Everlasting Affairs was born out of a driving passion for the event industry and the ability to mold our clients dreams into reality. Since our inception, we’ve committed ourselves to creating impactful and one of a kind experiences for our clients and their guests, no matter the size of the event. Our team strives to meet and exceed the needs of each and every one of our clients. This is because we understand the importance of working with (not just for) our clients in order to make their events unforgettable, forging memories that last long after the last guest leaves.

One size doesn't fit all, and neither should your wedding day or even your wedding planning for that matter! Our purpose is to ensure your wedding day is reflective of you and your partner and the journey that lead you to this moment. Victoria and her entire team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. We truly could not have asked for a better wedding planner or team to have by our side throughout the entire process. From day one, Victoria was incredibly organized, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in making our wedding everything we had dreamed of. No detail was ever missed, and she was always one step ahead. She was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process, always made us feel heard, and we knew without a doubt that she was always on our side. On our wedding day, Victoria made everything run so smoothly and seamlessly. She took our vision and brought it to life in a way that was even better than we could have imagined. I trusted her 110%, which allowed me to truly relax and enjoy the day knowing that everything was in the best possible hands. By the end of the weekend, Victoria and her team genuinely felt like family. We are so incredibly grateful for everything they did for us and for all of the time, care, and effort they put into making our wedding so special. Our day truly could not have happened without Victoria, and we will forever be thankful that she was such an important part of it. If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further — we cannot recommend Victoria and her team enough!

Victoria creates magic
On our wedding day, we referred to Victoria as our "energizer bunny magical fairy." She was 3 steps ahead of everything, seemed to magically be everywhere all at once, and kept everything on the rails despite some unexpected changes in our timeline on the wedding day. And she does it all calmly. She truly went above and beyond and helped us feel so calm and cared for. Throughout the wedding planning process over the past year, she was incredibly responsive, kind, and--I say this as someone who has known many type A people in my life--the most type A organized person I have ever met. She was made for this kind of work. Several of our vendors commented on how much they enjoyed working with her and that they hope to have the pleasure to work with her again. She always manages to be calm and cheerful but don't let this fool you; she is an absolute force. Don't hesitate to hire her and her Everlasting Affairs team.

A real lifesaver
We heard about Everlasting Affairs through one of our friends who recently got married. Like a lot of things in the wedding industry, there are overwhelming options so it's often times easier to go with an recommended option. And wow was that the best decision we could have made. Victoria helped us plan not 1, not 2, but essentially 3 weddings. When our first venue ended up being too remote, we shifted gears. Victoria was calm cool and collected and ready for anything when I called her stressed. So we planned wedding #2. But then, our worlds turned upside down when my mom had received a terminal diagnosis and the doctors recommended moving up the wedding. When I called Victoria she was kind, loving, and empathetic and again ready for anything to make this wedding happen. So not only did we change gears again, we did it across the country with new vendors and in a brand new location. Victoria and her team worked day an night to plan a truly gorgeous wedding in just two weeks. She promised she would keep the same vision like we are just moving the date and the venue and she did exactly that. It was perfect and I will forever be grateful for this. The best part was to be able to meet her in person and give her a hug. There's often times not words to describe that feeling of support and compassion and that's how I feel about Victoria. Victoria is organized and professional. She advocates for you and will do anything to make your dreams come true. She will be nice even when you change things a million times. Needless to say, I would recommend Everlasting Affairs again and again because most importantly, she will have your back through anything.

Best Wedding Planner Ever!
Hiring Victoria and Everlasting Affairs was the best decision we made, and we cannot recommend highly enough! She was our rock in this process and we don’t know what we would’ve done without her. From our very first consultation through our wedding day, Victoria was professional, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. We chose the partial planning service, and it was absolutely worth the investment! Victoria supported us every step of the way, and helped to bring our vision to life. We came to her with a budget and a dream (our only requirement was that we wanted to have a wedding day full of enjoyment), and she expertly curated every aspect of our wedding, from vendors to decor and personal touches. She has an exceptional eye for design and executed every detail flawlessly, creating a day that was extremely organized and felt even more beautiful than we could’ve possibly imagined. Most importantly, the day felt reflective of us as a couple. Every scary task that a bride and groom dreads (seating charts, floor plans, day-of timelines) were handled by Victoria, which helped to keep us stress-free. While planning, Victoria was adaptable and willing to make any changes that we needed. She is warm, welcoming, and we truly felt like she cared about us, not only as clients, but as a couple. On our wedding day, Victoria and her team were outstanding! We didn’t have to worry about a single thing and were able to be fully present with our family and friends. She anticipated all of our needs (for example running in with our sneakers as soon as the dance floor opened!), and made sure we experienced every detail we had planned. As a bride, I felt completely taken care of. Victoria went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed, and that’s something I’ll always cherish. If you’re looking for a wedding planner, no matter where you are in the process, you’ve found her!

An exceptional experience!
We had a wonderful experience with Victoria and Everlasting Affairs. We felt minimum stress during the planning process. Victoria held our hands and effortlessly guided us through all the decisions we had to make, and checked in with us to remind us of deadlines so nothing fell through the cracks. We got married at the Boston Public Library in winter. One of the reasons we chose Victoria was she was excited about our wedding from the beginning. She seemed confident throughout the process of planning this event. When we wanted a few things that were different from the norm, she was very happy to help us find the perfect vendors. For instance, we loved the idea of bold, moody floral arrangements with a secret garden vibe. The typical white wedding flowers and round bouquets were not our style. Victoria listened carefully to what we were looking for, suggested florists and helped us find the vendor Fleur. Molly with Fleur completely saw our vision and the execution was perfect. Likewise, when we were looking for our photographer, we wanted high contrast photos with a chiaroscuro vibe. We weren’t seeing that in the portfolios of local wedding photographers, so Victoria searched more broadly and found our photographer Paige Riggle who is Ohio based, but was able to travel to Boston for us. Rather than telling us what we wanted was “wrong,” Victoria simply helped us execute our vision with refinement and elegance. On our actual wedding day, we quickly realized we didn’t have to worry about anything. Victoria would cue us when we needed to be somewhere. She even gave us quick and simple instructions about how to cut our wedding cake without messing it up! If anything went wrong behind the scenes, we were never aware of it. We were assisted in ways we didn’t even know we would need. For instance, you really don’t know how immobile you are in a wedding dress until you’ve spent some time in one! When we were taking photos, Victoria’s assistant Kay trailed behind me like a friendly ghost, holding my long train and veil so I could move around easily. She also held my bouquet whenever I needed it, and I never had to worry that I put it down somewhere and forgot it. After the ceremony, Victoria quickly bustled my dress and removed my veil, while making sure our officiant filled out the correct paperwork, and then sent me up to cocktail hour. After dinner, Victoria helped me quickly take off my lace up shoes, get out of my wedding dress, and change into my dancing dress. It was so clear that Victoria was completely in her element throughout our wedding day - I never saw her stressed out or frazzled. Everything was set up perfectly and everything happened on time like clockwork. After the wedding was over, Victoria reminded my husband and I not to forget my purse and his wallet and phone. But these were the only things we had to bring ourselves! We arrived back to our hotel with an assortment of packaged food that Victoria had brought over from dinner and dessert, including slices of our wedding cake. Victoria had also placed our marriage certificate on the bed so we wouldn’t miss it. All of the cards our guests gave us were there, and she had hung my wedding dress and veil up inside its carrying bag. On our wedding day, we didn’t have to do anything except show up and have a wonderful time. We highly recommend Victoria and Everlasting Affairs for any event planning needs you may have. She is an expert, and she seems to love what she does.
