We feel that we really meet couples where they are. It is your day and your vision and while we want to share our knowledge since we have done this so many times, we also want it to be the day of your dreams.     The best decision EVER!

    There are truly not enough words to express how grateful my husband and I are to have had Hannah and her incredible team by our side throughout our wedding journey. Like so many little girls, I had dreamed about my wedding day since I could say the word “Bride.” I wanted our big day to feel timeless, elegant, and deeply personal—a celebration that reflected who we are rather than what was trending. My husband and I have very different styles, so finding someone we trusted to bring our shared vision to life felt nearly impossible. We met with countless planners and creative teams, but something always felt missing. Then we met Hannah. From our very first conversation, we knew she was different. Hannah listened with genuine curiosity and enthusiasm, making us feel seen and understood in a way no one else had. She never tried to reshape our ideas into someone else's vision or the next Instagram trend. Instead, she embraced what made our story unique and poured her heart into bringing it to life. What truly sets Hannah Elizabeth Events apart is the passion, artistry, and care behind everything they do. From thoughtful check-ins to seamless project management tools that kept us organized and confident every step of the way, every interaction reflected a team that genuinely loves creating unforgettable experiences. Like many weddings, ours came with a few unexpected challenges in the days leading up to (and even during) the big day. Hannah and her team handled every obstacle with incredible grace, professionalism, and poise. They solved problems before we even knew they existed, anticipated details we never would have considered, and made sure we never had to carry the stress ourselves. Because of them, we were able to stay present and soak in every beautiful moment. More than a month has passed since our wedding, and our family and friends are still talking about it. We have lost count of how many people have told us it was the most beautiful, thoughtful, and memorable wedding they've ever attended. That kind of experience doesn't happen by chance—it happens because of Hannah and her extraordinary team. Perhaps the greatest gift Hannah gave us wasn't just an unforgettable wedding day, but an engagement season we were actually able to enjoy. Looking back, being engaged is such a short and special chapter in your life.     Highly Recommend

    Hannah Elizabeth Events provided incredible service for our wedding. Their communication was fast, effective, and clear throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work was amazing - they were incredibly helpful and handled multiple hiccups that occurred on the day of our wedding without making me feel stressed at all. I don't know what we would have done without their expertise and support. They truly made our special day perfect, and I highly recommend their wedding planning services.

    You need Hannah on your team!

    Hannah and her team are top notch. From day one, I felt her support. She was more than available throughout my entire wedding planning process. She went above and beyond to assist us with a logistic issue with our venue. Day of our wedding, our DJ dropped the ball but Emily jumped in and saved our reception in so many ways. I can’t recommend having Hannah and her team on your side more. I have zero regrets and only praise for her! Also, the vendor recommendations made my wedding! Thank you Hannah & Emily!

    Incredible

    I'm writing this months after my wedding, but I still remember how amazing Emily and Sarah were! They made everything run smoothly and were so fun! Between the run through the morning before to making sure everything got packed up at the end they were on top of everything! The people at this company are so so sweet and helpful at making sure your dreams come true.

    Absolutely the best Wedding Planner

    This review took me a while to write, but we used Hannah Elizabeth Events for our wedding on May 25, 2025. I can truly say that my wedding could not have gone as smoothly as it did, without them. Hannah was incredibly kind, professional, and amazing over the phone during our preliminary calls. She managed to create a timeline for our day and organized everything with all of our vendors to keep everyone on track and the same page. She thought of things that I did not, and would not, even think of. She also ensured that I stayed on track with the items I needed to accomplish, which was very helpful. For our actual rehearsal and wedding day, we worked with Emily. Emily and her assistant were absolute angels who helped to make our wedding the perfect day. They truly went above and beyond on our day. An example is that we were supposed to pick up all of our ceremony chairs (approximately 70 chairs) before sunset. When I started to collect people to help with chairs during the reception, Emily stated that she had already collected them and put them where they needed to be. She did not have to do this at all, but it took a huge weight off our shoulders and allowed us to fully enjoy our reception. They also stayed after the wedding ended to help us clean up and get everything finalized for the venue. Overall, the staff from Hannah Elizabeth Events went above and beyond for our day, and I cannot say enough good things. Their price was affordable for all of the services that they provide, and the quality of their work. I don’t think I could have picked a better planning company. They are so knowledgeable and are willing to go above and beyond to make your wedding day perfect. If you are on the fence about getting a month of/ day of coordinator, I would absolutely recommend it. I don’t think my day would have been as successful as it was, and I would choose Hannah Elizabeth events again and again.

I personally do not take multiple weddings a day. I do have multiple planners on my team and they take weddings as well but if you hire me you get me for your wedding and rehearsal.
Yes, I do! I plan all different types of events. Bridal showers, baby showers, bachelorette parties, etc.
Brides and Grooms spend 250 to 300 hours, without a planner, preparing for their wedding. Having a planner cuts that in half. I will take care of researching and looking for the perfect vendors, the meetings, calls, and emails, paperwork, and contracts. Not to mention helping to keep you on track so that you don’t miss deadlines, important meetings, or payments. I have formed relationships with vendors and can help to find the best vendors for your wedding. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but if you hire me I will work diligently to help take some of that stress off of you and make the wedding planning experience something special!
