The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding!
Hiring Caroline and her incredible team at RYE Street Events was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. From the moment we met Caroline, her calm energy, professionalism, and attention to detail immediately put us at ease. She took the time to understand our vision, our priorities, and all the little personal touches that mattered most to us. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Caroline was a true lifesaver — organized, responsive, and three steps ahead of everyone. She coordinated with all of our vendors, created a seamless timeline, and made sure every detail was covered. On the actual wedding day, she and her team executed everything flawlessly. We had purchased a lot of decor and we trusted her to put the vision together, which she did perfectly. Because of Caroline and RYE Street Events, our day ran perfectly. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing — all we had to do was soak it all in. She handled every hiccup quietly behind the scenes and kept everything feeling calm, joyful, and completely stress-free. We hired Caroline for day of coordination services for our wedding and she absolutely WOW’ed us! Between our pre-planning meetings, our big day, and easy decor pick up - she was organized, communicative, and an absolute joy to work with throughout the planning process. Caroline is the best!
Caroline is an example of grace, commitment, and compassion. Having her as a part of our day was the best decision we made for our wedding day. With every call, text, and email, she was always very reachable and communicative. The rentals that are available are cost effective and of great quality. We appreciated that some of the rentals were customizable and that Caroline allowed us to be involved in the development of that. I did a lot of DIY decor for our wedding so that meant a lot of things that we had to bring to the venue and set up on our own. Caroline assisted in the set up of our own items for before our wedding and as well as the breakdown of our items which was a huge help. While we were dancing and enjoying time with our guests, behind the scenes Caroline was paining up our items and once our wedding was over we were so pleased to find out that there was not much more we had to do. We will be forever grateful to Caroline and her team. If you are considering hiring a wedding planner/coordinator, choose Rye Street Events, you will not regret it!
