Rogan Events is a full service wedding planning firm based in the Hudson Valley, serving couples throughout New England and the Northeast. We specialize in tented weddings on private estates, vineyards, and private homes where every element of the celebration must be thoughtfully planned and built from the ground up. Our role is to bring structure and experienced leadership to the planning process. From early planning decisions through the final moments of the celebration, we guide the work behind the scenes so the day feels effortless for our couples and their guests.
Tented weddings on private property require a different level of planning. Power, lighting, catering infrastructure, transportation, weather plans, and a carefully assembled team of professionals all have to come together seamlessly. This is the work we know well. Clients come to us for calm leadership, clear communication, and the confidence that every detail of the day is being handled with care and precision.

We plan weddings throughout New England, the Hudson Valley, and select U.S. destinations. From venue scouting and travel logistics to design and the full wedding weekend schedule, we organize the details so the entire experience runs smoothly for you and your guests. | Event management is suited for couples who have planned their wedding and want an experienced planner to step in and take the lead. Beginning eight weeks before the wedding, we review logistics, confirm vendors, draft and refine the timeline, and oversee the wedding day with calm leadership. This service works best for venues with strong on-site support. Tented weddings or private properties often require a higher level of planning. |
