    Responsive, Kind, and Professional!

Compliance with state liquor regulations prevents us from buying or selling alcohol. However, when discussing your event’s custom menu, we’re happy to help curate your alcohol selection.
Yes, Wandering Mobile Bar Llc is covered by general and liquor liability insurance. Nevertheless, we strongly advise obtaining one day event insurance for your personal protection and liability coverage. We’re happy to offer recommendations for reliable insurance agents.
At The Wandering Tavern, our services include the trailer or bar setup, skilled, ramp certified bartenders, plasticware for beverages, napkins, a range of mixers, fresh garnishes, ample ice, coolers, top-notch kegging equipment, tasteful decorations, ambient lighting, a customizable photo backdrop, and above all, a memorable and entertaining experience for your guests! All of our bartenders hold RAM certification and maintain active roles in the industry. They are not only highly skilled, professional, but also friendly and collaborative.
We feature a dual-tap keg system capable of accommodating either two sixtels (equivalent to 42 16oz beers) or one half keg (equivalent to 124 16oz beers).
We require a 25% deposit to hold your date and the remaining balance will be due 1 week before your event. Full deposit refund if event is cancelled at least 2 weeks before your booked event. We accept credit cards, cash or checks.
Regrettably, no. Serving alcohol from anyone other than The Wandering Tavern employee will nullify the event’s insurance coverage. If we observe any guests serving themselves, we’ll be obligated to close the bar and depart the event without a monetary refund.
While our base is in the Lehigh Valley, PA, we are more than willing to travel to be part of your special day! Please note that for locations beyond a certain distance, additional travel fees, and an overnight hotel fee may be included in your package.
