Whether you need flowers for a small elopement or an elaborate celebration, we want to make your wedding flowers as special and unique as your love. We hope you will choose to celebrate the environment when you celebrate your special day by choosing our Connecticut-grown flowers. I treat the flowers with preservatives to help them last for your special day, rendering them non-organic.

We grow unique and gorgeous flowers that other florists do not carry, and our flower selection varies with the seasons. We can provide buckets of flowers for brides who wish to arrange their own flowers (DIY option), or we can arrange the flowers for you or a combination of DIY arranged by us.

Amazing local flower farm and farmer!

Zoe and our team provided florals for our wedding in June of 2023. For our wedding, we wanted to hire a local flower farmer, which is exactly what we did, and it was a bonus that it was woman-owned! We asked for our flowers to match the color scheme of our wedding, but we didn’t ask for specific types of flowers. When some of Zoe’s flowers didn’t bloom because of the Canadian wildfires in June 2023, she ordered supplements that came on-time and looked great at no extra cost to us. She did a great job rolling with the punches. We especially loved our bridal bouquets and even got them pressed after the wedding to preserve them! For our reception centerpieces, we hand-thrifted over 60 vases of all different colors, sizes, and styles. Zoe and her team were so accommodating with using our vases instead of ones that they typically do, and even allowing us to drop them off at the farm in advance so we didn’t have to worry about transporting them day-of. Speaking of the farm, Zoe invited us for a private tour before we even booked her services to check out what they were growing and the whole process. It was super cool! We would recommend touring the same time of year as your wedding (ex. If you’re getting married in June, try to tour the prior June) to get the most accurate picture of what will be in bloom for your day, but if you can’t, it will still be super fun! On the day of our wedding, Zoe and her team set up the reception room before they set up our ceremony area/lobby where guests would be congregating. Though it was down to the wire with some very visible things still being set up as guests were arriving, everything did get done on time. Just a note for the future, and something we didn't think of. Overall, we know this was a huge flower order for a local flower farm, and we were happy with how it all turned out.

Sterling Flower Farm created the most beautiful flower bouquets, centerpieces, aisle markers, etc. for our wedding! They were so easy to work with, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Zoe the owner texted us a few weeks before the wedding sending us pictures of flowers she was thinking of using for our arrangements. She was so sweet and helped us identify the kinds of flowers and arrangements we wanted. I could not believe how beautiful the flowers were the day of our wedding. We received so many compliments from our guests. Zoe worked so hard the day of the wedding making sure that everything was set up just right. Overall, nothing but amazing things to say about our experience and satisfaction with sterling flower farm. Pick them for your wedding - you won’t regret it!

I absolutely loved our wedding bouquets, boutteniers, and arbor decor from Sterling Organic Farm! Zoe perfectly captured what we wanted based on our conversations and a few inspiration photos. She was very responsive throughout the whole process, making it easy to plan and to trust her with a piece of our special day. I also like that the flowers are seasonal and locally grown. I would highly recommend Sterling Organic Farm if you're looking for a wedding florist!
