About Clarity Music Productions

Clarity Music Productions is born of a vision. After playing at weddings and private events for nearly 20 years, Brad saw how communication has changed, and how the event music business failed to change with them. He watched as discerning clients and couples sought more personalized experiences at their weddings, yet the bands continued to perform using standard playlists with few requests. He realized there can be a better way for clients to be a partner in designing their event music experience. As with flowers, cakes, menus, and stationery, event music can be personalized for a tailored wedding experience for clients and their guests.

We use the latest technology such as a dedicated phone app for communication to partner with our clients to design your perfect night of music. We are experts in working with couples to design a set list that is tailored to their tastes and the tastes of their guests, ensuring a packed dance floor all night long.

Ceremony Music Package Add On

Price$250

Description

For only $250 more per musician, you can hire members of the band to perform at your ceremony as well as at your reception. We always recommend starting with piano or vocals, and then you can expand from there - vocals, flute, trumpet, guitar... This package only available with the booking of a band for the reception, and members hired for the ceremony must be hired for the reception as well.

We typically dress in black suits with vests, white or black shirts, and matching ties. However, we have a range of additional options for an additional fee to match your event, from full tuxedos, to white dinner jackets, to custom vests and ties to match the color scheme of your event.
Yes - we have a standard half-million dollar policy, with the option to increase that when venues require larger policies, and will provide a certificate of insurance with the venue as the additionally named when requested.
Travel fees are dependent upon how far beyond our standard area we are traveling. We are willing to travel anywhere for an event, so reach out to let us know all of your details so we can provide a quote for the band plus an estimate of travel costs.

Dates are always filling up fast. We recommend booking as soon as possible after you have your date, venue, and guest count, to ensure our availability and the maximum amount of time to customize the experience to you.
