    Best band ever!

    Booking Central City Orchestra was the best choice we made for our wedding hands down. They are so professional and made everything so easy! All of our guests could not stop talking about how amazing they were! We’re so grateful for you!

    Best Wedding Band Ever!

    The Dance Floor was packed all Night!! Katie and the band made my daughter's wedding so much fun!! She kept the party organized and rolling the whole night. She was super to work with! Before and during the wedding. It could not have been a better night!"

    Incredible!

    What an incredible band! The dance floor was packed all night! At one point during our daughters outdoor wedding, the power needed to be shut down due to lightning. CCO didn't let that stop them as the horn section continued to play and kept the party going. All night long, our guests started every conversation with, "where did you find this band?" They were shocked to find out that they were a Central PA band. Everybody assumed they were from NYC or Philly. Everything was perfect! 10 out of 10

Our dance band functions fully as a 10-piece. (2) Female Lead Vocalists, (1) Male Lead Vocalist, Keys, Guitar, Bass, Drums, Sax, Trombone and Trumpet. Ceremony & Cocktail Hour: we can provide various ensembles or solo players. Dinner: we suggest a full rhythm section comprising of keys, guitar, bass, drums with occasional horns and vocals.
A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date.
Yes, we provide state-of-the-art sound systems to accomadate a variety of venues. The sound system is tested prior to the start of your event. Professional sound staff will monitor the sound throughout the event to make sure it is perfect at all times.
Yes, we will take care of all announcements and introductions throughout your event. We will also coordinate with your vendors so you can relax and enjoy your event!
Yes, we carry full coverage liability insurance.
We never use backing tracks or recordings for your special day. Everything we do is absolutely live with no "tricks of the trade."
We can play a maximum of four hours of music for reception, not including cocktail hour or ceremony. *We can provide additional half-hours of music should you need more time.
We can offer: ceremonial musicians (guitar, violin and piano), cocktail musicians, custom lighting, pipe and drape and staging services.
We require at least four (4) electrical outlets with four (4) standard 20-amp circuits on each outlet which must be provided within 25 feet of the reception or dancing location.
We only take breaks if absolutely necessary. Our policy is that for every 90-minutes on non-stop music from the full band we will take a 15-minute break. We offer non-stop music. No breaks between songs, and always high-energy. It is important that we keep our energy up and keep the show top-notch until they very end of the night. There will be a smooth transition from band to DJ'd music.
