Q: Do you travel?

Of course! We love to travel! We do charge extra for the time depending on the location and you’ll need to cover transportation and accommodation for all band members. Ask your producer for a quote based on the specifics of your event. PS–if it’s within a couple hours, that’s included within our basic package at no added charge.

Q: Can the band play the ceremony and cocktail hour?

Absolutely! We’re an all-inclusive band with a broad musical repertoire. Want classical music for your ceremony, a jazz set for your cocktail hour, and dance party reception? You’ve got it. Speak to your producer for more specific details and requests.

Q: What style of music do you play?

We play a wide variety of music. From Top 40, to classics, to classical and jazz. You can get an idea of the musical styles you can choose from on our media page.

Q: Can I choose the music?

We have a solid repertoire of songs that will please all of your guests from your 6-year old niece to your grandfather. It’s always important to have some freedom to read the room on the night; but our number one priority is pleasing YOU. Just let us know what you want to hear, and, if it’s not already in our repertoire, we’ll work with you to make your night perfect.

Q: Will you learn a new song for us?

Of course! Just make sure you give us enough notice of your special request so the band has time to learn your song.

Q: How long does the band play for?

The band can absolutely play during dinner, but we’d recommend using your sets when your guests are ready to stand up and get dancing. Our typical event reception includes 4 x 50-minute sets with short DJ sets between the band sets. If you would like a dinner set, please let us know ahead of time as we defer to playing after-dinner sets unless otherwise instructed.

Silver Arrow Band were OUTSTANDING! They did our ceremony duo, cocktail hour jazz trio, and 8 piece band for the reception. Every element was special and delightful. Thai, who coordindated, was a dream - understood our goals (dance the night away) and made sure it was executed. The ceremony music was beautiful and cocktail our jazz really kept spirits high. When issues were encountered with lack of power, Thai seamlessly stepped in with solutions and made sure we did not miss a beat. The reception band were fantastic - so talented - and kept the energy high all night - our dancefloor was packed! They did a beautiful job with our first dance and even learned some special requests. 10/10! Thank you all for the best wedding ever! if you book be sure to go to a showcase - you can select your favorite musicians early to ensure they are avalaible for your big day!

Silver Arrow Band was a fantastic choice for our wedding entertainment. On the day of the wedding, the band was incredibly talented and engaging, keeping our guests on the dance floor all night long. They even learned a new song at our request to make the night extra special, and I had a blast joining them on stage for a song! The musicians did a great job of interacting with the crowd, coming out into the audience and getting people involved in sing-alongs. Their communication throughout the planning process was easy and responsive - they used an online platform that made it simple to provide song requests and details. We are so glad we chose Silver Arrow Band to be a part of our big day.

The Silver Arrow Band was an absolute hit at our wedding! From the very first planning call, their communication was consistent, clear, timely and incredibly helpful as we planned the music for our big day. On the night of, the band's talent and energy kept the dance floor packed - they played a super fun, high-energy playlist that had all our guests dancing all night long and curated/ MCed great music during dinner and in between sets. A special shout-out to Sam, who is from my hometown and did an amazing job keeping the vibes going strong. I cannot recommend the Silver Arrow Band highly enough for any couple looking to have an unforgettable wedding celebration.

Band is fine, but communication is like a game of telephone between producers and band members. Complete disregard for no play list and incompetence when it came to playing DJ’d music for first dance / wedding party intro’s. The MC had the wrong input on their speakers and a wedding guest resolved the issue after a long 5-10 minutes of silence. We brought our concerns to our producer, Melissa, who proceeded to say “well the band members said it was fine”. Would advise hiring a more local band over this corporation

We’re so glad to hear the dance floor was full and that your guests had a great time—our musicians truly enjoyed performing for you and being part of the celebration. We’re very sorry, though, that there were issues behind the scenes that detracted from your experience. Our planning portal is typically a reliable and effective tool, and we’re disappointed that a few pop songs slipped through the cracks and were played at the start of the night. While the band quickly adjusted after receiving your feedback and followed the rest of your preferences closely, we understand how important those initial moments are and sincerely apologize for the oversight. Regarding the delay during the wedding party introductions, there was an unexpected Bluetooth interference that disrupted the playback, despite the system being tested successfully beforehand. We do everything we can to avoid tech issues as we know how stressful moments like that can be, and we’re truly sorry for the disruption. We also want to clarify that your producer responded thoroughly to your concerns and addressed each point in detail via email after speaking to the band members. She took your feedback seriously and worked closely with our team to understand what happened and how we can improve moving forward. While we’re glad the evening ended on a high note with great energy and a full dance floor, we know that moments like intros and first impressions matter deeply.
