Welcome! We are an experiential luxury bartending service specializing in private events! We service Eastern PA from the Poconos through Lancaster, all of New Jersey and NE Delaware & NE Maryland. If you don’t see your location listed, just ask! We are professional and experienced. Bar service is always efficient and friendly. Our Mobile Bars create a fun bar experience your guests will be talking about for years to come. This will be universal with all Mobile Bars. *Mixer packages are available*

We create an experience. I am a seasoned bartender paired with 17yrs of event management experience. I will be your bar expert! All decor and details will match your color scheme, theme and vibe. I’ll also work with you every step of the way! Sure, you can hire a collared shirt bartender that uses a folding table with a tablecloth. OR you can hire us and set the vibe! We are always the talk of the event! We are trusted by repeat corporate clients, celebrities, sports organizations and liquor companies. Most of of couples hire us again!

Absolutely wonderful experience!
We had such a wonderful experience using [Travel Bar Name] for our wedding! From the beautiful setup to the incredible service, everything came together perfectly and fit our wedding theme so well. The owner was absolutely incredible to work with and was so communicative throughout the entire planning process. We had a lot of conversations to make sure every detail was exactly what I had dreamed of, and they truly delivered. One of my favorite parts was getting to work together to create our signature wedding cocktail. It turned out amazing and was such a huge hit with our guests! It was such a fun and personal touch that made the bar feel even more special to us. Our bartender provided exceptional service throughout the wedding, and we were genuinely so happy with how everything looked and how smoothly the bar service went. You could tell there was a lot of care put into making our day special. I don’t want to deduct a star at all for this because this is more constructive criticism to help the business grow, but, The only small issue I would mention is that, shortly before our ceremony, the bartender and her partner approached my husband, not realizing he was the groom, about needing help with a car issue. He explained that he wasn’t able to help and that he was getting ready for the ceremony, which was starting in about 30 minutes, but unfortunately the interaction left him feeling like there was some frustration toward him for not being able to assist. They did later apologize and explained that they hadn’t realized he was the groom, which we appreciated. That said, for a traveling business, I do think it would be better to come prepared to handle those kinds of issues independently or address them with someone after the ceremony rather than placing that responsibility on the groom or guests right before the wedding. That being said, this was a very small moment in an otherwise exceptional experience. We absolutely loved having them be part of our wedding, and the owner in particular was fantastic to work with. The attention to detail, communication, beautiful setup, and personalized cocktail made the experience so special. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a travel bar for their wedding or special event!

You Need This Bar For Your Event!
We hired The Happy Traveler Mobile Bar for our September 2025 wedding on a farm, and it was hands down one of the best decisions we made! Christine was an absolute pleasure to work with - so kind, easygoing, and always on top of communication. Her bar setup was stunning and fit our aesthetic perfectly. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting it! I also love how she customizes the theme of the bar and cups to match your event. We have nothing but amazing things to say. You should 100% book this bar for your next event!

We can’t say enough great things about The Happy Traveler Mobile Bar team. They were absolutely incredible from start to finish — so communicative and easy to work with. On the day of our event, they showed up with smiles and amazing energy, even in bad weather! The drinks were phenomenal, and the donut wall and coffee were such a hit with our guests. Everyone is still talking about how great everything was. Truly such a professional, friendly, and talented team — we’d recommend them to anyone looking for a mobile bar service!
