Jordan first discovered her love and natural ability for all things design and planning when she was only 15 years old. She planned and designed her own magical Quinceanera and has been drawn to celebrations ever since. Jordan’s favorite part of designing the perfect event for her clients is discovering the special significance of the occasion and discovering the ideas and inspiration her clients bring to the table. Taking on day of coordination brings a sense of relief to clients and is one of the most fulfilling aspects of the job for Jordan.

We ensure our clients’ desires are met and vision is brought to life while eliminating the stress is what we find most rewarding. When we are hired for design we ensure that all of our events are unique and an event your guests will find memorable through design. When we are hired for day of coordination (production) our priority is to have our clients be a guest at their own event. We pride ourselves in executing successful events. We are collaborative with great relationships with event industry vendors and have a positive reputation in the industry.     Working with Enchanted Events was hands down one of the best decisions that we made during our wedding planning process. We wanted our wedding to be small and simple, and initially thought we might be able to handle it without help. However, as we continued planning and more and more details came up, we decided that at the very least we needed a day-of coordinator. Enter Jordan and the entire Enchanted Events crew - TRUE ANGELS!! From our first conversation with Jordan, we knew we had the right team on our side. What Enchanted Events offers is really so much more than day-of coordination services. As soon as we booked with them, they were available to help us with any questions that we had. They told us that we could CC them on emails with vendors or give them a call if we needed an opinion. We can’t explain what a relief it was to have experts on our side once we booked with Enchanted! They are so well connected in the industry, so organized, and so kind and calming as well. Kristen and Tori were our day-of coordinators and WE CANNOT GIVE THEM ENOUGH PRAISE! Leading up to the wedding, they asked all the right questions to make sure that the big day flowed seamlessly. The part of the wedding that we were most nervous about was “flipping the room” - essentially turning it from a ceremony space into a full dinner/dance floor/event space in under an hour. A few guests looked at the room and said there was no way it could happen that fast. Kristen and Tori delivered in ways that left every guest stunned… the room flip was flawlessly executed and looked absolutely stunning with their guidance and expertise! This was just one of dozens of examples of their impact - from Tori joining us to take photos off site and ensure that we stayed on track with our timeline, to Kristen keeping us calm and present as we prepared to walk down the aisle. Once the day was over, we kept talking about how absolutely NOTHING went wrong on our wedding day. We can’t believe how perfect the day was, and Enchanted Events had a massive impact in making that happen. We cannot recommend working with them enough!!

    As a wedding planner we work with other vendors quite often and Jordan is the one you hope you get to hang out with for the day! She is professional, polite, pleasant and she knows what she is doing. Its such an honor to be able to say working together was more than I expected and pleasantly so. I would love to work more with the likes of her, truly a great experience. Thank you Jordan!

    Jordan and Victoria were personable, professional, energetic, and very organized. We worked with them for day of coordination and collaborated closely leading up to the wedding. They made everything go smoothly for our special day, and I knew we could lean on them for advice, suggestions, edits, and ideas. Jordan’s leadership and calm nature during the whole process was outstanding and so reassuring. We are forever grateful for their efforts in making our day memorable and our vision come to life.

    Enchanted Events was so great to work with! Jordan helped plan the big ask in helping to put together a proposal weekend with great recommendations for restaurants, cafes, helping to find a fun AirBNBs, and was even there to coordinate with our photographer to catch the special moment! We enjoyed working with her so much we hired her to help plan our wedding! She has such a great network of venders to recommend from florist to photographers, venue options and so so much more! We were so grateful for all of the check in calls, she helped to keep us on task and split up to-dos and was a great sounding board for ideas and brainstorming. She helped bring our vision to life for a beautiful Pride weekend brunch wedding and exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend Enchanted Events for planning any of your events big or small!
