Owner and Lead Coordinator

Owners Danielle DeFreest and Matt Marvullo opened Every Little Detail in the spring of 2012 with one goal in mind- to create pure and unique moments that are unforgettable. Danielle started out in the service industry as a teenager, and after graduating with a master’s degree in special education, decided to continue her career in service. Matt spent 24 years in the service industry, catering weddings and galas under master-chefs at 5 star venues throughout the country. In 2013 they asked long-time friend Kayla to help them at a wedding, and by the time the reception ended she realized she absolutely loved it. She is now a co-owner.

We truly pay attention to Every Little Detail. We all have vast experience in the service industry and bring that expertise to every single wedding. We work really well with all vendors and create a fabulous team for your wedding.

    Danielle was our wedding planner and I dont think we would have gotten through our wedding without her! She went above & beyond to help out with our decorations as well as bouncing ideas off of her. On the day of the wedding, she was key in making sure timelines were running smoothly, photos were met, and just being an awesome overall POC. Thank you so much!

    Danielle was the reason our wedding went perfectly — we could not recommend her more. Her attention to detail, professionalism, promptness and ability to work under any circumstance ensured our wedding ran as smoothly as possible. The entire team at Every Little Detail was wonderful, and they clearly have a wealth of experience. Coordinating a wedding at someone’s property (not a venue) is a difficult feat and Danielle was flawless. We are thrilled we got to work with this business.

    We used Every Little Detail for our daughter's wedding and Danielle and her team proved to be invaluable to us. She was meticulous, organized, always available and there wasn't a problem she couldn't solve. On top of that her, kind, calm, can-do demeanor was both refreshing and inspiring. On the day, if anyone came to me with an issue or question that needed to be addressed I had the joy and privilege to be able to answer, "Ask Danielle." Because Danielle was there and took care of everything I got to spend the day enjoying watching my daughter get married. THE BEST!

    My husband and I worked with Danielle as our month-of coordinator for our wedding and we are so happy we did! Danielle was on top of things as soon as we started working with her and was so helpful in keeping us on track, finding vendors, and especially helping us meet our vision and stick to budget. She and her team were a well-oiled machine and made it all happen. It felt so easy and stress free on our wedding day I couldn’t believe it! Her communication was so great, she was always there to answer a text any time of day and was so supportive. Her husband and teammate Matt was there on the day of too, and drove me down to the ceremony and gave me such sweet advice because I was nervous, which was so kind. We loved working with her and I couldn’t recommend them enough!
