The historic NYIT de Seversky Mansion brings together Gatsby-era opulence, modern convenience and comfort, and highly personalized service. Whether you are looking for a stylish location for your wedding or other social occasion, or a distinctive, flexible environment for your corporate meeting, the Mansion's elegant rooms and grounds will set just the right tone. We host one wedding at a time to ensure each event is different and unique to your own taste and flare.

Ballroom
The Ballroom offers a grand entrance including details in our wood work and ceiling.
Our team has designed a blend of our Traditional and Mansion Style affairs. Instantaneously, following cocktail hour, dinner will take place on one end of the mansion and characteristically lasts about 1.5 hours at which time, all the formalities you have spent precious time fashioning will commence. Subsequent to dinner, you and your guests can dance the night away in either the elegant ballroom or under the stars in the glass-ceilinged garden room, and enjoy our European dessert café.

Amazing…. In every way!!!!
NYIT de Severesky Mansion made our wedding a fairytale dream come true. Working with Dana, she made every step of the process easy…. She is an absolute superstar! We were originally supposed to get married in 2021 but chose to postpone (multiple times) because of the pandemic and they worked with my fiancé and I every step of the way…even when we had to move our date one more time because I, the bride, tested positive for COVID 48 hours before the wedding. The food is remarkable, the atmosphere is incomparable and they care about their clients as people working to make sure your day is perfect. Whenever I had a question, Dana would lead me to a vendor, offer her suggestions, and her support. I could not recommend them more.
