OK, This is a complete bogus statement. Yes my bartender cut his hand but there was very little blood and was cleaned up right away. Or maybe you would have preferd he shut the bar down while he called the CDC and a local Haz Mat team. As for not knowing how to make a vodka tonic. My car machanic would know how to make a vodka tonic (it's in the name lady) All my staff have at least 5 years experience and are hand selected by me and I've been doing this over 40 years. Eddie is one of my best bartenders and your guests tipped over $700.00 to prove it. As for guests taking bottles off the bar. YOU BET THEY DID!!!. Because you told Eddie to leave the bar setup so guests could help themselves after he left. And finaly, I told you from the begining that my staff bring their own bar tools. shaker cups, wine keys, juice & liquor pours, cuttling boards, knife & bar towls. Everything else you would need to provide hence the detailed shopping list that I provided to you that did include TABLES & COOLERS. We don't provide tables or coolers and because you didn't get the coolers there was no place to store the 200 lbs of ice which meant it was melting all over the place that turned the bar area into a mudpit which transformed your wedding reception into a complete rodeo. I have photos to back all this up that Eddie took but there is no way to upload them on this platform. As for leaving early. YOU TOLD HIM TO.
