    Couldn’t have done it without Aline!

    Working with Aline was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the beginning, she made the entire planning process feel so much easier and was always there whenever we had a question or needed guidance. She is incredibly organized, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure everything comes together exactly how you envision it. On our wedding day, I was actually able to relax and enjoy myself because I knew Aline had everything handled. She kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes and made sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Having her there gave me so much peace of mind. I’m so grateful for everything she did for us and would recommend her to any bride looking for someone she can truly trust with her wedding day.

    An Absolutely Incredible Wedding Planner

    Hiring Aline as our full-service wedding planner was truly one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire wedding planning process.     Aline is a gem!

    Thank god for Aline! I had no idea how plan a wedding and was very overwhelmed by every aspect of it. She made the whole process easy from helping us choose a location and set up tours, booking the DJ, the limo, the florist, photographer and helping with the decorations, invitations and food selections. She was prompt in getting back to my calls and emails and went out of her way to be available to accompany us to meetings with vendors. Aline was very professional and personable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone planning a wedding or party!

    Dear Aline, We wanted to take a moment to truly thank you for everything you did to make our wedding day and the entire planning process so much more than we ever could have hoped for. We hired you later in the planning process than our friends, family, and even Google recommended, but the moment you came on board, you jumped right in without hesitation. You were professional, persistent, thorough, and incredibly organized from day one. Your spreadsheets, Excel forms, timelines, and attention to detail immediately showed us that we were dealing with a true professional. But honestly, the best part of having you as our wedding planner was that you took all of the worry away. We went from feeling completely overwhelmed to feeling safe, confident, and taken care of within 24 hours of you coming on board. That feeling is something we will never forget. You did far more than we ever expected from a wedding planner. Of course, you handled the planning, coordinated with vendors, followed up on details, and made sure everything was on track. But you also did all of the little and not so little things that showed just how much you genuinely cared about us and our experience. You steamed my wife's dress. You helped with transportation. You made sure we actually ate before the wedding. You anticipated problems before we even knew they existed. You were constantly thinking several steps ahead. One example that really stands out to us was the speeches. Originally, the best man and maid of honor were going to give their speeches while salads were being served. You recognized that we would likely be eating during the speeches and, more importantly, that it could make for some pretty awkward pictures. You made sure the venue served us first and early so that when those special moments were being photographed, we could actually enjoy them without having a mouthful of salad! That may sound like a small detail, but to us, it represents exactly who you were throughout this entire experience. You thought of everything. Even the things we didn't know we needed to think about. You followed through on every duty, every promise, and every commitment and then you went above and beyond that. You didn't just plan our wedding. You protected our experience of it. Because of you, we were able to spend our wedding day enjoying each other, our families, and our friends instead of worrying about vendors, timelines, logistics, or what might go wrong. That is an incredible gift, and we are so grateful for it. We would recommend you to anyone and everyone planning a wedding. For full-service planning, I recommend booking 12–18 months before your wedding. Partial planning is ideal around 6–12 months out, while wedding-day coordination is typically booked 3–6 months before the wedding. I also welcome shorter timelines when my availability allows.
Absolutely! Not every couple needs a full planning package. You can choose individual services such as vendor coordination, timeline creation, rehearsal coordination, venue walkthroughs, design assistance, and more.
Full-service planning means I’m involved throughout the planning process, helping with the big decisions and details from start to finish. Coordination is for couples who have planned their wedding and want me to step in toward the end to manage the logistics and execute their plans.
Yes! Every wedding is different, and I’m happy to customize services around what you actually need. My goal is to provide the right level of support without making you pay for services that don’t fit your wedding.
Yes. Rehearsal coordination is available as part of select services or as an à-la-carte option. I’ll help guide the wedding party through the processional, recessional, ceremony positioning, and logistics so everyone knows what to expect.
Absolutely. I’m happy to work with the vendors you’ve already chosen. I’ll communicate with them, confirm logistics, coordinate timing, and make sure everyone has the information they need to work together seamlessly.
Yes! I can provide recommendations based on your wedding style, priorities, location, budget, and needs. For full-service planning, vendor sourcing and selection are included; additional vendor sourcing can also be added to other services.
Yes! My event design services can include creative direction, styling, décor, rentals, linens, signage recommendations and personal details. I focus on creating a cohesive look that feels authentic to you as a couple—not cookie-cutter.
My event design and coordination fees cover the planning, styling, sourcing, and coordination of décor and rentals. Physical rental items, florals, décor purchases, and other third-party products are quoted separately.
Wedding-day coordination includes up to 8 hours of onsite coverage. Additional coverage is available at $100 per hour and can be arranged in advance based on your timeline and needs.
A 50% non refundable retainer and signed agreement are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding. Weddings booked within 30 days require payment in full at booking.
Just ask! My à-la-carte services are designed to be flexible. If you have a planning task or wedding-day need that isn’t listed, I’m happy to discuss it and create a customized option when possible.
That’s exactly why I’m there\. I stay calm, proactive, and solution\-focused, handling behind\-the\-scenes logistics, vendor communication, and quick problem\-solving so you can stay present and enjoy your day\. While I coordinate with your vendors, each vendor is independently responsible for their services under their own contract\. I am not liable for failure to appear, cancellation, delays, performance, or quality of any vendor\. I will take reasonable steps within my role to manage issues, but I cannot guarantee another vendor’s performance or services\.
Absolutely! While weddings are a big part of what I do, I’m not limited to weddings. I also offer event styling, décor, rentals, signage, and coordination support for celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, showers, engagement parties, corporate events, milestone celebrations, and other special occasions.
