It was awesome to see a full dance floor at your event and we really appreciate you sharing the positive feedback from guests about the band's energy and talent. We sincerely apologize for the mix-ups with your special dances, intro songs, and the playlist during the band’s breaks. Your producer prepared the MP3s for each intro and song to match the timestamps you shared, but it seems the sound engineer played the wrong intro tracks for some of the couples. Thank you for bringing this to our attention so we can address it for future events. Your producer checked in on updates as they were made in your planning page and reached out two weeks before your wedding to confirm all details, which is our standard planning process as indicated in our booking emails. While automated emails help cover logistics, we always encourage couples to reach out if anything needs clarification or adjustment and would have been more than happy to chat through any questions you had during planning.
