About My Hero Zero

My Hero Zero

Wedding band

My Hero Zero has honed its captivating blend of showmanship, talent, and pop-savvy to become one of the most regionally recognized bands along the east coast. The dual fronting abilities of Jason Olcese and Eric Damiano give the band the ability to cross genres and help you create that epic night out with your friends. Acoustic pop meets indie punk. Storyteller intimacy meets sweaty in your face basement shows. A powerhouse 4 piece meets an audience that can compete with the power of the microphone.

In addition to being seen by more than a thousand Penn Staters on a weekly basis, their busy travel schedule has fans putting their hands up throughout the East Coast. My Hero Zero doesn't just take the stage to play popular songs, they take the stage to remind you why you fell in love with live music in the first place.

When my husband and I were looking into wedding entertainment, we wanted a band that would keep everyone on the dance floor all night long. As two Penn Staters, who couldn't have had a better fit than My Hero Zero. Everyone we worked with, from their management team, to the band itself was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better band, the dance floor was packed the entire time and people commented how it was the most fun wedding they had every been too. Working with Angel, their manager, was a breeze. She helped to coordinate everything from ceremony music, cocktail hour and even the playlist during the band's intermission. Jason was great at all of the emcee aspects of a wedding and all of the Penn State tie ins, from fight songs to Zombie Nation was exactly what we wanted. We didn't feel like we were at a wedding, we felt like we were at a concert! Each member of the band is so talented, we couldn't have been happier with the decision to have My Hero Zero perform at our wedding, would hire them 10 times out of 10!

My Hero Zero and Angel were wonderful to work with. I was able to communicate with Angel months prior to the wedding to be sure the band's and my couple's needs were going to be taken care of. The band was professional, looked great, and played a fantastic party! From "load in" to "load out" everything went smoothly, and I had no worries during the entire event. I would recommend "My Hero Zero" for anyone looking for a band for their wedding.

My Hero Zero is absolutely incredible. I've seen them countless in times in State College and my wife was also a huge fan after seeing them in Ocean City/Dewey many times. We reached out to ask about the possibility of them playing at our wedding in Dallas (a quick 24 hour drive from Pennsylvania) and we were so happy that they could do it. Not only did they all make the trip, they also were very easy to work with throughout the entire planning period and wedding weekend. The set up was incredible and they even took some song requests to make everything feel very special. Jason MC'd the wedding and did a killer job. I recommend seeing them at any of their many regular spots to just get an idea of how awesome they are. 10/10 would consider them the best wedding band I've ever seen (no bias)! -Ryan and Alli
