About Busy Beans

Busy Beans

We're Mark and Kristina, the husband & wife team behind Busy Beans Coffee, a mobile espresso cart serving weddings and events across NJ, PA, DE, and NY. We started this business after our own bridal shower in 2025, which was a "love is brewing" theme, perfectly meshing Mark's latte art hobby & Kristina's love for tea and matcha. We created a coffee cart for our shower and from there, we wanted to share that experience with other couples at their special events! We know how much time and effort goes into planning a wedding. We hope to take the load off and curate a stress-free, personalized experience for every couple. Inquire on our website!

Mark pulls the shots, Kristina runs the floor, and that combination means your guests get genuinely good espresso served by people who already knows their name by the second drink. We use commercial-grade equipment including our Italian La Spaziale espresso machine, carry $2M liability insurance, and can serve up to 40-80 drinks per hour depending on the beverages. No long lines, no watered-down coffee, no cutting corners. We also create complimentary custom signature drink menus for every couple we work with. And offer custom signs and custom cups for a curated look. No two events are the same. Your wedding, your design.

    Bet on Busy Beans

If you see Busy Beans coffee cart parked on a corner or at an event, do yourself a favor and try one of their drinks. It isn’t just "mobile coffee"—it’s a high-end cafe experience on wheels that can be catered to your liking. You can tell the owners aren’t cutting corners. The beans are clearly premium, and every latte I’ve had has been perfectly balanced—never burnt, never bitter. Whether you’re looking for a caffeine pick-me-up or a cozy chai, Busy Beans is a must for your next event!

    Business Set Up for Success

I had the pleasure of grabbing a cup of coffee at Busy Beans today. Kristina and Mark were respectful, professional, and kind, making the experience even more enjoyable. The options were fresh and delicious, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared. This business is clearly set up for success, and I’m confident it will grow to great heights.

Used Busy Beans for a corporate event in Conshohocken and they did an incredible job! Not only do they have the aesthetic down but they were the most friendly welcoming coffee cart we have ever worked with and we will only be using them in the future! :)

Busy Bean Coffee Bar was such an amazing addition to our baby shower! Kristina and Mark were absolutely wonderful from start to finish—so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely a pleasure to have there. And the coffee was AMAZING! Every specialty drink was delicious and beautifully made, and our guests could not stop talking about how much they loved the coffee bar. It added such a fun and special touch to the day. Kristina and Mark went above and beyond and helped make the shower even more memorable. I would recommend Busy Bean Coffee Bar in a heartbeat for any special event. We can’t wait to have them back again!

Extremely friendly and very accommodating. The iced coffees and espressos were delicious! Will definitely hire for another event!

Every package includes a professional barista, our commercial espresso machine, all cups and supplies, whole/oat milk, a selection of syrups, full setup and cleanup, and unlimited drinks during your service window. We bring everything needed, you just enjoy your event.
We need one standard wall outlet (110V/15A) within reach of our setup. Our cart has its own self-contained water system, so we don't need access to a sink or plumbing. We're truly mobile and self-sufficient.
We need approximately 8 feet by 4 feet of flat space for our cart and barista to work comfortably. We can set up indoors or outdoors and adapt to most venue layouts.
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak wedding season (May through October). However, we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines, reach out and we'll do our best to make it work!
Absolutely! We love creating signature drinks and themed menus for events. Whether you want a lavender latte for a bridal shower or a pumpkin spice bar for a fall wedding, we'll work with you to design a menu that fits your vision.
Yes! Our menu includes hot chocolate, matcha lattes, chai, and a variety of teas. We also offer decaf options. We want every guest at your event to find something they love.
Yes, we carry comprehensive general liability and product liability insurance. We can also provide certificates of insurance naming your venue as an additional insured at no extra charge a requirement at many NJ event venues.
We understand events don't always go exactly as planned! If you'd like to extend service beyond your booked time, we're happy to accommodate based on availability. We'll discuss overtime rates in advance so there are no surprises.
We require a deposit to secure your date. Cancellation terms and deposit details will be provided when we confirm your booking. We aim to be fair and flexible we understand that plans can change.
We serve events across all of New Jersey, including South Jersey, Central Jersey (if you believe that exists), North Jersey, and the greater Philadelphia area. For events outside our standard area, contact us we may be able to work something out!
No, due to licensing and permit reasons, we cannot serve any alcohol. We are happy to supply the espresso and lattes for a non alcoholic version and whatever you add to it after we serve it, isn’t our business 😉
