    Moody Fall Wedding in the Hudson Valley

    Emma at First Blush was absolutely incredible to work with for our October wedding. From our very first conversation, she truly understood the color palette, mood, and overall vision we were going for—and she executed it all perfectly. Our wedding day was stunning, and so much of that beauty was thanks to her talent and attention to detail. Everything was seamless and efficient from start to finish. Emma worked with us end-to-end, was transparent throughout the process, and communicated clearly at every step, which made the planning feel calm and manageable—even with all the natural chaos that comes with a wedding day. The florals themselves were flawless: the half arch and flower boxes were gorgeous, the table arrangements (including little cauldrons for our dark, "witchy-inspired" vibes) tied everything together beautifully, and all the additional details she helped us with elevated the entire space. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a more beautiful result.

    Best in the business!

    Emma was so great to work with! She helped my vision of a perfect wedding day come to life. The flowers were so beautiful and the honeymoon table flowers brought me to tears they were so beautiful. I got so many compliments on the flowers at my wedding. Such beautiful work!

    The best!!

    Emma and the First Blush team were a dream to work with for our wedding! The floral process felt very overwhelming but Emma made everything so easy from the get-go. She was so knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. On the wedding day, everything was beautiful and exactly what we hoped for (and more!). Working with a talented and easygoing team took so much stress off our plate. So grateful we found her!

    Floral & Coordination Peace of Mind

    Emma at First Blush Floral & Planning was an absolute treasure to work with, and we couldn't recommend her more. As a wedding couple who had to pivot unexpectedly from original vendor and venue plans, the minute I got on a call with Emma, I knew she would be perfect in helping our vision come to life. Cool, calm, collected, organized and knowledgeable, she listened to what we wanted and made it come to life. Yes — every wedding includes professional delivery and on-site styling through one of our two service tiers. Full Service | Minimum $7,500 | 20% Our most comprehensive experience: design, delivery, styling, and a team who returns at the end of the night to strike all florals and rentals. Ideal for larger installations, repurposing, and events needing full support. Set + Style | Minimum $3,500 | 16% We design, deliver, and style everything on site. This tier doesn’t include breakdown, making it ideal for lighter designs or venues that handle cleanup. Both tiers include careful transport and elevated styling.
Most couples book 9–18 months out, especially for peak season dates (May–October). We do take select shorter-timeline weddings when our calendar allows. If you love our style, reach out — we’re always happy to check availability.
We design weddings throughout Connecticut, Rhode Island, and parts of New York. Delivery is included within our Labor + Delivery fee (18% for Set + Style, 20% for Full Service). Additional travel or lodging fees may apply for venues outside our primary radius.
Yes. Full Service weddings begin at $7,500 and include delivery, styling, and end-of-night breakdown. Set + Style weddings begin at $3,500 and include delivery and on-site styling. Most couples spend $7,500–$15,000 depending on season, scale, and venue.
We’ll chat through your venue, vision, priorities, and any early inspiration you’ve gathered. Pinterest boards, color palettes, or must-have details are always helpful but never required. The consultation is simply a warm, design-focused conversation to make sure we’re the right fit.
Yes — we design with repurposing in mind and guide you toward pieces that move beautifully between spaces. Some arrangements shift easily (aisle meadows, grounded installs), while others are best left in place. We’ll create a plan tailored to your venue and flow.

We don’t offer in-house preservation, but we’re happy to recommend trusted artists who specialize in resin blocks, pressed florals, and other keepsakes. Just let us know your style and we’ll point you in the right direction.
After booking, we create a personalized Design Board outlining florals, colors, textures, candles, and styling details. We refine this together, then finalize quantities and logistics closer to your date. It’s collaborative, streamlined, and intentionally creative.
Absolutely. We work directly with your planner and venue on timelines, layout, logistics, and placement. This ensures a seamless setup and allows you to simply enjoy the day while we execute the floral vision.
Yes — we provide candle rentals and manage all open-flame requirements, including hurricanes, drip trays, and venue guidelines. Our team handles lighting and relighting as needed or we work with your catering team to ensure everything is handled.
