Organized and Calm
We hired Jess as a day of coordinator and my only regret from the wedding was to not hire her for full design too! Jess brought a calm presence to our day that was needed and greatly appreciated. Her organization skills are unmatched and the day of schedule was so detailed, it was impossible not to know where to be and when for everyone involved. We had two locations and Jess might be a time traveler because everything moved from the ceremony to the reception so seamlessly, I couldn’t believe it. She also treated our pup (and ring bearer) so kindly throughout the day which we are so grateful for. We just wish we could plan another wedding to hire her again!!!

Every detail handled, our vision brought to life
We can't say enough good things about Jess. From the start she was extremely organized, with a real eye for detail, and we always felt confident that anything she took on would get done, no question. She took our vision for the wedding and brought it to life, enhancing it along the way. Communication was excellent throughout, and she connected us with exactly the right vendors, which gave us real confidence in every choice we made. What stood out most was her balance. She listened closely and adapted to what we wanted, but she also wasn't afraid to push for ideas she knew would be great from experience. Those were some of our favorite parts of the day. If you want a planner you can fully trust with the details, hire Jess.

Bridgerton x Art Deco x Lana del Rey DREAM Wedding
I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Jess! I met with her at a point in the wedding planning process when I was completely overwhelmed by all of the vendors, decisions, and tiny details that come with planning a wedding. From our very first meeting, she made the entire process feel exciting again instead of stressful. Jess sat down with my husband and me and really took the time to understand both of us. She asked about our individual visions for the wedding, our favorite things, little sayings we use with each other, and the details that make our relationship feel like ours. She somehow took all of those conversations and masterfully turned them into a design plan that felt incredibly personal and completely cohesive. I wanted romantic, Bridgerton-inspired touches and nods to classic literature, while my husband loves Art Deco—and Jess found the perfect way to blend the two without it ever feeling overly themed or forced. Every detail felt intentional, elegant, and so uniquely us. She also had the BEST ideas when it came to sourcing vintage décor and finding those special pieces that made everything feel collected and one-of-a-kind rather than like a typical wedding. She completely understood the vision and knew exactly where to look and what would bring it all together. Leading up to the wedding, Jess was always available whenever I had a question, needed advice, or wanted to talk through an idea. Having someone so knowledgeable, creative, and genuinely invested in our wedding made such a difference—especially during those moments when the planning process started to feel overwhelming. Beyond being incredibly talented, Jess is just such a wonderful person to have in your corner. She listened to us, understood what we were trying to create (even when we didn’t totally know how to articulate it ourselves!), and brought it to life better than we ever could have imagined. She truly is the best, and I would recommend her a million times over to anyone planning a wedding. I’m so grateful we found her!

AMAZING planner!
Working with Fresh Take & Co was an absolute game-changer for our wedding planning process. Jess was incredibly responsive from day one, checking in frequently and answering our questions faster than we expected. It felt like she was in my mind—she understood our vision immediately and brought creative ideas to the table that we never would have thought of ourselves. Beyond the design work, she guided us through vendor selection and flagged details we didn't even know to consider, which took so much stress off our shoulders. The execution on our wedding day was flawless and felt uniquely ours in every way. We couldn't have asked for a better partner to bring our special day to life.

The best!
We are so happy we hired Jess to help with our wedding design and day of coordination. Her creativity and ideas are unmatched and were 100% tailored to our style! So many of our guests commented on how beautiful and fun the various design elements Jess sprinkled throughout our day. Jess created a fun unique guest book, designed our wedding favor playing cards, designed our rehearsal place cards, and added a hat display that was a huge hit. She was always so nice and fun to work with! On top of her creativity, Jess is extremely organized and was unbelievably helpful with creating the timeline. (Huge shout out to her husband too for being a rockstar assistant the day of!)
