Cose Bella started in the historical town of Warren, RI. We are a full and partial service wedding planning company, experienced in events of all sizes. We are with you the entire day of your important event, executing every planned detail with meticulous work ethic. Being a smaller business allows us the opportunity to be more present and personable, allowing us to to perfectly reflect who you are and what makes your love so special.

What makes us different? We provide a unique and personalized experience for every couple. We only book one wedding per weekend for full service clients, and one wedding per day for all packages. Our flexible and frequent communication technique provides monthly chek-ins and prevents planning gaps, ensuring your day is perfect.

We will assist to help you select your dream wedding venue and choose the right wedding package for your needs. By working closely with our highly qualified travel agents, we can assist in coordinating travel accommodations and hotel blocks for you and your entire wedding. Destination Services include Full Service Planning for your wedding day. Accommodations and travel coverage for your planners are required.

Our Full Service includes assistance in planning all of your essential wedding events (showers, bachelor/ bachelorette parties, welcome drinks, morning yoga, hospitality, morning after brunch, etc.), as well as your wedding day from start to finish. We arrive on site from the moment your first vendor arrives, to the moment all vendors are finishing breaking down.

Our Partial Services offer the same attention to detail and exceptional staff for your wedding day only Partial-Planning includes check-in meetings along the way. , while receiving assistance for referrals and closing planning gaps to stay on track. Partial Planning does not include additional wedding events (brunch, rehearsal dinner, Welcome Drinks, etc.). These can be added on with our additional hourly rate.

Day-of-Coordination includes a digital file to keep you and your partner organized, check-in meetings to avoid planning gaps, and assistance with building a personalized timeline for the entirety of your day. We arrive the moment your first vendor arrives, to the moment your event concludes. We problem solve and work our magic to ensure your day is smooth and seamless.

    I don’t even know where to begin. I hired Rachel about a year out from my wedding. I was looking for a day of coordinator and to say she exceeded those expectations would be the understatement of the century. We had monthly check ins leading up to the wedding, with even more calls as the day got closer, to ensure everything was on track. Hands down the best decision my fiancé and I made in the wedding planning process. I am a type-A perfectionist, who is not easy to please, and Rachel eased all of my worries. Without the help of her and her amazing team, I’m not sure how I would have survived the planning process let alone, made sure everything was perfect on our wedding day. Rachel and her team ensured everything ran on time, contacted all vendors leading up to wedding, ran our rehearsal , set up all tables, flowers, candles, bars, gift tables, cigar bar, the list goes on and on. She truly was our wedding fairy godmother and a million thank you’s would never suffice in expressing my gratitude towards her and her incredible team.     Rachel Koger did an excellent job as our wedding planner. We were very fortunate to have her on our special day! Our wedding was at Rosecliff Mansion and without her our dream wedding would not have been possible. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and everything went according to plan. She is very meticulous and organized, which made our lives much easier. With our busy work schedule we weren’t able to coordinate time for vendor meetings but Rachel did. She was able to effectively communicate our vision into making it a beautiful reality. Rachel also created and designed our menu cards, table numbers, and escort cards. It all came out beautifully!!     We can't say enough great things about Rachel. Our only regret was not finding her sooner in the process. She is so responsive, detail-oriented, organized, made fantastic recommendations for additional vendors and offered us so much support along the way with the details. She has gorgeous taste and really helped with bringing together the vision we were going for. She is by far the best vendor! I'm thinking someday we'll have a vow renewal just to work with her again!
