Planned Perfection was established in 2006 and since then has been growing as Central Pa's leading event planning team. Whether you are looking to have us help from the very beginning, or jump in at the last minute, we are here to help you and get you to the point where you are not only the host of your party but more importantly a guest. Having been in the business for 18 plus years, we can make sure to provide you with reputable event professionals and streamline your planning process so you can enjoy every second of your event.

All of our packages include unlimited contact with your planner from the moment you book, even if you book 2 years out. So you can have a resource throughout your entire planning to ask questions and get recommendations from.

    The Reason We Could Enjoy Every Moment!

    There are not enough words to express how grateful we are for Danielle and the entire Planned Perfection team. From our very first conversation, Danielle made us feel completely supported, understood, and cared for. Wedding planning can feel overwhelming at times, but she brought such a calming presence to the process. She was organized, responsive, detail oriented, and always willing to answer questions, offer guidance, and help us navigate decisions with confidence. The greatest gift Danielle gave us was peace of mind. We trusted her completely, and because of that, we were able to truly enjoy our engagement and wedding day. On the day itself, I never once worried about the timeline, vendor coordination, setup, or any problems that may have come up behind the scenes. In fact, I had no idea what was happening behind the scenes because Danielle and her team handled everything so seamlessly. We were able to be fully present with our family and friends, soak in every moment, and simply enjoy one of the best days of our lives. Danielle and her team were professional, thoughtful, kind, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. Every interaction made us feel like our wedding genuinely mattered to them. They paid attention to the little details, kept everything running smoothly, and made the entire experience feel effortless. Looking back, one of the best decisions we made was hiring Planned Perfection. Our wedding day was more beautiful, more relaxed, and more joyful because of Danielle's expertise and care. We cannot imagine the day without her.     You need Planned Perfection!!!

    Hiring Planned Perfection for partial wedding planning services and working with Danielle was the best decision we made! We had an intimate wedding of around 35 people My husband and I both agree that a wedding planner was still needed and worth it! We needed a smaller venue, and we wouldn’t have known our venue existed without Danielle! Danielle took all my worries away! We knew what we wanted our day to look and feel like, but we were not so great at the implementing part. Danielle was able to guide us through the process seamlessly! She was super responsive and answered all of my million questions! I am not the best with visualizing how a space would look, how many florals would be needed, and color scheme. Danielle has an eye for this, and was crucial in making our day look how we dreamed! On the day of the wedding, I was able to relax! Danielle took care of EVERYTHING. The weather was a little bit iffy in the morning, and she let me know not to worry and she would make the call if the wedding needed to be moved indoors. Our family commented on how well the day flowed and how Danielle had everything under control! If you are on the fence of hiring a wedding planner, DO IT. I highly recommend Danielle and Planned Perfection!

    Hands Down The Best Planner We Could Have Gotten!

    Hiring Planned Perfection as our wedding planners was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. Kellie and her team were incredibly thorough, fast, and collaborative in their communication style, anticipating our needs every step of the way. Their work was efficient, organized, flexible, and attentive - they helped us troubleshoot small issues the day of and ensured everything stayed on track according to our schedule. Kellie and the Planned Perfection experience was the best investment we made for our wedding, and we cannot thank her and her team enough for their incredible support and organization throughout our special day.

    Danielle is the perfect wedding day coordinator for so many reasons. Even though we felt very prepared on our own, she was so helpful with making sure we were doing everything on the right timeline (we would have booked hair and makeup way too late without her!), she was so patient with all our questions, and most importantly, she maintains this really warm and calming presence throughout all the planning and on the day-of, giving off the completely accurate vibe of “Don’t worry. I’ve got this.” She was an essential part of our wedding in the flow, schedule, coordination with vendors, and wrap-up at the end of the night. If you have the chance to hire a wedding day coordinator, you could not find someone better than Danielle at Planned Perfection!

    Amazing team!

    The Planned Perfection team is so kind, helpful, and prepared! As a wedding floral designer they were a dream to work with! So quick to respond and answer any questions I had and were so on top of everything the day of the wedding! I would love to work with them again and again! I would highly recommend Planned Perfection for your wedding!

We do sometimes have multiple weddings in a day or weekend however we limit to 2-3 per day so our other lead planners are available in case of an emergency.
As soon as you book! Regardless of what package you book you have unlimited contact with your planner from the start. So it is not something that can only start a few months before your wedding. If you book us 1-2 years before your wedding you have us as a resource that entire time.
When you inquire with us the lead planner on our team who is available and the best fit for your wedding will reach out to you directly. You then will get to have a complimentary call directly with this planner and if you decide to book this is the person you get to work with throughout the entire process and on your wedding day.
