Stacey did full wedding planning for us and was a constant source of calm throughout our wedding process, answering every text and email with reassurance and positivity (and believe me, there were many!). She wanted to get to yes and thanks to her tireless work, our wedding weekend—which consisted of several events—went incredibly smoothly, allowing us to be entirely present and worry free. When we had trouble finding a wedding venue, Stacey knew where to turn and helped us secure the most beautiful space. We couldn't imagine our wedding taking place anywhere else. She also works with some of the most incredible vendors. We loved each and every one of them and it was all thanks to Stacey! We're so grateful to Stacey for her tireless work, ensuring our wedding wasn't just beautiful but tailored to our ideas and imbued with meaning.

We hired Stacey in early 2020 to be a Month-Of-Coordinator for our October 2020 wedding. From the beginning, Stacey was one of the most responsive, helpful wedding coordinators that I reached out to. She offered great advice, explained the importance of having a Day-Of coordinator even if your venue happens to have one, had vendors to recommend, and was determined to bring our vision to reality, even while COVID-19 started to take over. Well, we all know how 2020 went, so when we ultimately decided to postpone our reception to 2021, Stacey remained in our corner throughout the decision and ultimately helped us to weigh the pros and cons of postponement. Then, throughout 2021, Stacey reached out around once a month to ensure we were on track with plans. She helped us to secure final vendors, review contracts, craft a perfect day-of timeline, ran our rehearsal, and made us feel incredibly confident that our big party would go off without a hitch. Stacey also has a keen eye for event styling, so we were able to trust all of our complicated decor to her and her team for set up the morning of the wedding, and she flawlessly coordinated a last-minute rain plan (which we made, and then with every miracle, didn't actually need!) She coordinated with all of our vendors, worked seamlessly with the in-house team at our venue, was warm, professional, and an invaluable asset to have running the biggest party of our lives. As a former stage manager and a bit of a control freak, having Stacey at our wedding was invaluable. If anything went wrong, I had no idea because of Stacey's magic touch.
Personal, Professional and the Perfect Planner

I have worked alongside Stacey Rogan on numerous weddings and have found that she is a planner in a league of her own. This is attributed to her innate ability to build meaningful friendships with the couples she serves as well as the extraordinary vendors she brings on board. The extra time she puts into getting to know the couple is apparent in the final product; Stacey does a fantastic job of bringing the couple's personality to the forefront of their special day. I would be remiss if I didn't mention her problem-solving abilities. Even with the most perfect planning, outside factors can have a negative influence on the wedding day. Just this year, there was a road closure that prevented vendors from reaching the entrance of the venue. Stacey called me beforehand to let me know and worked with me to find alternate routes so I and other vendors would be able to arrive on time and the wedding could run as intended. Whenever I have the pleasure of working with Stacey, I know that we are creating something personal and beautiful. I highly recommend having her as your planner.
