Busy Beans

We're Mark and Kristina, the husband and wife team behind Busy Beans Coffee, a mobile espresso cart serving weddings and events across New Jersey and the Philadelphia area. Mark pulls the shots; Kristina runs the show. Between the two of us, we can serve up the party with a fully self-contained commercial setup, no venue equipment needed, just an outlet and some space. We bring custom signature drink menus, $2M liability insurance, and the kind of genuine hospitality that makes a vendor feel like a guest. Packages are customized based on your event size and needs. We'd love to be at your wedding!

We're a husband and wife team, Mark pulls the shots, Kristina runs the floor and that combination means your guests get genuinely good espresso served by someone who already knows their name by the second drink. We use commercial-grade equipment (La Spaziale espresso machine, Eureka grinder), carry $2M liability insurance, and can serve 40–60 drinks per hour depending on staffing. No long lines, no watered-down coffee, no cutting corners. We also build custom signature drink menus for every couple we work with. Your wedding, your drinks.

    Bet on Busy Beans

    If you see Busy Beans coffee cart parked on a corner or at an event, do yourself a favor and try one of their drinks. It isn’t just "mobile coffee"—it’s a high-end cafe experience on wheels that can be catered to your liking. You can tell the owners aren’t cutting corners. The beans are clearly premium, and every latte I’ve had has been perfectly balanced—never burnt, never bitter. Whether you’re looking for a caffeine pick-me-up or a cozy chai, Busy Beans is a must for your next event!

    Business Set Up for Success

    I had the pleasure of grabbing a cup of coffee at Busy Beans today. Kristina and Mark were respectful, professional, and kind, making the experience even more enjoyable. The options were fresh and delicious, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared. This business is clearly set up for success, and I’m confident it will grow to great heights.


Every package includes a professional barista, our commercial espresso machine, all cups and supplies, whole/oat milk, a selection of syrups, full setup and cleanup, and unlimited drinks during your service window. We bring everything needed, you just enjoy your event.
We need one standard wall outlet (110V/15A) within reach of our setup. Our cart has its own self-contained water system, so we don't need access to a sink or plumbing. We're truly mobile and self-sufficient.
We need approximately 8 feet by 4 feet of flat space for our cart and barista to work comfortably. We can set up indoors or outdoors and adapt to most venue layouts.
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak wedding season (May through October). However, we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines, reach out and we'll do our best to make it work!
Absolutely! We love creating signature drinks and themed menus for events. Whether you want a lavender latte for a bridal shower or a pumpkin spice bar for a fall wedding, we'll work with you to design a menu that fits your vision.
Yes! Our menu includes hot chocolate, matcha lattes, chai, and a variety of teas. We also offer decaf options. We want every guest at your event to find something they love.
Yes, we carry comprehensive general liability and product liability insurance. We can also provide certificates of insurance naming your venue as an additional insured at no extra charge a requirement at many NJ event venues.
We understand events don't always go exactly as planned! If you'd like to extend service beyond your booked time, we're happy to accommodate based on availability. We'll discuss overtime rates in advance so there are no surprises.
We require a deposit to secure your date. Cancellation terms and deposit details will be provided when we confirm your booking. We aim to be fair and flexible we understand that plans can change.
We serve events across all of New Jersey, including South Jersey, Central Jersey (if you believe that exists), North Jersey, and the greater Philadelphia area. For events outside our standard area, contact us we may be able to work something out!
