First Blush is a wedding florist and planner based in New Haven, serving Connecticut and beyond with bespoke wedding + event florals custom designed for the discerning clientele and styled with intention and emotion. We have been working within the hospitality industry for more than 15 years planning and designing every sort of celebration for every kind of client.
At First Blush we focus on our your individual love story to organically create your floral design. Our use of local blossoms sourced from Connecticut farms mixed with traditional flowers, helps our designs to feel natural in their surroundings; whether the event be at a coastal mansion or in your parent's backyard. Our garden-style arrangements feels both lush and approachable, and bound to be remembered by your guests.

Emma went above and beyond in every way, and I’m so grateful. The flowers were absolutely stunning and brought everything to life even more beautifully than I could have imagined. I truly appreciate all the care and effort she put into making it perfect.

Emma and the First Blush team were a dream to work with for our wedding! The floral process felt very overwhelming but Emma made everything so easy from the get-go. She was so knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. On the wedding day, everything was beautiful and exactly what we hoped for (and more!). Working with a talented and easygoing team took so much stress off our plate. So grateful we found her!

Beautiful beach wedding flowers
