CityLux is a boutique studio based in the Boston area. We started out as photographers and have recently expanded our services, offering video, and now wedding planning services. We are a small dedicated team of professionals. Our couples are down to earth types, who appreciate attention to detail, and laid back luxury.

“I thought I (ALL CAPS THERE!) was a perfectionist until I met Allie LeBon. If you're thinking "is this worth it?" or "do I really need a planner?" or even, "I can do this all myself." ...you maaaybe can, but if you want your day to be utterly spectacular - hire Allie. I can't stress enough the importance of hiring someone like her. Our entire day was magic because of her and her CityLux team. We started out our journey with a clear goal, but it all felt a bit daunting. Allie was with us from start to finish (top to bottom planning and day-of!) and made every step along the way incredible. She was prompt, professional, honest, and kind. It's hard to find vendors that are as "on their game." There were times that we were completely at a loss for what was next and she always communicated with clarity so we felt comfortable and prepared to make decisions. There were sooooo many details only she could have thought of. Just when you think you have it figured out, there are 3 more things Allie was thinking of. I constantly said, "oh wow.. I didnt even think of that." Like coordinating bus routes and timing that out... no thank you! We felt like it was all under control because of her meticulous documentation, flawless communication with our other vendors, and emergency plans she put in motion behind the scenes. MOST importantly, she makes sure you can focus on your day and nothing else. From the napkins, to the placecards, to our grass wall, to our place settings, to the drink signs, and everything else in between, it was all so complete and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Not to mention, she professionally vetoed some of our ideas, and finding someone who knows what's realistic and what's not is hard to find. I've recommended her to ALL my friends and every time I get rave reviews. Don't go it alone throughout this process. Go with Allie and go with CityLux! “Cliona was SO helpful on our big day (5/31/25) as well as the weeks leading up to our wedding! She knew all the questions to ask our venue, catering, and other vendors. She joined our final calls with our venue to make sure we were all on the same page. She helped create a reasonable timeline and made sure we, and our vendors, stayed to it. She also solved any issue that came up on the day of and prioritized making sure we had a great time. She also made sure we had some moments of privacy to ourselves, which was amazing. Cliona was such a calming and reassuring presence throughout our wedding planning and on the day of. We truly can’t recommend her enough! Even when it was pouring rain, and the wind was blowing 30mph right before the ceremony, she had us calm, relaxed, and excited for our outdoor wedding. And she was right, the sun came out just in time! She had our guests and family organized perfectly for the ceremony and processional, so all my husband and I had to do was walk and take in the moment. At the end of the night Cliona and her team made sure all of our belongings, decor, flowers, cake, and gifts made it home, and my husband I were free to jump on the trolley to the afterparty with our friends. priceless!! “From the first moment I sent Abby an inquiry and she wrote back so promptly and sweet I just knew she’s who I wanted to go with. I am NOT a planner so without her my wedding would’ve been absolute chaos with no one knowing what to do, I’m honestly not sure how she had everything run so smoothly because I gave her the bare minimum to work with just saying (I don’t know) to half her questions and she always came back with “no problem we can go back to it or I can come up with a plan”.. so basically 95% of the timeline was all of her suggestions and her and I am SO THANKFUL for that because our day was seriously the most magical, amazing, so much love, if there were any mishaps which I’m sure there were .. I instantly connected with Garbriella’s level-headed and calm approach. In the months and weeks leading up to the wedding, she flawlessly orchestrated every aspect, from finalizing vendor contracts to creating a comprehensive timeline. Gabriella was very organized and proactive to ensure every element aligned with our vision. I was very much a DIY bride in all aspects of design, vendor sourcing, stationary, tablescapes, and details. Leading up to the wedding, she was a fantastic sounding board and stragetic partner. She reviewed contracts to ensure the scope was covered and also reviewed and provided feedback on our overall budget allocations. During the event, she made the process smooth and enjoyable from working with my sister to bustle my dress, to relighting candles that had blown out, coordinating with the venue and vendors, to boxing and hand delivering our cake to the hotel…no detail was too small for Garbriella to think about. Garbriella was integral in making all of my DIY ideas and designs come to life. She meticulously set up all of our centerpieces and accents. After the wedding, Garbriella carefully packed up all of our items for us to bring home. “Sam was an absolutely incredible, supportive, and calming presence both leading up to and throughout our wedding day. I am a very organized, Type-A bride, so handing over my 30 page wedding binder full of notes, timelines, details, and plans was a BIG deal — but I trusted Sam completely, and she executed everything exactly how we had planned it. Sam is organized, an excellent listener, incredibly attentive to detail, flexible, and so competent. We had the added challenge of watching a nor’easter approach our wedding in the days leading up to it, which meant constantly reassessing plans and figuring out where we could pivot. Sam handled all of it so calmly and seamlessly. Even when we were stressing, she had a way of making everything feel manageable and never like a big deal. She was always willing to talk through a change, adjust the plan, or jump in wherever she was needed. One of the best parts of working with Sam was how available and flexible she was. She even showed up for additional events and a venue walkthrough on very little notice, which was incredibly helpful during an already hectic week. After the wedding, SO many of our guests and wedding party members went out of their way to tell me how impressed they were with Sam and how completely on top of everything she was. That says so much — Sam wasn’t just making our day easier; everyone could see how much she was doing behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. I genuinely cannot thank Sam enough. “Working with Enchanted Events was hands down one of the best decisions that we made during our wedding planning process. We wanted our wedding to be small and simple, and initially thought we might be able to handle it without help. However, as we continued planning and more and more details came up, we decided that at the very least we needed a day-of coordinator. Enter Jordan and the entire Enchanted Events crew - TRUE ANGELS!! From our first conversation with Jordan, we knew we had the right team on our side. What Enchanted Events offers is really so much more than day-of coordination services. As soon as we booked with them, they were available to help us with any questions that we had. They told us that we could CC them on emails with vendors or give them a call if we needed an opinion. We can’t explain what a relief it was to have experts on our side once we booked with Enchanted! They are so well connected in the industry, so organized, and so kind and calming as well. Kristen and Tori were our day-of coordinators and WE CANNOT GIVE THEM ENOUGH PRAISE! Leading up to the wedding, they asked all the right questions to make sure that the big day flowed seamlessly. The part of the wedding that we were most nervous about was “flipping the room” - essentially turning it from a ceremony space into a full dinner/dance floor/event space in under an hour. A few guests looked at the room and said there was no way it could happen that fast. Kristen and Tori delivered in ways that left every guest stunned… the room flip was flawlessly executed and looked absolutely stunning with their guidance and expertise! This was just one of dozens of examples of their impact - from Tori joining us to take photos off site and ensure that we stayed on track with our timeline, to Kristen keeping us calm and present as we prepared to walk down the aisle. Once the day was over, we kept talking about how absolutely NOTHING went wrong on our wedding day. We can’t believe how perfect the day was, and Enchanted Events had a massive impact in making that happen. We cannot recommend working with them enough!!”

“How can I even put into words how absolutely incredible Kay and her team are?! My wife and I booked a power planning session with Kay in December 2020, shortly after getting engaged. From just that two hour meeting, we learned more about our budget, priorities, and expectations than we had from years of dreaming of our wedding. Kay was so confident and generous in her knowledge, we clicked immediately and as soon as the call ended, we looked and each other and said: "We HAVE to hire her to plan our wedding." As soon we officially booked with Kay, we jumped into regular meetings, endless email advice, vendor recommendations- the works! She also took over all communication and confirmations the month of our wedding which was an absolute lifesaver. Planning our wedding alongside Kay are memories we will cherish always. She is as kind and easy to work alongside as she is professional and precise. Her attention to detail and dedication to our wedding vision remained steadfast throughout the 15 months of planning. She answered every question, solved every problem, and anticipated every need with what seemed like effortless ease. As for the wedding day, her and her team were invaluable assets. My wife and I did not have to worry about a SINGLE detail all day, because we knew KNE had it all covered. She wore about a million hats that day, from designer to therapist to organizer to dress steamer to I'm sure a million other things we weren't privy to because keeping our energy light and happy was her biggest priority. I could go on forever. My biggest message that I hope is taken away from this review is that wedding planners are not only for the "rich and famous" as the media likes to make it seem. Wedding planners, specifically KNE is an unbelievable investment in your time, happiness, mental load, and more. Hiring KNE was the smartest decision we made and at least twice a week we found ourselves saying, "God, what would we do without Kay?!"”

“We hired Sarah for her services roughly a year out from our wedding. From the start, Sarah was extremely responsive and helped answer all my questions. During this time, we had selected a majority of our vendors but we needed Sarah's expertise in organizing our long to-do list, logistics and design ideas. A majority of our guests were traveling to our wedding so the logistics of how the weekend looked was very important to us as a couple. Sarah seamlessly was able to put together a plan to ensure that we were thinking of every detail needed to get our guests from point A to point B and back. During the weekend of the wedding, Sarah and her team were on top of every detail and that allowed myself and my husband to focus on enjoying the celebration. Sarah's ability to remain calm and handle any challenge that comes her way from vendors is truly an asset that anyone will want for their wedding weekend. “I genuinely do not even know where to begin when it comes to Noelle because there are not enough words to explain how incredible she is. From the VERY beginning of my wedding planning process over a year ago, she handled absolutely everything and more. Any thought, question, idea, concern, crash out, or micromanaging moment I had (and trust me… there were MANY), I could text or call her at literally any time, and she was always there. Not once did she ever make me feel annoying, dramatic, or “too much.” Instead, she made me feel heard, understood, supported, and excited every single step of the way. What makes Noelle so special is that she doesn’t just “plan weddings.” She genuinely takes your vision and transforms it into something bigger and more beautiful than you could have even imagined for yourself. The ideas I had in my head for my wedding somehow came to life TIMES TEN. Every tiny detail was perfected. She thought of things before I even had to ask. She guided me through every decision while still making me feel like the wedding truly reflected me and my husband. And the professionalism? Insane. The organization? Insane. The patience? Saint level. She worked with my budget and constantly gave me options to still achieve the luxury, elegant look I wanted without making me feel pressured to spend beyond my means. “Booking Cassie to be my wedding coordinator three months out to my wedding day was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process! I really thought I did not want or need a planner/coordinator, but having Cassie there really allowed me to enjoy my wedding. Cassie was diligent, organized, responsive, and patient. Cassie was so on top of every detail and knew all my vendors’ contracts inside and out! I had done lots of research online to make sure I knew every detail going into the wedding planning process, but there were some things I would not have known and Cassie was able to guide me through. For example, one of my vendors insisted an additional hour of rental time needed to be added to the wedding day (that would have cost me hundreds of dollars) and Cassie advocated for me, citing their contract, that it was not necessary. Cassie was also available to help make decisions regarding decor, helping me decide on pieces that best suited and enhanced the venue. I explained my vision of romantic candles everywhere throughout the event. Cassie and I worked together to shape where everything would go to create the seamless look. Cassie (and her assistant Cammie) made everything look stunning on the wedding day - and expertly packed up everything at the end of the night for us. I thought I could have my sister or family friend be in charge of so many of these tasks, but it was *so nice* delegating this out to a professional so that everyone could enjoy the day. “Working with Valerie was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I originally thought I would be fine with just a day-of coordinator, but trying to balance wedding planning with an already busy life eventually became overwhelming. In such a short amount of time, Valerie took my hot mess of ideas, Pinterest boards, and all the little details I had imagined and turned them into the wedding I had dreamed of. She truly understood the assignment and came through on everything. She listened to me, understood my vision, and somehow always seemed to be on the same wavelength. One of the things I appreciated most was how reliable she was. I never had to wonder whether something would get done or whether she would follow through. I trusted that if Valerie said she had it, she had it. That kind of peace of mind was invaluable during such a busy and emotional season. She was also incredibly accommodating to our cultural needs and was always willing to go with the flow. No matter how specific, unconventional, or last-minute an idea may have been, she never made me feel like I was asking for too much or that my ideas were crazy. Instead, she found a way to make things work while still keeping everything cohesive and beautiful. She was approachable, patient, reassuring, and so easy to work with throughout the entire process.
