouquet, to the napkins, to customized straws with both of my pets on them. Every single detail was thoughtful, intentional, and so me. They ran everything by me, truly listened to my style and taste, and somehow brought my vision to life even better than I imagined. My wedding day was seamless, beautiful, and completely stress free, and that is entirely because of them. My day could not have been more perfect, and I have Nichole and Julia to thank for that. I will forever be grateful for the care, creativity, and love they poured into our day.

Elegant yet Welcoming
I had the honor to have Maine Coastal Events Co. provide an elegant yet welcoming holiday gathering. The team made sure to greet all of it's guests at the door with a smile. I couldn't help myself but endulge in the tasty hors d'oeuvres being served. The bacon wrapped scallops were my personal favorite. I never had to request a refill of my beverage, as there was always someone going around to ensure I had plenty. If you are looking for that special touch, look no further. Maine Coastal Events Co. will be sure to make your vision, a reality.
