Jellyroll is Philadelphia’s Original Horn Party Band. With over 40+ years in the entertainment business, they have carved out a household name in the Philadelphia wedding and event space. Jellyroll’s music includes everything from 1940’s swing, to classic Motown, to 70’s and 80’s dance music, to today’s hits. Amazing experience with Back2Life band!
We had a wonderful experience with Back2Life band for our wedding in May 2026. Every member of the band was so talented, and also incredibly nice. They were able to play music from many genres, and our very custom requests for ceremony and reception highlights (i.e., instrumental for aisle procession, first dance, the Jewish Hora), without any hiccups. We also had a bit of a chaotic schedule and they seamlessly adapted to changes in that schedule. Wonderful music; we and our guests had such a wonderful time!

Highly Recommend Deja Blue
A band was a must have for us for our wedding, and we're so grateful we went with Deja Blue. We were immediately blown away by them when we went to the BVTLive Showcase and was delighted to find out they were available on our wedding date that was only about 5 months away. They were so easy to work with and were all highly professional - from our first point of contact through wedding preparations and during the wedding itself. We selected songs from various eras and genres from the list they've shared and requested a few new songs including for our first dance, and boy did they deliver. We asked in advance if two of our friends could sing at some point during our wedding and they worked with us and made it as seamless as possible for everyone. We've received a lot of great feedback from our guests during and after our wedding about how amazing they were. Everyone had such a great time! We can't thank you enough for making our wedding incredibly fun and memorable. If we can give 10 stars, we absolutely would.

Gallagher-Clements Wedding
Our biggest want for our wedding was for it to be a party during which no one left the dance floor — and boy, did Jellyroll bring the party! Our guests still haven't stopped talking about how good the band was and how much fun the dance floor was. Paul and Kurt were so easy to work with. They helped set the program and keep the night on track, learned at least three songs that made our day unique and special to us, and even let one of our incredibly talented friends sing a song with them. Their song list was extensive and spanned all genres and eras, which had all of our guests enjoying the music — young and old. They read the room perfectly and sounded incredible all night. Paul and his bandmates played strings, keys, and guitar during our ceremony and cocktail hour, which made our ceremony all the more special. We could not recommend Jellyroll more!

The Strangers are the BEST!
The Strangers were absolutely amazing! We truly could not have asked for better entertainment for our wedding day. Rick & Denny were extremely professional and organized. They were wonderful to work with and truly cared about our music preferences and getting to know us as a couple. They got everyone on the dance floor for the whole night! We had SO many compliments from our guests on how fun and amazing the music was!

Best band ever!
